    Brian was a very thorough and informative technician. He arrived within an hour or so of us calling and was extremely helpful and professional. He broke down all of our options and treated the situation as if it was his own home. We’re very grateful for his service, especially on the cold nights!

    I called around 11:00 to ask about pricing to have someone come out to my house to check the furnace. Andy was friendly and patient while I tried to explain what I needed. He explained the difference between a service call and tune-up. He was able to schedule me in the same day but I wasnt sure if they would be able to get me on the schedule. To my surprise within an hour or so I received a call from Brian, the technician, that he was headed to my house. When he arrived he was cordial and professional. He completed the inspection, turned the heat on and checked for carbon monoxide throughout the house. He informed me of the condition of the heating system. He told me about the options I had and recommended carbon monoxide detectors until a decision is made. He mentioned there is financing available if I chose to go that route. I appreciate the friendly and professional service we received, especially getting us in so quickly. Thank you Andy and Brian!

    After looking endlessly for a trustworthy, reliable company, SunTech is our go to! Our water heater went out on Christmas Day and SunTech was there to help as always!     What amazing service!! When I got home and found my air conditioner wasnt working, I called Sun Tech and was greeted by the nicest man who told me he would send someone right out! I was shocked because it was 4:30pm and 102 degrees out, and I expected to have to wait until the next day for service. He kindly told me he didnt want me to be without air in this heat. Fifteen minutes later, the technician Brian called to say he was on his way. He was the most professional and thorough technician Ive ever encountered. He quickly diagnosed the issue and had my air conditioner fixed promptly. Amazing experience! I have used SunTech in the past, but this time, the customer service far exceeded my expectation! Thank you!!

    I can not say enough aboutBLAKE GREER. He is a very cheerful guy, honest and tells it like it is. He set straight what another company lied about and tried to charge me more saying I needed special tools and made it sound way more complicated then it was. His integrity and character spoke for its self when I asked him to walk me through what he did. Suntech keep doing what your doing with hiring amazing techs. Also he has a righteous mustache.

    Jace was great. He showed up when he said he would, identified our problem and took care of it in short order. He even offered some tips and options for ongoing service. The main office at Sun Tech was also great. They answer their phone, they call you back, and they were very friendly to speak with. Sun Tech was recommended to me by a family member and they take of my neighbor. I will call them again when needed.

    Absolutely the BEST heat and air company I’ve ever worked with. We have required service several times (cheap builders). Each time, Suntech is so quick to respond, resolves the problem affordably, and sends the most professional and polite technicians.Most recently, our technician Cody and his partner technician, impressed beyond the A/C work required. Our A/C fix would require two visits. As they were leaving the first day, I gave them a cup of ice water to take with them (it was so hot in our attic!) They returned the next day to complete the work. When they left, I found that they had politely returned the cups and placed them in my sink.I can’t say enough about this company and their team of skilled, professional technicians!!!

    I scheduled Suntech to conduct a tune-up for my new HVAC system that they installed last March. Mark McClain conducted the tune-up. Mark was knowledgeable and efficient. He identified a problem and explained it well. He then fixed it quickly. Mark did a great job!Blake Greer came back later to finish the job by changing the filters. He called in advance and arrived when he said he would. Blake worked quickly and effectively.

    We have a maintenance membership with Suntech so when we stopped getting cold air, they came out to fix it the same day. In fact, they arrived within just a few hours.Mark quickly diagnosed the issue and had the capacitor replaced even faster.     Had an issue with a smell coming from one corner of the house. Called Suntech and Xavier came out and checked the clean outs and all of the places it could be. Explained that a smoke test or camera test would be best to find where the leak is coming from. Gave a fair and honest assessment and explained it and made it easy to understand for someone who knows nothing about plumbing.

    I have been using Suntech since late 2021, they are outstanding! Today Michael came out to look at some rust on my water heater and also looked at our gas fireplace.     After a long hot night withou ac, this dude saved the day with alacrity. Professional. Polite. Efficient & Knowledgeable. Upon arrival he deftly assessed the situation and went to work. His demeanor de-escalated an already tense situation and w before too long we were back to a nice cool and very chill house. The service was impeccable and the pricing was reasonable. Especially when considering they work in hot attics all day long; many of which reach temperatures near or over 130 degree.

    Update: our AC and thermostat went out and they sent a technician, Brian, here within a few hours. Very polite, explained everything and talk to me about the situation.     Xavier was on-time and courteous. He performed a general plumbing inspection, shared some system insights, and then flushed our tankless water heater, which hadn’t been done since installation some two years ago. Flush started unusually slowly due to accumulated scale and debris. Xavier consulted by phone with fellow plumber Mike Schoenhals, who advised. The descaling flush flow gradually increased and was run for 30 minutes followed by a fresh water flush. System was restored to operation and cleanup was satisfactory. Very pleased to get this done!

    Suntech to the Rescue.We have a Geothermal unit and love it. First time we ever had an issue, a blown capacitor, suntech came to the rescue - on a holiday weekend, with it being 100 plus outside.I went and got the maintenance plan, saves me a ton in service checks.Our current episode though- 60x stars for them. Our unit d.i.e.d. ..died. parts issue on a warranted machine. Suntech did there best and then some. I ended up getting a new unit it was so bad. And the new unit and setup is beatific. The install team - Cody & Freinds - know how to build a Geo. We are still finishing it off but the duct work alone is 1000 times better. Look - try em out- professional and family.Semper.

    They treat me like I am their only customer! I have a home warranty for my air conditioner and had issue where they couldnt do repairs for almost 2 weeks. The home warranty approved a 3rd party to do the repairs and I totally rely on SunTech to do things like this. When I called, they would have come the same day if the warranty company had given me the approval....but once the approval was done they were at my house the next day! The temperatures were around 102 so I was extremely grateful for the quick response from SunTech. While the technician was here he recommended surge protectors for two ac units and we had them installed as well. Every one of their staff has been a delight to work with. I HIGHLY recommend!!!

    A business really has to earn my trust before I can recommend them. Ive been working with Suntech since July 2021, when they installed my new geothermal system. Weve since had to have them out for repairs several times, which is not their fault as we found out the unit was faulty. (We hope to have a full replacement from the factory soon.)     These guys are really incredible. The professionalism is second to none, they do excellent work, provide excellent service, and are available 24/7.We bought a new HVAC from them. Once the contract was signed it was installed within a few hours the next day. There was a power surge a few days later that caused a problem and they came out at 7:30pm on a Friday and fixed it.Really exceptional quality and service. Its surreal how amazing their staff is.

Sun Tech took care of us, even offering a hotel stay if the unit couldnt be operational over the hot 100 degree holiday weekend. That didnt turn out to be the case. The unit was operational and then repaired right after the holiday. The house is nice and cool! All four grands appreciate the cool rooms, again!     Everyone I worked with and spoke to were wonderful and friendly. We called for a tune up and ended up having to have our entire system replaced because we had a wall bust that was leaking carbon monoxide into our home. They found it quickly, showed us the damages found first hand and gave estimates for all options. As our system was 19-20 yrs old it was time and though something like this can be very stressful to have to do Dustin and all of his wonderful crew made it so much easier with their friendly dispositions and willingness to work with us. My kids and I were here as they worked, everyone was very understanding and accommodated well to us moving around them.
