Top notch service from start to finish. I called late on a Saturday and easily had an appointment first thing Sunday morning. My technician was Marquis and not only did he unclog the problem, he was professional and personable throughout. I cannot believe how inexpensive the whole process was, I was charged about 5 times the amount from two different companies in the past. Hope I don’t need to, but I will never call another plumbing company again. Thank you again!

The office staff was quick, courteous and professional. My tech visit was scheduled with no issues. The office kept me abreast of the arrival time of the tech. Tom, the tech, was prompt, friendly and professional . He explained, in detail, each issue with my boiler. He laid out options and was very low pressure. I arranged a visit to have the system replaced and was able to get an appointment for an estimate the next day.I will definitely be using AJ Perri again. Highly recommended.

It was a pleasure working with technician Singh, he came Friday afternoon and he was able to get my heat turned on our 20+ year old furnace temporarily. He explained what the repairs were and the cost needed to fix the furnace, he also said he could get someone to provide me with a quote for a new furnace if I wanted to as well. I asked to get a quote for a new furnace and a new technician Jon came to our home an hour later to provide a quote. I’m so happy to know that we will be getting a new thermostat and furnace installed by Monday morning.

Earl Gonzales and his partner Natale were amazing. They explained everything, showed what was what, were very polite, respectful, and cleaned up at each step of tank removal and installation. They would not leave until the water was totally clear, even though it was after 7 pm. They were also very friendly and fun, making sure that I was not worried about anything. They were absolutely confident and knowledgeable. Perfect employees!!!

Ryan H. arrived at 10am as promised and went right to work. My Nest thermostat stopped working. Within 5 minutes he found the issue, showed me what my options were, then addressed my concerns immediately. We went to the thermostat to ensure its properly working and we now have heat again. The gentleman that came to my home was very knowledgeable and was able to find the problem and fix it quickly. Ahmed was excellent.As far as the call center to see when the technician will come. FORGET IT. So many phone calls because the technician was running late. The call center had no idea what they were doing. It got to the point where the lady told me they are running very late and the technician will not be able to come. She told me to make another appointment. As we were talking the technician rang my bell. Like I said, the call center has no idea what they are doing. I would have given a 5 star, but after 2 hours on the phone I should have given a 1 star, but I felt bad for the technician.Ahmed the technician was great!

I was very happy with the work done by my A J Perri technician.He as helpful, friendly & patient. I have to say however, that I wasnt pleased to get an e-mail instead of the requested phone call from dispatch. To assume everyone gets & monitors their e-mails on their cell phones is an incorrect assumption. It may be common, but its not universal.

Everything was great from beginning to end. Ryan was punctual and friendly when discussingthe scope of the project. Carlos was great on the install. He left that boiler room looking completely different than when he got there! I feel so much safer knowing that everything is squared away in there.

While phone reps were curtious,, caring and sympathetic, they should be able to notify customers (as with me) of any conditions holding up techs. Estimate 7 1/2 hours from call in to tech arrival. A heads up would have been nice.

Main sewer line backed up. They got here within two hours of my call. Cleared the line and then stayed for at least 30 minutes to ensure it was draining. During that time they answered questions about plumbing, heating, water softener. He made some recommendations that could save money on utilities. They will come back with a camera to see if they can determine the exact cause of the problem. In short, this guy Pete was more concerned with making sure the line was clear and answering every question I had rather than just running to his next job. Very reasonably priced as well.

Hi! I highly recommend A.J. Perri - Tinton Falls, and especially their technician Daniel Iqbal. He has come out to my house in Middlesex County three times now, and each time his kind demeanor and professionalism made it a pleasant experience. The first time he replaced an outdoor copper pipe that ruptured, (when I forgot to winterize). The second time was for a leaky pipe and tub spout replacement. This was an excellent experience. My furnace broke down but it was timely it was a very old furnace. The technician who inspected my old furnace said it was time to be replaced they were concerned because it was very old and so they took care of everything. I financed through a company that they worked with and its a beautiful thing. They came in and installed the furnace within 3 hours which was amazing they cleaned up everything and we can get on with our lives and not freeze to death LOL. I appreciated the concern and the professionality of this company and I would recommend them to anyone looking to get an air conditioning or furnace installed. I have not used them for plumbing yet but thats in the cards as well.

Let’s first start off with Dispatcher Ryan who called me to let me know tech was on his way, that was great for planning purposes, as I was at work. When Chris Fala got to my house, I appreciated how he parked on the street, with his cones out, instead of parking in my driveway. He came in with a smile and tools like he was ready to work. I liked how he put on shoe covers before entering my house, as it was wet outside due to the rain.Chris provided my semi - annual maintenance, this time on my furnace to get me ready for winter. Thier customer service is very polite and friendly. The install guy were on time clean and friendly as well. The price was within reason. The only issue we have is with the repair. Weve had a few guys out here so far but after our new equipment was installed we are not getting the same air flow. Our 30yr old ac unit put out way more air and was more cost efficient. Since our new ac our bill has gone up over 100$. And it takes hours to cool our house down. Weve had repair guys out here 3 times and last 1 was for a duct cleaning which never happened. They try to do good by us which is fine but we just want our system back to normal operation.....**update aj perri sent out thier guys again and they fixed it Jay and Paulson two very experienced guys definitely ask for them they did so much and got our system operating to how it was we thank the aj perri team for keeping us updated with our equipment very good customer service. The equipment is prestine and they wrighted any wrongs performed.

Thank you A_J Perri!! I callled for my AC unit and they responded so quickly. My technician came promptly and patiently listened to my concerns. He did go into the attic and it is 85 degrees at 9:00am in July. He was careful to investigate the issues and also to check back with me. He quickly addressed the problems and I found a lot of value in the information he provided. When the time came he gave me several options and pricing plans. Would have given them 5 stars but price was on the high side of what I was planning to pay.Installation scheduling was quick, 3 days after signing with them. And the installation team was excellent. Showed up on time on the day of installation and stayed the entire day installing 2 units. There were installation challenges they worked to overcome..mostly related to integration issues with installing the new AC unit into the existing ductwork and furnace assembly. But they got it all working. They answered all my questions and stayed until I was confident that everything was working normally. Truly an excellent installation team.
