We found a leak under our sink the night before Thanksgiving. We were pleasantly surprised we didn’t have to wait til the next week for repairs. Tim arrived at the scheduled appt time. He got to work immediately to correct our issue. He explained what had happened and made sure it was done correctly. He also replaced the inside mechanism for the toilet and it’s as good as new. I am extremely cautious of having companies in our home. So I have no reservations on recommending this company to others.

My water heater died on us and we decided to upgrade to a tankless. Plumb Genius did a great job, they were competent, efficient and respectful of our property. Three small things that I really appreciate:1) They provided a detailed quote and we knew exactly what were were going to pay2) The communication was fantastic, we were in constant contact and they were flexible with our schedules. This is a big deal for me.3) They explained everything thing and took care of the inspection requirement all we had to do is be available. I appreciate great service I will definitely use Plumb Genius the next time I have a plumbing issue.....hopefully no time soon though

The pilot on my water heater went out a few days ago. I attempted to restart the pilot but it did not work, so I called my home warranty (AHS) who works with Plumb Genius who got me on their schedule. On that day I was thrilled to see Jerred Tipton who has done work for us before. Within 5mins he was able to determine the root cause. He was professional, friendly, arrived early and solved the problem. My wife and I appreciate Jerred and Plumb Genius for taking care of us. I would recommend them to anybody!

Ezra and his teammate came out to do repairs on my shower, trap, and to run a new line. He was able to give me options within my price range (what would be better long term vs. aesthetic look). He arrived on time (the office communicated over text). They cleaned the work space, took of their shoes/wore plastic baggies to not track in ice and and dirt. Cheapest rate compared to other plumbers in Tulsa. Highly recommend.

So Tony came out this morning to fix a leaking toilet in the master bedroom. It was a Saturday. He came in and got right to work. No messing around. Very professional. We had another minor problem with a leaky faucet and he took a quick look and fixed that. Yes I was happy that we got 2 nagging things fixed but I was more happy that we gave our business to a hard working professional. I am telling you this guy is ALL PRO. He comes prepared and motivated. Very impressive. I am a 30 year Navy Veteran and I have lived in many ( over 15 ) houses in my career. I have had many plumbers at my houses. Despite poor reviews on Yelp and others concerning this business, our technician Mike was very knowledgable and professional. We had roots in our main line, and he cleared them quickly. He also explained that Am Home Shield will not cover further clearing of the line since it was roots (indeed AHS called at the end of the service to reiterate that point). He suggested we get the line scoped to find the problem and gave us a reasonable quote without pressure of an immediate sale. Would call him again.
