    Flader Plumbing Heating has now done three jobs at our home:1.) Supported our Kitchen Remodel2.) Installed a dual-pump sump pump system3.) Cleared the drains on our window wells (4 of the 5 were blocked with one actually filling with water and leaking into the basement)The people were friendly, courteous, and professional. The work was excellent. The cost was very reasonable.I highly recommend considering them for your plumbing projects!

    We asked Flader if they could improve the AC in my office. Kyle came and did an inspection and assessed what improvements would be needed. Then a couple of weeks later they did the work in a couple of hours, and now my office is nice an comfortable. Weve used Flader for years, very happy with the service and professionalism that weve received!

    Flader Plumbing installed a new RPZ back flow valve for our irrigation system and we were so impressed! Greg, the plumber, arrived on time, explained what needed to be done and showed us his work when it was completed. He was so professional and filled out the necessary form for our Village confirming the new valve was installed and was working properly. We will definitely use Flader Plumbing again. Great service.

    We recently had the motor of our ejector pit go out. I called Flader at 7am and by 4pm they had completely fixed the issue and it took four plumbers to complete the job. The original pump was over 100 years old and they had to figure out a solution and how to update the system. The price was so reasonable and their responsiveness was excellent.

    I called for emergency after-hours service for a burst pipe at my 94-year old mother’s home on a Friday, a couple minutes before closing. The pleasant, courteous woman to whom I spoke listened patiently, and everything was explained thoroughly.When I called back to confirm the service call, I spoke to Doug, who modeled the same professionalism as I’d experienced on the earlier call.The service technician he sent arrived ahead of schedule, located the problem, replaced the burst pipe section, and was finished and out the door quickly. He, too, was pleasant, patient, courteous, and a true professional.I am delighted with the service I received and I highly recommend this company.

    A good friend recommended Flader Plumbing when I mentioned a basement water problem following the spring rains. I checked their website and found many other great testimonials and Better Business Bureau certification. While I’m 30-miles away from their central office, I gave them a call and they dispatched a technician who arrived right on time, first thing in the morning. Kevin was clearly knowledgeable and offered a number of creative alternatives in capping an old sewer line. Courteous, friendly, and professional. Just the solution I was looking for.     Flader does quality work the first time. While theyre sometimes a bit expensive, weve had them back several times so I guess were comfortable with the trade offs. They have done an out-door shower, toilet fix, sprinkler system, boiler issues, among other jobs. They are polite and easy to work with. If its a big enough job to hire a plumber, its worth doing it well. Flader should be on the short list for Evanston area plumbing.

    We had a sewer back up within a day of Thanksgiving. Flader came very fast and fixed the blockage. They also came two days later and did a camera study and rodding to figure out where the blockage was in our sewer. Overall, they did a very good job. The technician was helpful and friendly.

    Our heat was having issues in the middle of the night and didnt know what to do. I remember seeing Flader Plumbing trucks driving around so we decided to give them a try.They arrived within an hour and diagnosed the problem immediately. I couldnt believe it!     Doug Flader and the crew at Flader Plumbing and heating are a great company to deal with. No project too big or too small. Emergency service is not a problem at all. Have utilized them for the past 5 years now on our single family rentals to our larger multi family buildings. Offers real world cost savings upgrades that have been implemented and have not only showed return on less service calls, but a monthly savings on the utility bills.     Contracted to disconnect basement toiled and laundry washtub for basement perimeter sump drainage tile excavation/installation. Sump contractor found leaking sub floor iron pipe failing (after 92 years). Flader came and replaced the failed piping (after slight additional excavation) and enabled completion of the sump project. Professional, timely, effective, fair. Also reconnected toilet and washbasin after completion of sump work. Also have used them for replacement of two water heaters. Happy with their service and communications. Will happily continue to use Flader.
