    Highly highly recommend Morelli & Sons. Ron responded to my call regarding a blown well pump and was at our house within 20 minutes. He assessed the pump, provided us the information & diagnoses, and was back at the house within an hour with his team to dig up the old pump & piping and replace it all. Within 3 hours of my initial phone call, we had water back to the house. Top notch service and professionalism.

    And Ron came to our house for yet ANOTHER EMERGENCY. The UP PUMP died. That pumps water from washing machine and dishwasher (maybe) to our system. I had an accident and broke my leg. I could not go down the stairs. There was A LOT more laundry than usual. I ordered a new pump and the wife was going to do the replacement. Only she did not have the know how to remove the old pipes from the old pump. Ron show up on a holiday weekend, did the work quickly and very neatly. Romeo Morelli & Sons are the best! Plus the Morellis use an appointment and payment system that is a easy and convenient. We wish all contractors were more like Romeo Morelli & Sons.

    I had no hot water for approximately 2 weeks the company who installed my electric hot water tank not only screwed up, but never even properly connected the wire to generate electricity I called the initialCompany and they charged me 300.00 just to come in and connect a wire- out of pure desperation I told them to come in The result… still no hot water I emailed, called, etc and was told that the electrical was not included when my heat pump, solar and electric hot water tank was installed Result… I called an electrician. He was great Everything was fine regarding the electrical result. Still no hot water Called the installers again. No answer I’ve been ghostedEnter Morelli and sons plumbing I called them on 3/27 approx 0930 am They came to my house, quickly diagnosed the problem. Unscrewed the work done by Prime Solar Energy( yes, I’m blasting them now) and in an hour and a half I had the hottest water flowing continuously throughout my entire house Their price was super reasonable and Matt Morelli was awesome Even gave them a 50.00 tip for lunchI will definitely be using them in the future If anyone has poor plumbing or has been screwed/ ghosted by other companies, call Matt Morelli at Morelli and sons He will take care of you and at an exceptional price!

    Absolutely incredible service and super responsive. Both times Mr. Morelli was the one to answer the phone himself and say up times to fix my leaking sink and water heater all in the same week. He was able to find a new heater and make time for his crew to come out and fix the problems. Both times the crew was here for an hour, they work so fast. I lived how they talked me through what they were doing and even asked how Id want to proceed with certain things. Ill never use another plumber again, youve got a customer for life!!

    Ive used this family company for many, many years for every plumbing issue one can imagine- from ordinary everyday calamities and remodeling to a ceiling caving in due to old pinleaky pipes. This visit, I needed a new water heater. Within 24 hours my old leaky one was gone and a new one was installed. My home is older, with crazy small doorways and the property slopes down a zillion stone steps. This is wonderful for homeowner privacy and charm, horrid for appliance people.These men are friendly and informative and professional and they clean up whatever little spots they leave.Im grateful to have plumbers I know and trust in my home.     Best service experience ever. Been using them since 2016 when Tony responded to a burst pipe emergency. They put in a new tank, well pump, water softener, and re-plumbed the boiler room. If you really want to know what it’s like to deal with these guys, here’s all you need to know: they replaced my garden spigot last year…I turned it on this summer but due to a manufacturer’s defect, it wouldn’t close completely. I texted them and they were at my house in ONE HOUR! No fuss, no additional charges. That’s how these guys roll.

    Matt came out today to fix an improperly installed toilet from a kitchen and bath renovation last year. He shared that the issue must have been going on for a while but he was able to fix it in no time. He replaced the parts that should have been swapped out when the the toilet was installed.     Used Morelli & Sons to install a new well tank and do a short list of minor repairs (new shower diverter, replace leaking pipe under kitchen sink, etc). Matt was communicative and the work was completed quickly and with attention to detail. He answered our questions and made sure we were able to contact him if anything went wrong. When we discovered a very minor issue after he left (repaired faucet developed a slow drip), he arranged to return first thing the next day and quickly resolved it. Highly recommend.

    I had no water and looked online for a reputable Plumbing company. I picked Morelli Plumbing based on the reviews I saw online and I am glad I did. I soon learned first hand why they always get 5 stars. They quickly showed up and began troubleshooting the issue until they found the root of the problem. They could have easily upsold me and told me the pump was bad (as that is what I suspected) and I would have believed it. But they were very honest, professional, courteous and reasonable. I will definitely use them in the future and recommend them to others.
