I live in Edmond, Oklahoma and I have nothing but great things to say about the Airco team that installed my new HVAC system. Dillan, Triston and (Gary?) were extremely professional and very courteous. They showed up on time both days and did the job in the timeframe that was quoted. My sales reps Chris and Blake made notes upon their initial consultation and Dillan and the crew did everything that was listed and suggested on that list. They delivered everything that I was promised in my initial quote and I can tell a difference already. (My old system was 16 yrs old and beginning to struggle) I have no regrets whatsoever with trusting Airco with my homes comfort. Im looking forward to the cost savings of the new smart system.

What we thought would only take a few hours turned into all day once a corroded pipe behind my wall was creating havoc. Matthew was so great and he is all about showing the customer what the issue is and the steps to fix it. Matthew cut me lots of discounts and I ended up spending much less than it could have been. Thank you Airco and Matthew for handling the situation ✌️ this lady is very happy again!!

The crew was extremely knowledgeable with plumbing issues. I had unusual plumbing requests. This so that I could isolate either tank in the system to run the hole house. If there is a failure in either tank. They worked into the evening to finish the job. They answered all my questions. Thank you again to all Airco Services company staff. Great Job.

Landon and Adam came out and did a fantastic job getting my new hot water heater installed. They also walked me through the process of lighting the pilot. We even discussed The need for a water softener and how much of an impact that can make on the home. Keep in mind that all work will require you to be available for the city to inspect. They usually schedule the inspection within a week of work completed.

These guys did a fantastic job. It was a major job and they were out here at 8:00 am all three days. The young man was Ty and he had two other people with him who all worked hard. The quality of the work was fantastic and they went above and beyond with the cleanup after the job. I highly recommend them. Very professional and courteous. Great job guys!

I have several rental properties. Over the years I’ve had plumbing issues, had to replace HVAC systems, etc. Every single time I have used Airco, it has been a great experience. They don’t over charge. They are very fair. And usually feel like it always costs less than I expected. They do so many different types of work, that I usually never have to call a different company. They take of it all. I would highly recommend. Always professional and never disappointed!

This was my first time to use AirCo and Mike N. Was awesome and so helpful!! We had a different technician come out a few days ago and pretty quickly determined we needed a new sink disposal—without doing a whole lot of checking things…I was bummed because we bought the house brand new 4 years ago. Due to a scheduling mishap (on my part!) what I thought would be the disposal install appointment ended up being another diagnostic appointment where we met Mike. I explained the mixup and what was going on. He asked if he could take a look around and ended up clearing things out, ultimately determining we did NOT need a new sink disposal. He was quick and explained things in detail which I very much appreciated. I will definitely call Airco back and will be asking for Mike!!

Nicholas jankowski was our service tech today and he did an amazing job he came in and checked our unit clean the coils on it checked our air filters which we were only aware of one we didnt realize it had two. He said he would see that we got the filters back to us today he didnt have any with him at the time & he explained everything and how important it was to have the D7 allergy and coil cleaner to make our unit work better and save us a big expense if he got too dirty without it . We were very happy with his service

We just bought a new generator and had a 220 line installed. We got the best price on everything through Airco. From the sales representative to the installers everything went very well. All were right on time, very professional and did excellent work. We are very happy with results! Highly recommend Airco for a generator install.

Nick is an amazing tech. Cordial and conscious of my questions and needs. New R32 mini split system installed for enclosed rear patio. Wanted professional pressure and vacuum test and initial final fill. Unit comes loaded with 16.5 ft of lineset, ours is 29 feet so we needed a little extra R32 to be at correct. Would have been fine until those 100F+ summer afternoons, so opted to top-off unit and wanted the Pros to ensure there was no issues. Nick delivered.

On one of our hottest days, my unit was reinstalled by around 9:00 am, and my house cooled from 83 to 74 degrees by 3:00 pm. As soon as it was connected, it was bearable with cool air blowing.(I had concrete poured the day before, so the unit was pulled for a day!)

My hot water heater went out. I first got a call from the technician saying he would be here in 30 to 45 minutes and he did arrive within that window he said. He checked everything out as I was expecting. It would be 2 to 3 days before I can get it replaced however Winnie detect checked it out he said can you do you want it done tomorrow or tomorrow? To my surprise I said today would be great within 30 to 45 minutes. Person with the company called and said that the guys were on their way they came in replaced a lot of things to other than just the hot water heater and cleaned up everything there was no trash left behind. There was no nothing. I will give them five star every day.

It was a pleasure having Ryan in my home working on my plumbing issues. He was very professional, polite and extremely knowledgeable. Ryan took the time to explain everything he was doing and even why in some instances. After the initial visit to resolve the emergency situation, he returned for 2 1/2 days to completely re-pipe my entire house. If I have another plumbing issue, I will definitely request Ryan. I felt very comfortable having him in my home, even when my husband and I weren’t home. He deserves a 5+.

Airco has performed our regular HVAC maintenance this past 12 months and we’ve definitely liked them so far. Unfortunately, had a clogged condensate drain line from the coils, and it turned out to be a large clog of insulation, so it couldn’t break down or move without pulling it out. The system shut itself off overnight, and after a very hot day, so we weren’t sure what was causing it. Cody, our tech, was able to locate the clog in the drain line. Easy fix for them, but he was very thorough, helpful and informative. He knew to check the safety switches, floats and drain line for any issues given the symptoms, so it saved us a ton of time. He provided some great tips on how to deal with clogs in the future and keeping the condensate drain line clean, while also explaining what exactly to check first if it happens again.

For the most part the tech did great. He showed me how my induced draft and blower motor’s are starting at high amps. Furnace is old. But then he showed me a pic of my water tank b-vent not being on the appliance adapter, and said I need a plumber to fix it. HVAC guys are fully capable of this type of work. He should have fixed it then and there. I actually fixed it myself while he was still in the driveway. Then, part my fault as well, we had no hot water because he left it in pilot, instead of setting the temp back. I did HVAC for many years. Take that extra step. Make sure your customer is fully ready to go. But still over all Airco does good work.

Lloyd is awesome! He came out to inspect my leaking hot water heater. He was super knowledgeable, informative, and patient. It took a long time in my hot garage to figure out where the leak was coming from. He also shared tips and tricks for how to keep my equipment in good shape. Can’t recommend enough!Update: I needed my water heater replaced and Gabriel came out to replace it. It took almost three hours and he was really kind and patient. Kept me updated the entire time and even went out to get a new tank when he realized the replacement was damaged. All around great service!

Absolutely amazing service. Came home toMy house at 90° at 4 PM today. I called around for someone to come out. At 6:13pm I called AirCo. At 647 Rufus was at my door and by 740 all repairs complete. It was only the Capacitor and I greatly appreciated the honesty of their technician … and AirCo.Fair price that won’t break the bank and I am back in cold air in less than 2 hours.THANK YOU AirCo and thank you Rufus. AirCo made it easy to set up the appointment for a tuneup/inspection for my HVAC. Rufus came out and was punctual and let me know 30 mins before he got there. Once there Rufus was a joy to have in the house. Answered any and all questions I had and inspected anything everything that could cause issues down the line. Even offered to clean my outside unit for me. He even said it wasn’t that dirty but offered anyway.Most important take away from this review is that my unit did NOT need anything. And Rufus didn’t push to sell me anything. Which means, when my unit DOES need something, I’ll be sure to call AirCo and request Rufus for the bigger job.Thank you Rufus and thank you AirCo.

We feel Luis went above and beyond what we asked. We had our roof replaced several months ago. We just found out our furnace vent pipe had been dislodged because of that. When Luis went up in the attic, he could see it was not sealed correctly. So not only did he reattach the vent pipe, he went up on the roof and made sure it was sealed and nailed down a shingle that was loose.

I have used their services on two separate occasions. One time when our house was hit by lightning, and the control board for the air conditioner and heater was fried. They came out and replaced it very quickly. The second time, the blower fan for the whole air-conditioning and heating unit was out and needed to have the motor replaced. They accomplished this in about two hours, and had it up and running again.If I had to add any negatives, it is mostly about price., But I could say that it is mostly sticker shock, and not necessarily about the speed of getting things done and accomplishing them when we needed it.

Cole was quick to respond to my weekend request for a quote after our thirty-year-old heater failed to start this season, arriving promptly as scheduled first thing Monday morning. He was very detailed in his assessment and understood the challenges of adding increased capacity in our fifty-year-old home. His estimate was highly detailed, showing exactly what was to be done and included in the scope of work. Other estimates we received were vague and required a lot of questions that were only addressed verbally, not in writing. This confidence was one of the primary factors for choosing Airco Services over the others.Once our decision was made, Alvaro and his installation crew were on site the very next morning, arriving promptly as scheduled. They were polite, courteous, and fastidious in their regard for our home while they removed all the old equipment and began the upgrade. I work from home and was able to continue without interruption while they went about their work. We also found them to be extremely accommodating when it came to any minor requests about the placement of the additional equipment and the supply and return registers and ducts that were required, stopping to ask about our preferences, if any, when options were available. Other than the new provisions, the impact on the interior of our home was as if they had never been there. They were completely finished with the entire project in two days, leaving the new equipment installed exactly as expected, and making sure we were informed and comfortable with how to operate our new system.These days, it seems rare that projects like this get completed thoroughly, on time, and to the consumers complete satisfaction. We could not be more pleased with every single aspect of how this experience unfolded. A hearty thanks to all the guys that came out and the people behind the scenes that support them in making things happen so smoothly.
