Zack and Mark have both worked on my plumbing. They do great work and are so fair. Today, I had what I thought was another leak where they had done a repair, and Mark came out and helped me figure out the actual cause which was something I was doing that caused the issue. Mark didn’t charge me even know he came out to my house and that took his time. Zack the owner, did a big job for me, digging up a underground pipe in the front yard and fixing it. He also changed its orientation to make sure there wouldn’t be future problems. They gave me a warranty on the work they did. They are honest and even with all that the large job required (getting the city out, electric mapping, renting a bulldozer, etc.) they did that job in 3 days. In the mean time before they could get started, any clog I had, day or night, they came out and unclogged the clean out valve and got it working again. I will definitely use them again! First time I have found a good honest plumber! They have even taught me how to do some stuff myself. They could have made more money off me but instead taught me how to fix a clog and how the clean out drain works. Just an outstanding company and great guys!

Zach and his team have gone above and beyond for us - from my initial call in mid-March with a slab leak, removing everything, trenching through my house to replace the lines, and putting it all back together - I don’t have a single complaint. They are so knowledgeable, honest, and professional. Prices are very reasonable compared to others I’ve used in town before I was lucky enough to use Plumbtastic. I will never use anyone else. Service was great. Technician was knowledgeable, fast and thorough. I would give 5 stars, except for price. Was charged $347 to replace a shower valve cartridge, which took about an hour total time, and included $70 to come out and give us an estimate. Typically, the service companies we have used will deduct this charge if you use them to make the repair.

Knowledgeable, thorough, and hardworking. What more would you want from a plumbing service? Fair price? Yep, they nailed that one too. I needed a sewer line repaired. In my case the line was deep, there were multiple issues between my house and the sewer main, and the job was too much for hand digging. Fortunately they own the equipment required to dig the hole, have the expertise to use it, and the skill to reconfigure and repair the sewer line to make it better than when it was new. My thanks to Zach, Mark, and Josh for their dedication, hard work ethic, and their desire to get the job done right.

This was a phenomenal experience, we thought we had the hot water heater leaking into our drain pan. We wound up with a much smaller issue that saved us over a thousand dollars. Most plumbers would have just replaced the hot water heater based on that was what they were called out for, Zack and his assistant found the issue and cleared it up and left. We used Plumbtastic Solutions yesterday (11/22/19) and I was glad I called. Zach was very professional and courteous and I thought he went the extra mile for us. We had issues with both of our hot water heaters. One was leaking severely and the other wasnt heating. Zach found the leak and replaced the valve from PVC pipe to a high pressure hose, similar to what theyre putting in houses now. While he was working on the 2nd water heater, the sediment in the bottom of the hot water heater caused so much pressure build up that it blew a hole in the high pressure hose. Water and sediment went every. Zach quickly took care of the issue, called one of his workers to bring him a brass valve. He replaced the valve and completely cleaned up the entire mess. Finished working on the other hot water heater. Spent a total of 4 1/2 hours troubleshooting and fixing our issues. Received a call this morning from Zach and he stated he was in the area and wanted to stop by and check on both water heaters to make sure everything was still good! Great customer service! His price he charged was very reasonable and I would highly recommend calling Plumbtastic Solutions and ask for Zach!Edit or delete this

They told me that I had a slab leak and going to charge me $2100 to do the job and I will have to hire someone to retile the floor. I called Plumbtastic solution . He came out and check . It was just a minor of valve/ faucet dripping. There are no leak. After he tightened the valve/ faucet . The clock at meter stop spinning. Hes not even charge me to come out . He has saved me thousands of dollars and the headache. Honest business like Ken is hard to find. I recommend his business to everyone.

The leak had progressed a long time before it was detected, so there was mold behind the washing machine and the wall was wet. They called to let me know when they were coming, but were running a bit late and so they called again to let me know what time to expect them. These guys, Mark and his assistant Kyde, knew what they were doing and took time to listen and explain what they were doing and what they found to be the problem. They were courteous, competent, and respectful. They got a job done that another plumbing company couldnt get done, and in a short space of time they had my shower unclogged and fixed a repair that was caused by the other plumbing company, which could have caused major issues in the future.
