I can’t say enough good things about Menillo. We had a devastating plumbing emergency and the Menillo team (special mention for Nick!) was quick, kind, courteous, and communicated with us in terms we could understand every step of the way making a traumatic event a bit easier for us to bear and also helped me be able to trust my house again. If you want a company that treats you like a person and not a job while maintaining the utmost professionalism and expertise at all times, Menillo is for you.

The Mennillo Plumbing crew is absolutely amazing. It’s very nice to call and not get an answering service or transferred from here or there. They answer the phone day and night whenever I have called. The last time I had them out I had an issue and needed a part they not only ordered it for me, had it delivered to their shop, called me the same day it was delivered, and installed it. Not to mention the pricing is the fairest in the county. Their technicians are very knowledgeable and explain everything in detail along the way no surprise charges first class service all around thank you Bill and your team for the wonderful experience.

Our water tank split while we were on vacation and we immediately reached out to the Menillo team. They were at our house the day we got home and talked us through our options. We opted to go with a tankless unit and the whole process was seamless. The team was on time, courteous, professional, and super helpful. Would definitively recommend!

Dealing with service companies and service people can be very intimidating and stressful, but Menillo plumbing was incredibly customer centric and efficient. I called, and they politely responded with a clear and simple scope of the job and a fair, estimated cost. They were able to schedule the work in an unexpectedly short time. A very polite service person arrived as scheduled, and everything went exactly as they informed me. Professional, clean, and efficient. The only problem was that their minimum charge is one hour and they were so efficient that they finished in half the time. I thought they should have informed me and asked if I had another small project that I wanted to include for the same labor cost. As time estimating is not an exact science, I still gave them 5 stars without hesitation, and they will be first to call again.

Mennillo plumbing is fantastic. I hired them to set a tub and reroute a drain line. While they were there, the shower valve had to be moved to accommodatethe new tub. Bill was great to deal with and was able to fit the job in quickly. The mechanic he sent out (Sean) wasted no time getting the job done. He wasvery knowledgeable, polite, and made sure everything was perfect before he left including cleaning the job site and removing all the garbage. I would highly recommend them for any job nomatter the size or complexity

Mennillo does excellent work! The plumbers who came out were knowledgeable, neat, and respectful. My building is older; everything can be tricky. But Mennillo took care of my problem without complaint and didnt shy away from the age of the property. I would definitely call again (and highly recommend) for a plumbing issue.

I had a very good experience with this company, we had an emergency leaking water heater, Bill answered the phone and was very professional and immediately offered a competitive price and service within a day or 2 only because i said it was a small leak and i could wait..other companies i called refused to even give me an approximate price range let alone a price quote and were vague on availability. Bill from Mennillo Plumbing called me back an hour later and said they could come right out..Chris arrived promptly to install a new water heater, he was very friendly, neat and was obviously experienced. Twice I have called and they have responded instantly. We all have our service call nightmare stories. But not here. I am amazed at how organized, neat, and responsive they are. I have used them on two different job sites. Both removal and replacement of water heaters went smoothly and as scheduled. One was a 4th floor walk up. I am a Real Estate Broker Business Owner in town and I support all local trades. Use them ....perfect is an understatement.

My call was answered quickly and in a friendly manner by Bill. The repair job was scheduled for the next day in the late afternoon. All good. Then I noticed the leak was getting worse. This was after hours but I called anyway and left a voicemail expecting a call back the next morning. I was pleasantly surprised to get a call back within about ten minutes and to get an earlier appointment. It was explained very clearly when the repairman would show up. Not some vague half a day window as is all too common. On the morning I got two updates to keep me informed. Sean arrived at the time he messaged me in a clean and well maintained van. He gave me the quote, did the job efficiently and professionally.Overall a very pleasant experience and based on it, I can recommend this business to anyone in need of their services.

I called Mennillo plumbing based on all the great reviews. Like others, I found them to be very responsive and nice to work with. I had a simple job: install a new sink. The job was done quickly and the guy doing the job was very nice but a few days later I realized the sink was leaking, ruining the cabinet base and causing the nearby wood floors to warp badly. When Bill saw the photos he not only fixed the leak but also had someone install a new cabinet base and he oversaw everything personally. It ended up the faucet was defective and I got a different style. He truly did go above and beyond to resolve my issue and turned a negative into a positive.

ETA: Had Mennillo out yesterday for an emergency job, and the technician was just as excellent as my first experience with this company. Mennillo fixed my problem (a very scary dripping ceiling!!) very quickly and efficiently for a more-than-fair price. Original review follows: Excellent, detailed service technician who explained all of the changes that he was making and had all of the required parts ready to go in his van (I was even able to choose between different faucet price points). I highly recommend Mennillo based on how well they addressed several different plumbing issues inside (and outside!) my home.

Weve used Mennillo Plumbing multiple times in our short time of being home owners. Bill always gets back to you immediately and everyone who comes to the house is professional, efficient and knowledgable. Recently we were in a really tough spot and needed to replace our furnace immediately. At first Bill told us it would be really tough to squeeze us in and it may take over the course of 2 days to replace the furnace. Not only did he squeeze us in that day we called but everyone stayed late to ensure we werent without heat over night. I cant say enough good things about Bill and Mennillo Plumbing. I wouldnt use anyone else!
