I called Premier Plumbing Service company when I needed some plumbing work in my home and they responded immediately. They were very pleasant from the start to end. The lady who answered the phone, asked a few questions, and provided the best quote out of the 3 plumbing companies I had called. Mike, the plumber, came out to my house two days later, and completed the job quickly and was a nice guy. Great company! I will not forget to recommend and will definitely use them again.

Thanks to Mike for hard work, quick response and friendly attitude. I had a leaky faucet for a few days and woke up one morning to find my faucet not working at all. I called Premier Plumbing Service and they were able to send Mike over within the next 2 hours. He was excellent at articulating and explaining what work he was going to do, what my options were, and how much it was going to cost. We discovered a leak in our main water line in the front yard, and water was flowing down the driveway. I found Premier Plumbing Service on the internet, and Mike returned my call immediately. He had someone at our house within half an hour minutes and made the repair quickly. We would definitely use Premier Plumbing Service again.

Our main sewer system had a leakage near our gate and there was a foul smell all over our compound and we needed someone to help us right away, and Mike from Premier Plumbing Service was here and knew exactly what to do. Excellent service. I cant say enough good things about our plumber Mike. They were on time and very flexible to my schedule. They installed my Jacuzzi tub perfectly and tested and were very clean, nest, friendly, and accommodating! I would by fare continue to use them for all my plumbing issues. Mike is awesome. I was on a very tight budget and felt that their prices were very reasonable and affordable for me.

I scheduled an appointment for a backflow test and they were upfront with their prices. No upfront deposits neither. My appointment was scheduled fast and the technician showed up on time. He was fast and very professional. Will definitely call them again if I run across any plumbing problem.

Frank came out this morning to give us an estimate on a repipe job, and he was extremely thorough, concise, and very kind. He walked us through how the process would work, answered all of our what if questions, and was just a pleasure to work with. I also must say that when I called a few days ago to make this appointment, Andrea was also wonderful to talk to. She was able to book us quickly, and followed up immediately with email and text confirmations. The customer service has been stellar, especially considering these stressful times sea dealing with a leak and a pandemic. Thank you!

We had an emergency with the sewer backing up. Premier Plumbing Service came within couple of hours and tried to snake it, but couldnt get the blockage to be cleared. They came the next morning with the hydro power cleaner and cleaned the blockage. Very helpful. They cleaned up themselves after the service.
