Norman Air, the company and management, are amazing, I’ve been around long enough to see a great company when I see it and Norman air is one of them. If I’ve ever had issues or concerns they handled it and treated me with respect and kindness. I love that they are able to do heat and air, plumbing and electrical work, for a customer that’s very convenient and helpful when you don’t have much time. I would recommend Norman air to anyone who wants to be treated with respect and the service tax are outstanding, everyone that I’ve gotten that came to my home. I’ve been amazing. I was very impressed with him and the company that reached out to me for my free service. Big thumbs up on this company.

We were a little concerned when they were acquired by Norman Air on whether they could continue the outstanding service that we had received before. I’ve got to let you know, that Devon has done an amazing job for us. He was patient, kind, informative, and knowledgeable about what he needed to accomplish for our systems -we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I just hope that every six months, Devon is the one that keeps coming back.

We had our furnace checked today and Dan was the service tech. After a thorough check - we are good to go this winter. Dan also changed out all the filters, and actually took the grates outside to remove the dust. I so appreciated that. Tall ceilings & climbing ladders is something I avoid. I greatly appreciate him for taking that extra step of caring to do the little things that sets Norman Air apart from other companies and sometimes other svc techs. These are the things makes the difference in customer appreciation. Dan was very professional, prompt and friendly. I highly recommend him and Norman Air to anyone I know needing heating & air services.

The service was great! I was having my normal summer service and the technician discovered about $1,100.00 worth of work that needed to be done. My experience with past trades has been when they find extensive work that needs to be performed, they typically leave you know option other than to upgrade. But fortunately for me, Michael the technician that was performing the inspection, gave me options for me to make the choice. I believe this is the most honest type of customer service you can get. I believe when you lay out the options for the customer of the pros and cons of repair versus replacement, it gives them a choice to make the decision based on their finances and that to me is incredibly rare, but much appreciated. Thank you for taking the time to explain and being incredibly through in your inspection.

Apparently, some varmints had chewed through some wiring. Dan made all necessary repairs and now I am not trying to sleep with 83 degrees in my house. Dan, your service manager came to my home August 8 to give me an estimate on a new A/C unit. Instead of giving me a quick quote, he took the time to investigate and check out my unit. He told me he didn’t think there was a coolant leak, as I’d been told by a competitor(who supposedly put 2 lbs of Freon in the unit the previous Friday.) Dan then offered to come back the next morning to recheck Freon levels to ensure there was no leak in the system. He found no leak upon further inspection!!!Dan was completely honest, respectful and professional!!! He only charged me one trip charge.I was completely scammed by the competitor, but Dan was too honest to continue the scam! He saved me thousands of dollars and now has a customer for life!! I can’t thank him, or Minter and Sons enough for being the most honest company I’ve ever dealt with…ever! 10 stars and 2 thumbs up! I’ll be advertising for your company from now on. This is by far the best heating/air company in the area. They are always quick to get to the house, service techs are always outstanding. Theyre honest and never felt like they are looking to drive up the invoice. A couples years ago we called a competitor (Air Comfort Solutions) on the air conditioning, they wanted to replace the whole HVAC with a quote of $18k. Called Minter and Sons for a second opinion and the issue was resolved under $150. Have used Minter and Sons every time sense. Stay far away from Air Comfort Solutions, I still cringe everytime I see their work trucks and commercials...

I highly recommend this company. I own several rent homes in Edmond and have found the technicians to be quick, knowledgeable, and courteous. They responded very quickly on a call on a late Friday afternoon and had a tech there within minutes.They also listened to a recommendation from my home warranty provider to replace the flue in one of my homes. This change was not covered by the warranty.However, rather than simply do the recommended change, they suggested a much cheaper alternative which fixed the problem.Their phone staff is also very courteous and efficient.
