All have to say is, WOW! I cannot be more pleased with the service. I called on a Sunday afternoon, and my technician, Lance, showed up in less than two hours. Amanda (I believe that was her name) Took my call and was very friendly and obviously well trained. She was courteous and I could tell she took my situation seriously and wanted to help me. When Lance arrived, it was obvious how respectful he was. Very well mannered, not pushy or “salesy” at all. He recommended an additional service to prolong the life of my unit, and due to my wedding I told him I couldn’t do that today and he dropped it completely and just focused on getting me fixed today. He gave me great tips on how to clean out my condenser, and just had a really good air about him. I wish I could rate higher than a five star. Lance, you are a great representation of the company you work for, job very well done. Also, I feel it is important to mention, that my air conditioning is currently blowing out cold air, less than four hours after I made the call! Exceeded my expectations, and was also reasonably price. These things aren’t cheap, but this price felt very fair. Again, HIGHLY recommend!

I wanted to give a shout out to Triple Play’s installers David and Andrew! I told them that my AC units are located in an area outside where at times, accumulates water when it rains. They not only put my new unit on a cement slab with lifts but did it for my older unit as well! They went above and beyond what I expected! Triple Play takes care of their customers before, during and after the sale. I definitely recommend Triple Play for all your AC/Heat and plumbing needs!

They were very helpful and told me I was next on the list. It was very soon and the doorbell rings. The service rep Lance was professional and friendly. Had our AC condenser fan motor fail last week, Triple play was able to come out and quickly diagnosis the issue and provide me options with the repair.They arrived even before their time window and got the house back to a livable temperature within an hour!Both the tech that came out to diagnosis the issue and the tech that came to do the repair were friendly, and professional.Triple Play has gained a customer for life!

My grandparents recently had problems with their Ac unit and I initially called a different company that came out and they told us that we needed to replace the entire air conditioner, so I wanted to get a second opinion so I called Triple Play and they sent someone named Lance to look at our AC unit. Lance advised us we didnt have to replace the entire AC unit and that the problem was minor. Im so happy I called and got a second opinion. Thank you Lance for explaining everything to where we could understand it and not taking advantage of my grandparents! Thank you Triple Play for your fast response and professionalism!

THANK YOU TRIPLE PLAY!!!! If l could l would rate you a 10 because the A/C and Electrical box you installed for me saved me from the extreme heat. My A/C went out in June and the temperature was 89 degrees in my home. Mike, Owner, came to my home and he said, Mrs. Banks, dont worry Im going to make sure you get an A/C unit and he did!!! His team, Heather, Trish, Steve, Austin, DJ and Neal were very helpful, professional, respectful and kind. Triple Play arrived at my home on time and with a smile. They showed respect to me and my home. The manner in which they handled the task is commendable and their price for the service is very reasonable. Upon completion of the service they cleaned up the area where the work was done. Im very impressed with Triple Play and Highly recommend them for your A/C need. Not only will you get excellent service you get an excellent team to work with you. We had been in need of replacing our two AC and Furnace units which just turned 19 years old and have had issues over the past few years. I took quotes from five different companies and multiple different brands and there was a wide variety of costs. The owner of Triple Play, Mike Fore, came out to the house and quoted me on two different brands both a 3 ton and 4 ton AC and Furnace systems. After talking to Mike it was obvious he took his business very seriously and didnt rush through the process. He was very personable and offered what I considered the best options.John and Josh were the two techs who came out to install the new systems and I was originally told it could take two days. These guys were not only nice but funny, and extremely polite. They worked all day and got the entire job completed in one day which was HUGE for us since we had to board two of our three dachshunds for the day. When they were done, they cleaned everything up, and you wouldnt notice they were even here except for the two new units outside. The hardest part was writing the big check... but we can already tell a massive difference in the old and new systems, the new run at least 30-40% less to achieve the desired temps.I have dealt with many contractors over the years and this company is one I will highly recommend to anyone. Please, if you are in the market for AC or their other services, give them a shot..Thank you Mike, John and Josh for a great experience!Russell

Joe Wythe came out on a cold morning in dec to replace a failed blower motor that had left us with no heat from our furnace . He was courteous and explained everything very patiently to the nervous homeowner looking over his shoulder for much of the job. (While finessing a finicky mounting bracket for the motor to the blower housing and reattaching a control board which needed moved to get the blower out). Just over an hour later and heat back on inside downstairs - thank you Joe and Triple Play for a great job at a fair price - can heartily recommend for your HVAC rescues (also plumbing have also had hot water tanks replaced by these folks.)

I called several different HVAC companies and compared them all. I was surprised when the Triple Play guy came to my home to give me a quote, was actually the owner. He was straight forward and worked with me quite a bit. I liked the work ethic the owner and his team had when they replaced my whole system. Joshua found some small openings while cleaning the coils and was able to tape them up. This was also much appreciated! I was happy to sign up for another yearly maintenance contract with Triple Play!

The overall experience with Triple Play was fantastic. I had my AC go out and called them after work. They were at my house within an hour of to diagnose the issue. Steve and Justin were the first to look at my AC. They were very Professional and Knowledgeable. My AC was about 15 years old. After breaking things down for me, I decided to go with a new unit. Coby was the one who work with me on picking a unit that worked for my house and needs. I walked away with a great unit at a great value and more knowledgeable. I was able to get the unit installed the next day. Greg and Josh came in, installed the unit left with no mess. I never would have known they were there except for the new AC I had. Jeremy came after to finalize everything and my house is now very cooled. Everyone was very polite, easy to talk to, answered all my questions and again very professional. After waiting multiple days on another company to come look at my ac unit, I called them and was able to have someone come out same day.Ethan the technician was really nice and very thorough in everything he looked at. He provided me with multiple options to fix the problems and worked with me to negotiate something affordable. They didn’t have availability to replace my unit for a few days, but because I was without AC in the summer, they brought me a portable ac unit and installed it so I could at least live in my house until the installation. Had problems with my HVAC and needed to have it checked out. Unfortunately there were several problems with my older unit. Triple Play was very responsive to the problems and scheduled to come out the following day to do repairs. After doing the repairs they returned to clean my very dirty filters. I have used Triple Play several times over the years and they are the Go To business for any problems that I have. I called late yesterday with an issue, that wasn’t necessarily something he or his employees typically would assist with, but that isn’t how Mike operates. Most companies now days would fall on the sword of you need to contact the service agreement customer service, but Mike made some calls and found out who I needed to contact and what to tell them. He even offered if I ran into any problems to call him back and he would do what he could to help.Not many companies treat their customers like this anymore and to say it’s a relief to know there is a company out there that no matter what they will at least attempt to help their customer!!I will always use Triple Play Home Services! I genuinely love the fact that they send you a picture of the technician so that you know exactly who you’re looking for. The tech was very timely. Same day service and they were able to assess the situation very quickly. The price was almost half of what most companies wanted to do the same job. The technician was very courteous and knowledgeable and even helped me move around some furniture able to get to the vent. I recently strained my right shoulder. I also like the fact that they did not try to push a service on me. The technician explained everything in layman‘s terms to me and told me of all the various options that the company has. When I move forward with my decision on what I will do, Triple Play will be my first call.

Brand new furnace installed in early 2022, a/c unit worked on in the early summer 2023, and now brand new PEX plumbing ran throughout my 60 plus year old house. There were a few unfortunate circumstances that brought me to have some of these done, but Robert, Daelon, and Taylor knocked out the plumbing in a short period of time. They replaced the wiring, fixed the sensor and replaced the thermostat so we could have heat. Very polite, very nice, and did a great job. After calling around to others and either hitting a dead end or being told no one could help me out until Monday, I sent a message to Triple Play. They got in touch with me immediately and told me they could have someone out that night or first thing in the morning, my choice. The men who came out were helpful, professional, efficient, courteous, and friendly. All my options were laid out clearly for me, and I’m super happy with the work they did! Next time I need help, I know who my first call will be.

Woke up on a cold January morning with no heat. Called our usual heat/air/plumbing company. They came out and told us they think they know what the problem is, but the replacement part is on backorder till February.Asked what our other options are. They said replace the entire HVAC system. This is something we were not planning on doing this year.We were also told our current HVAC system is too small for the house (2,000 sq ft with a 3.5-ton unit). It was suggested to go to at least a 4-ton HVAC system. Knowing this could cost A LOT of money and we weren’t completely sure what we were told is correct. So, we decided to get a second opinion.We did a Google and Yelp search of the Top Heat & Air companies for our particular area and Triple Play Home Services came first on both lists. We took a quick gander at their website and then decided to contact them through their “Contact Us” link on their website and gave a brief description of our problem. Less than 5 minutes went by, and Naomi called to follow up.Naomi was patient and so very kind on the phone as we explained our problem. She sent her Technician, Ethan J. out to help diagnose our issues. Ethan was prompt, polite, and professional. We explained what our problem was and what we had been told by the original company we had out earlier that day. Ethan did a much more thorough job of reviewing our current system. He felt pretty certain he knew what the problem was, but there was a high/low voltage issue, and he didn’t want to risk going any further without a supervisor present. He said he could get the part the next day (when our original company said it would be on backorder till February). During his in-depth evaluation of our system, he did note that the current HVAC system was too small for our size house and suggested at least a 4-ton unit. Additionally, he pointed out that we really didn’t have that much insulation and explained insulation for our part of Oklahoma is around 16 – 18 inches.Knowing we had some tough decisions to make we asked Ethan and our original heat/air/plumbing company for quotes/estimates for an entire HVAC system replacement. We got 6 quotes with 4 of the systems coming from Triple Play. The prices ranged from $10,000 - $17,000. Based on the quotes and information, we selected the one that best suited our needs.Before completely committing to this rather expensive endeavor, we contacted Ethan with about a dozen more questions. Ethan called us within a few hours of us emailing him and provided us with comprehensive answers to each question.We also found out that Triple Play does blown-in insulation installation (and our original heat/air/plumbing company does not). We did research online to help determine what might be a ballpark idea on cost. Triple Play’s estimate came in at a very reasonable price.The decision was made…we’re going with Triple Play Home Services for both the HVAC and insulation installation.We scheduled our installation and Installers Austin F & Brycen B came to our home. Just like Ethan, they were prompt, polite, professional, and knowledgeable. Installation of the HVAC and insulation took the entire day, but those guys did an amazing job! They tested our system thoroughly when they finished and left our house inside and out spotless!As a final evaluation, they had a supervisor, Hector, come out and do a quality control check and make sure everything was running smoothly. Hector, Brycen, & Austin also asked if we had any questions and even asked what we wanted our thermostat set at before they left.One final note, Ethan followed up at the end of the day to see if everything went fine.Never have we experienced such VIP customer service. Brett was introduced to us via text message so that we knew who was coming and also included his picture. He arrived on time and was professional and friendly. We had a leak in our hot water line below the foundation. When he found the area of the leak, he quoted several solutions with individual prices. He was able to fix the leak on the same day, same visit. We had called around and knew that most companies use a leak detection service that can cost $245. I was very pleased that we did not need to use this expensive service on our problem. The cost was less expensive than area competitors. I will definitely recommend this company to friends and family.

I dont have a computer or printer there were other things that need done so asked to send me a list & prices which he did but it was a contract to have them done & gives you 72 hours to cancel or its binding I dont like that.So I do have to find a friend with a printer which I prefer paper to internet. I called 3 different businesses to fix a furnace at a tenants residence that kept tripping off and Triple Play was the only company that could service it that same day. Triple Play kept me updated with texts and email for their arrival time. Josh and Latham showed up on time, wore boot covers before entering the house, and were very professional and respectful. I have had multiple companies perform furnace and A/C tune ups/inspections before, but I have never seen anyone have the total thoroughness of an inspection process like Josh and Latham displayed. They took multiple photos and videos while taking apart the furnace to show how dirty the motor was and the fan blades. They also found that the flue attachment to the furnace wasnt sealed correctly and had the potential to leak CO into the house. They found that two of the three limit switches were bad but I had them change all 3. They even used a snake inspection camera to record the inside of the warm air plenum to verify the connections were still tight and that there was no corrosion. They vacuumed all the dust from the inside of the furnace after pulling the motor and fan and thoroughly cleaning them also. This service wasnt cheap but I was satisfied due to Josh & Latham being able to fix the furnace that same day so the tenants would be comfortable, the thoroughness of the furnace inspection, the flue attachment sealing issue fix, replacing the limit switches to fix the original issue, and their professionalism and respectfulness. I believe I have found my go-to service provider for my HVAC needs. Thank you Josh & Latham!

They did great service and were professional. Their equipment was up to par to optimize my AC was working in peak condition. The only downside I saw was the price for the equipment that was replaced, everything was at least 3x what I saw online but I could not do everything they did as effective or in the time, so the one time fix was mostly worth it.

Wow!!! What a great company, quality service and professional techs. I was not aware of HVAC Solutions and randomly found them on the net. I called, got an immediate response from Mike (who I have now found out is the owner) and set an appointment for the next day. I received immediate confirmation via text. The next day I received a text that the service rep would be there in about 20 minutes and it showed a map of how far away he was at that time. Garrison arrived, introduced himself, confirmed what I asked to have performed and went about his work. He checked over and performed standard maintenance on my HVAC and replaced air filters.Then we sat down and he explained what he had performed and showed me pics of areas that do show some wear & tear for a 14 year old unit. There was absolutely no pressure, just open discussion on things that may need to be addressed in the future. I now know what to watch out for in the future.At some point in time, yes I will no doubt have to replace my aged A/C unit. But for now I have a game plan that they and I can both monitor and follow up on when they come out for scheduled maintenance.Thank Goodness we have such a great A/C service we can depend on here in Edmond and OKC. Mike was quick and professional and had solutions for our faucet problems, that 3 other plumbers could not figure out how to fix. Reasonable prices on equipment and labor. Wore little shoe covers on the carpet and a mask, for cleanliness and safety. So relieved to FINALLY get my mothers shower faucet working again, so she can take a shower! Professional office staff and lots of updates on arrival and appointments. Would recommend for older residents, who often are not treated well on repairs. An ethical plumber?? Yes, they do exist, Virginia.

They came out next morning after I called no problem on time. He tried everything to fix my heater after a power outage and a major power surge but the cost of the damage was comparable to a new one. The tech tried everything he could to save my heater but just could not. Got me finance for $75 a month for an entire new unit to replace my damaged and older one. They are coming tge next morning/ tomorrow to install the new unit which install and everything will be $5900 not too bad and not to mention didn’t charge me anything for the tech being here all day trying his damndest to fix it. Thank you guys for helping a disabled vet. See you tomorrow. Well tomorrow came and the two young men showed up a few early. Had the old heater out fast. Got the new heater in and had to build a box under it. Made it look like it was always there. They knew exactly what they were doing too. Even put in a new thermostat and cleaned everything inside as well. Put in all new safer gas lines and intake and drainage lines. Looks absolutely professional. I be will using them for all my heating and A/C needs. An inspector came out and approved everything before they left. A big Thank you to Justin and jake. Triple Play did a great job repairing my sunroom mini split unit that had been leaking drain water in the room. In the process of making repairs they discovered that they didn’t need to do some things they had originally indicated were necessary —-thus saving me some expense. They installed a drain pump that visually blends in with the unit and virtually disappears, solving a leaking problem we have had since another company improperly installed the unit several years age. They are true professionals.

Mike from HVAC Solutions was the first to respond to my A/C unit going out last night. He arrived and repaired my outside unit which needed a new capacitor. The after-hours service fee was $159.95 and the repairs were $215 for a total of $374.95. Not the least expensive out there, but certainly the most responsive and I would definitely pay the extra for this level of speed. Additionally, I appreciated that Mike didnt try to sell me a new unit. He simply did what I asked of him. Would definitely hire HVAC Solutions again! My family thanks you!

Called them in the middle of state of emergency and ice storm with everyone around town needing help and they were still at our house the next day. Naomi (sp?) was so nice over the phone and got us scheduled quickly! Super friendly and professional guys . We were shopping a whole hvac replace at our last home and were quoted $4,000 higher for the same things. These guys knocked that “deal” out of the park and even came back the next day to finish up something that they didn’t feel was perfect.
