Chip was very helpful. I needed to get a new kitchen faucet and needed it in a hurry as I have family coming to visit -he helped me go to a web site and choose a faucet that will be delivered in 2 days. He also encouraged me to call if it comes in early afternoon to see if it’s possible for same day installation vs waiting past the weekend.

Jon came for one thing and after he spent time giving me a complete educational lesson on our houses needs, we came up with another, more appropriate plan. Once he completed the job, Jon made sure to help me understand my next steps as far as maintenance. I really appreciate that he helped me understand my house better. Always love the time we get from Goode.

We called Goode Plumbing for an emergency call when water was dripping from our ceiling hours before we left on a trip. We thought we had resolved it but it began again the next day. Goode was very responsive about coming out again as soon as we got home. Our team — Joey & Martin — were really patient & methodical as we began the process of elimination. We opened up the ceiling but nothing was actively leaking, so after trying all the water sources in our unit we decided to wait until it happened again. Two days later the water came & Goode dispatched Joey & Martin again, which was great since they were already familiar with the situation. They were able to enter another condo unit in the building & figured out what was causing it. They were extremely intentional about where to cut open the wall, and replaced the cracked pipe pretty quickly. As a brand new homeowner (the leak happened less than 2 weeks after moving in!) I appreciated how well they explained what was going on & answered my questions. Hopefully we never have plumbing issues again but if we do, I’ll definitely call Goode.
