I had called 5 different plumbing services for a quote to install my water boiler because mine had an active leak and drained out to my garage. Richy was able to come in that same day and gave me the best quote by far. He came in and got right to work, he explained to me everything he was going to do and did. He also showed me the bad work that was done from a previous plumber and replaced all parts necessary and stuck with the price he gave me at the start. Very happy with his service and professionalism. I’ll be saving his contact for any future plumbing needs!

We had to replace the hot water system in our house. The old one was corroded and not up to code. We contacted Richy Rooter and within less than a week were on the schedule for removal of the old system and installation of the new. He brought it up to code as well. The price quoted was cheaper than most other services and the work is 10/10 quality. The speed, quality and constant contact with the vendor was amazing. Could not ask for a better service experience. Would highly recommend for any plumbing work. We have saved his information if we ever have any other work to do.

I had a great experience with Richy Rooter Plumbing. On the day of our appointment, Ricardo texted me to let me know he was on his way and showed up on time. He ended up having a last-minute cancellation so he was able to do the new toilet installation and fix a second toilet right then. His prices were better than other estimates I had received. He was thorough and cleaned up nicely afterwards. I also asked for quotes on other issues and he was very good at explaining everything. He gave me advice on what needed to be done and what could wait down the road. I appreciate his honesty and Im so glad I found a plumber I can trust.

We had continuously leaking outdoor wall mounted faucets to be repaired. Also, a wornout bathtub nozzle needed to be replaced. Ricky was complete with all three projects in record time. He also found that someone had in the past in correctly installed the tub spout. He corrected the issue and the spout works great. My wife and I appreciate his workmanship and his promptness.

I called several different companies looking for someone to give me a reasonable quote for a toilet install and haul away my old toilet. After several ridiculously high priced quotes and also being told by some companies they didn’t do caulking all the way around the toilet which was odd I was almost going to give up looking .On my final attempt at contacting a professional plumbing company I came across Richy Rooter and decided to give them a shot, I’m so happy I did. Ricardo was very polite and professional on the phone and in person he gave me a very reasonable quote and was available next day for my toilet install and haul away. He was on time super clean and extremely hard working. Ricardo finished in a decent amount of time and made sure I was happy with the results. I’m so happy I found this company and would absolutely recommend them for your plumbing needs. You would never know the toilet was replaced it looks like it has always been there and we are happy we got the work done so promptly in such short notice.

Thankfully, my uncle-in-law gave me his information, and within a week, our boiler was fixed. He did an amazing job, and it was affordable. We needed a cleanout snaked very badly. I called a different plumber, who said he would have someone out within two hours. I took the day off work and waited and he never showed up, and the plumber I called originally never returned my calls until after 5pm.I called Richy the next day, and even though he was busy that day, he made sure to take time to get to me. He fixed the issue in no time and even followed up the next day to make sure everything was still Ok. He is a standup guy and deserves all 5 stars.

Ricardo answered him phone and immediately scheduled me for the following day. He was punctual and did a great job helping trouble shoot our problem. Had Zia plumbing tell me my drain was not draining due to incorrect pitch. They wanted $1500 for a repiping. Richy came and correctly trouble shoot the problem that I had a clogged drain outside the house. In addition to snaking the drain he also put in the camera to find the problem. Would definitely recommend him and use him again.

After realizing I was in over my head with a toilet install on Sunday, I called Richy first thing Monday morning. Call was answered promptly, and even though he had two appointments that morning, was still able to come out... Earlier then he expected, as well. Richy had to install a new toilet flange and fill in with quickset concrete, also installed the new toilet. 10/10 highly recommend, excellent service! Mr. Granados is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and thorough in all aspects of his work. I was looking for a plumber to install a kitchen faucet and found his business on Google. He was able to schedule same-day service and had great communication when his previous project was taking longer than expected. He diligently worked on the faucet installation and reviewed the end result with me so that I knew where the de-installation to was and provided rationale for the tubing weight mounting location. He also answered questions that I had about the kitchen sink and dishwasher air vent and brought future potential concerns to my attention, such as a bend in the faucet tubing and subpar sink undermounting adhesive that was originally used. We will definitely be calling Mr. Granados for any and all future plumbing projects and issues that will arise!

I noticed some water damage just outside of my shower and knew I had a problem. I called Richy Rooter and he responded within an hour! He evaluated the situation, did a comprehensive leak test with dye and identified the issue. I really appreciated that he took the time to explain to me what he was doing throughout the entire process. It seems that I have a leak in my grout near the tile that went completely unnoticed until he pointed it out. I really appreciate the fact that he took the time to explain to me what was going on. Additionally, he was extremely polite and very clean. It is not ever day someone actually cleans up their mess from working a problem.I am extremely happy that I have found a plumber that I can trust. He has very reasonable prices as well.
