Brit and his assistant came out and analyzed the water leak immediately. They gave me all the options and a schedule for repair or replacement of the line. Living in an older house replacement appeared to be the best option. They suggested boring the line versus cutting the driveway and tearing up the lawn which was really great. Another company quoted a higher price and they were going to saw cut the driveway and trench across the yard. Jay Garcia and his crew came out on 11/19/24 and finished the job the same day. He and his crew were all very nice and knowledgeable about their work. I would recommend Red Beard as a very good option for your plumbing needs.

Our hot water heater went out and I called Red Beard Plumbing. They were out here and the tank replaced within 6 hours. Everyone was very pleasant and easy to work with. The only drawback was that I had to do a little clean up in the garage after they left. Overall it was a good experience and I would recommend Red Beard Plumbing.

This was a great first experience with Red Beard. It started out with my call to schedule an appointment. Jeanette booked me for the next day. Lucky me, there was a cancellation, so they had an opening. She was helpful, friendly, and accommodating. Britt replaced a drippy tub shower valve, looked at two exterior hydrants and tightened them both, which stopped the excess spray/drip. They looked at my old water heater and fully answered questions about a tankless water heater. I will definitely call them back in the future!

They returned the very next morning to fix problem, but couldn’t get it to act up again while there.So they said if I had any more problems to give them a call back.That night, it started running again. I called them, they showed showed up and put in a second set of brand new parts in my tank, at no additional cost to me! They figured out that it leaked TOO, because the seal under the flush valve recommended for my brand and model did not seal properly!!! We were unable to turn off the faucet completely or shut off the valve (didn’t have one accessible).
