When we bought our furnace, they were very pleasant to work with. Easy, great communication, and they got the job done quick. Great quality furnace and quality service.This week, we needed some assistance with the furnace after hours, I called and they were able to schedule and make it out to our place one hour out in the middle of nowhere in just a few hours. We were really impressed. Once more, great quality work and great quality service.Excellent company; I highly recommend them.

We called Champion services last Summer for both a plumbing issue and to have a gas line and stove installed in our house. The technicians were friendly, knowledgeable, and did an outstanding job. The drain continues to run well, the gas stove is wonderful and the gas fireplace has carried us through winter with both warmth and beauty. I really appreciate their professionalism and hard work.

Sold my parents their hot water. Almost a year later, the gas company came through to switch meters. They saw the hot water heater and told me to call Champion, as it is not up to code, and the hot water heater is pushing up against the gas line, causing a gas leak. The office guy was a total jerk, but the owner decided the best plan of action was to send the guy who originally installed it, to do the repair. He fixed all of the issues, even spent time talking to the gas company to make sure he was following all of the codes. All at no additional cost.

Bruce did an amazing job! Was very informative about everything that he did and how everything works. Also recommended services that should be done to keep my old heater going as long as possible but also recommended new heaters, prices, and services when mine does eventually quit. Also my dogs liked him which is a bonus so I didnt have to lock them up or put them outside while he was working.

As a single mom its scary when you might have a water leak, so it was refreshing to call Champion and their wonderful customer service was able to book a appointment at very reasonable rates by the next day! They were able to show up early and find the problem within less then 30 min. They had a solution and everything they needed to fix it! The two employees that did the work were not only kind but professional and even wore booties to cover their shoes when they came inside the house! Thank you champion for having knowledgeable employees who know what to do and are courteous! Ill definitely be calling Champion Services for any of my needs going forward!

Called champion at 8:30 in the morning, Nathaniel was so pleasant to talk to even though I was grumpy. My sewer had backed up Thanksgiving night and he made sure that a tech was here asap. The tech arrived around 10, his name was Alex he was so friendly, quick, thorough and efficient. He showed me everything, explained everything he was going to do and explained again as he was doing it. He cleaned up after himself, which I havent had any plumber do that has been in my home. The entire experience was great from start to finish. Thank you for being so kind and patient even though I was a little grumpy when I initially called in.

Had the union on my presure tank fixed it had busted and leaked 3ft of water in my crawl space. I had DIY pumping the water out and drying the ground. When Nate arrived it was pleasant and professional. He got right down to business explaining everything wrong and the solution to the problem. The price was fair and fast service. When I called in to dispatch I was greated and she was pleasant to talk to. I expected to have to wait calling in 1500hrs for the next day. Nope they was out by 1700hrs and out in 1 hr job done. He is very thorough and shows you exactly what he is doing and why. The office staff is always extremely friendly and helpful when you call about a problem and service is quick. I had a plugged sewer drain line which caused flooding in my house while we were gone for a short time. Champion from the first call to my last with them was fantastic. Our boiler broke down on us 5 weeks ago. We had called a different company to come and check it out where we kept getting the run around and after a week of waiting we finally called Champion (which we should have done in the first place). Cody quickly was able to figure out the problem and we got started on a plan. Even with manufacture and shipping delays, we still got the best service. Rachel and Chelsea made sure we had constant updates. Today after 5 weeks of not having heat, Cody and Brian came in and got us taken care of. We couldn’t have asked for a better team to work with, and we will be using Champion for any and all of our future needs. We appreciate you all!

My a/c went out and Champion sent Dallas to inspect the problem. Before he left he went through the system and explained it to me. The a/c started up. The next day it died again. Champion sent Chris, their specialist, to find out why. The new thermostat that was installed earlier in the year so that I could have heat ended up being defective. Chris installed a new one and the a/c still wouldnt come on. You could hear it trying to start but no air would come through the vents. Chris then went to the heater and discovered that the fan had run for so long because of the defective thermostat that the motor overheated. It had attached itself to the fan. Chris removed it and ordered a new unit for me. Although I am still waiting for the new unit which had to be ordered, I have great confidence in them. I was amazed at the thoroughness of both Dallas and Chris and would highly recommend Champion and their team.

These guys are amazing. My thermocouple went out in my heater which ultimately caused my pipes to freeze and break. We were out of town when Cody came over to do the repair he noticed a waterfall sound. He turned off the water main and capped the pipes for us so that we could still have water through out the rest of the house. He also took special care to tip my sons bed on its side so that it would drain and dry faster. I am so impressed and grateful for the services these guys provide. Cody really went above and beyond.

Discovered electrical issues in a house we recently purchased. Called Champion Tues late afternoon and a svs tech was there next day. Found faulty breakers needed replaced. Scheduled work to be done. After RMP arrived to shut power, discovered line/box coming in not to code so had to also fix that issue. Found the Champion Team to be very prompt, professional and willing to answer any questions we had. You cant go wrong with Dwayne, Cody and Brian on the job. The ladies on the phone were super nice and professional too, Rachael and Chelsie top notch!We recommend Champion Services and plan to call them first if we ever need any kind of service they provide.

They showed professionalism in their product knowledge, efficiency of installation and expert affability in acquainting us with the proper use and maintenance of the new appliance. We appreciated that they learned our needs and matched a product to serve our winter heating requirements without up-selling or pressure. The turn-around from first contact with the Evanston Office, to the initial in-home consultation, to the complete installation today was fewer than ten days! I also wish I had been informed I should install a whole home surge protector four years ago when furnace was installed. When you buy a new furnace, make sure you have its electronics protected from electrical surge.

I have had many previous service calls with this company, all of them positive, so when my heating system failed on a monday night, my first call on tueday morning was to champion services.brian came out the same day, and as always, he was prompt and helpful.when he determined that my old system was beyond repair because the needed part was no longer available, he made arrangements to replace my old system the very next day!as it was quite cold at the time, this was really appreciated.brian and scott arrived as scheduled and had the entire system installed and it was up and running by the end of the day.during all of this, both brian and scott were very professional, courteous and helpful.they removed all of the debris from removing the old system.i trust this company and would recommend their services for any repairs, upgrades or installations needed in the home.what i like best about champion services is that they handle everything with complete professionalism: calls are answered right away (thank you, chelsea!) and the service calls are scheduled very promptly.technicians keep you updated as to their arrival and keep their appointments as scheduled.thank you champion services!!!
