I had an outdoor faucet that wouldnt stop leaking and needed replaced. A lovely receptionist answered my call on a Saturday (Easter weekend at that) and had me scheduled for Monday. 2 professional and easy to talk to guys, Cayde and Rob had an earlier opening on Monday and where able to come out earlier and replace the faucet. This wasnt an average repair as they had to remove a tile in the shower to get to the back of the wall where the outdoor faucet was located and then had to fix the janky work that was previously done 40 years ago. The guys had no problem doing some problem solving and handled the curve ball efficiently and like it was nothing. They got it all taken care of for a reasonable price (Around $400) and my dripping outdoor faucet is no more.

I don’t typically write reviews, but I felt I needed to express how satisfied I was with the service I received from Eric and Kylon with Duvall Plumbing. I had a 50 gallon gas water heater I needed installed. The techs called when they were in route and arrived during the window of time I had scheduled. They were professional and courtesy. Whatever questions I had, they made sure they were answered. As for the installation of the water heater, their work was so good and extremely neat. They really went beyond what they had to do, with the way they tidy up everything and left the space in a much better state than it was when they arrived. I was more than satisfied with Eric and Kylon, and I appreciated the service they provided.

We had a clogged drain on a Saturday and Duvall was able to get in us same morning service at a very reasonable rate. Joshua was efficient, friendly, and professional. He was in and out in about 20 minutes, made sure everything was working well before he left, and explained what caused the issue so that we could be prepared in the future. We’ll definitely use Duvall if we have issues again!

The response time was incredible - I called Duvall plumbing at about 9am, and by noon that same day I had hot water in my house again. My hot water pipe in the wall behind my washing machine burst in the middle of the night. I was able to shut the water off, thankfully, limiting the flooding that was coming fast! I called another company that boasted “open 24 hours. (This was at 3 am).Turned out, they couldn’t even come in the same day, at all! (Champion Plumbing).I saw that Duvall had a 5 star rating, so I called them. The man who answered was very nice, and said a tech would call me in an hour or so.DJ and Cayde came out this morning, and did the repair quickly, showing me how the break had happened. They were so so nice, and professional. The repair seemed a bit pricey, but what plumbing repair isn’t? 🤷🏻‍♀️I would definitely use Duvall again if needed. (And I hope I don’t, but ya know…💩 happens when you own a home!)

I called Duvall on a recommendation from a friend having a difficult HVAC problem to solve. She reported this company employed people who were thinkers. Meaning they listened to her issues and could really think a problem through, not just do the simplest repair and be on their way.My HVAC was blowing hot air with over 100 degrees outside. They came the next day and gave me 3 choices to solve my issue. I decided on a new HVAC unit. They called each day before arrival, were here when they said they would be and solved issues concerning air flow which had been a problem for years. I would highly recommend this company.I am grateful for a company that requires the best-trained technicians and superior quality service. I am grateful for a company you can trust to do what they say they will do.

I had what I thought would be a minor issue with the pilot light not staying lit on my hot water tank, which unfortunately turned out to be a bigger problem than I’d anticipated and I needed the water tank to be replaced completely. Cayde came out to fix the tank within 30-45 minutes of me calling about it and when the bigger issue with the tank was discovered, he was able to get a new tank installed for me that same day. It was an unfortunate situation, but I had a great experience throughout the process and I will definitely recommend them in the future!

We had to have an emrgancy plumber out at almost 10pm at night when the shut off line to our toilet broke and was spitting water. Joshua was there within 20 minutes after we called and the line fixed in no time and talked us through a quote to replace the toilet and Cayde move things around to get to our house early the next morning to make sure we got a new toilet installed before we had to leave for work so it could be taking care of before the weekend, on top of all that they were HALF the price of everywhere else we have called.
