Outstanding Company! Prompt and easy getting a technician to come ready to assess and repair any plumbing issue. The times they have done plumbing work in my 40+ year old condo, it has been quality plumbing work. They are priced in the middle, not the cheapest (inferior work) and not the most expensive! Quality work by well qualified plumbers. We now have three new toilets and a new faucet on our kitchen sink with new shut of valves. I highly recommend them to anyone experiencing plumbing issues.

Highly recommend!!! Very professional.Had issues with my toilet and called. Dispatch was fast and reliable and scheduled someone to come out immediately. Gavin and Dj put a new toilet in my hall bathroom and added a new shut off valve. Respectful and couldn’t recommend them enough!

I recently had 3 slab leaks and one overhead leak due to copper pipes failing. I had 4 companies come quote my whole home rework to abandon the copper and install Pex. I chose Hi-Tech for a few reasons. The rep felt really honest, they are the only ones that mentioned the OKC inspection, (Wonderig now, if the other companies knew this was required for this big job) and they offered me interest-free financing for 5 years. This made things a lot more doable. The techs respected my home and its occupants. They took 3 full days (including Christmas Eve.. bless their hearts), but I was only without water for a few hours in that last day while they had to cut the old pipes and connect the new Pex. I couldnt be more pleased with the service I received. Highly recommend. I would like to rate my techs with 5 stars along with the company as a whole. Now, Im waiting for my inspection coming Monday!Thank you so much!

Josh has been fantastic! After completing the jobs Josh changed out my tankless hot water heater, a part of my manabloc system, and faucet, fixed the leak below my two bathroom sinks that were recently installed by a construction company that serve-pro sub contracted after finishing the mitigation process, and he (Josh the plumber from Hi-Tech) has not only exceeded my expectations, but made a life long customer! The way he handled things was by far the best compared to my previous experiences with plumbers and really, most businesses in the construction sector. Josh gave me detailed information about how things would progress, what exactly the issue was, and educated me on the workings of tankless water heaters as well as manbloc systems. He has evaluated my issues, my needs for my home and what requirements we have for our house, then gave me a detailed plan moving forward. Josh went into my attic, out in my yard where the water meter is, and all around my home! He was quick to look at anything I was concerned about! I have had an experience in the past where they didn’t want to go into the attic because they were sure it wasn’t there and didn’t want to walk upstairs. Which was kinda ridiculous but whatever. Not Josh! He looked at everything and was able to tell me what needed to be worked on now, replaced now, and what to watch for in the future. I can’t say enough good things about Josh, and this company! I have had so many negative experiences in the past especially with plumbing. This was refreshing to say the least! Best plumbing service Ive ever used! Technitions are highly knowledgeable and able to diagnose problems quickly. In our experience they seem honest and treat customers well. We had a slab leak a few months ago and decided to just fix the line in question. A couple months later, another slab leak, so we chose to repipe the whole house. They gave us credit for everything we paid for the 1st repair towards the purchase of the complete repair. We were not expecting that at all, that was a significant amount of money off of our bill.

We had a hot water main line burst as it entered the concrete behind out furnace wall. I pumped one-hundred gallons of water out of air vents using a shop-vac. The first plumbers we called misdiagnosed the problem as a hot water tank leak. After replacing it ($1700 later), the water continued to fill the air ducts in the floor. The crew at High Tech came out and quickly identified the problem and 48 hours later had rerouted the lines through the attic. Well worth the money for their expertise and efficiency.

I had Hi-tech come out for a tune up on my cooling system. Jason came out and was so thorough. He cleaned the outside condenser, tested all the components associated with my unit as well as changed the air filters. In doing so, they found a bad capacitor. Jason gave me an upfront cost and I had him replace it. I’m not usually one for “preventative maintenance” but I’m glad I had them come out. Jason found an issue before it became an issue. They also have low cost memberships that give you two free tune ups a year, guaranteed they will show up in 48 hours and a lot of savings on cooling and plumbing. CALL these guys!

Jason Devilbiss came out and diagnosed the old system and gave me different options to fix the existing system or replace. We discussed several different options of which system and warranty would be best for the size of my house. Ian Harris and crew came out the same day and worked into the night to install my new Trane HVAC. I was looking for a quality product and a local business that will be around to provide warranty services and beyond. Thanks all!

I have delt with several plumbing companies, Hi-Tech by far has the best employees! Today is June 14,2024 and these guys have been in my house all week. When I say guys I am referring to JJ, Tony and Zack. JJ and Tony have been the two main guys that have been here the longest. I will have new plumbing under my house thanks to them! JJ and Tony have been amazing! Friendly, honest, respectful, and overall have been taking care of my home like they live here also I seriously cannot say enough good things about these gentlemen. I will 1000% be referring any and everyone who needs plumbing work to Hi-Tech and hope they get the same treatment as my family and I got. I am honestly sad to see these guys finish up and leave today that is how amazing they have been. Anyone who gets the crew I had know 1000% you will not be disappointed!! Unfortunately, this review if rated low because of my general dealings with the company, not because the tech didnt do good work.Jason did a good job on the repair; however, when I received the invoice, all it showed was a single line for the cost of the work - No breakdown of how much the part was or how much labor was - So I was looking for some sort of explanation.1) I emailed the company for an explanation, someone called me back within a day, which I appreciated.2) She said she couldnt answer the questions about the invoice and said someone would call me back - and if they didnt call me back within a couple days, to call back to the office.3) After not hearing back, I emailed 3 times and no one responded.4) I called into the office and the person said a supervisor would call me, and no one called me AGAIN.5) I called in another week later, and said they would have a supervisor call me.6) The supervisor finally called, and basically said thats how we do our invoices...we dont breakdown costs He did explain the costs which is a billable rate of $550 dollars for the $80 part (plus markup on the part).Im not necessarily upset at the price of the services (although that seems wildly high), its the handling of communication. If Ive paid you for services, it shouldnt take a month to respond to a customers simple request to have an invoice explained.I wont use hitech again. Too expensive and would rather have a much better level of customer service than I received.**** Review Edit:A manager reached out to me to offer a refund. I wasnt looking for a refund, but I do appreciate the gesture. Adjusted the rating based on the manager trying to make things right - and I appreciate this.

Outstanding work. We had several leaks in our house that they were able to find and reroute pipes to fix. The quality of their work is so much better than whoever did our old plumbing. Jason DeVilbiss was my technician and was 100% timely, thorough and informative. He explained everything that was going on with my system and showed me what he was doing as well so that I would have a clear understanding. He made recommendations for me to consider, but assured me my system was running very well after his maintenance call was completed. I then received everything he did via email to review and keep for my personal records. In addition, I am looking into the recommendations he made and will be moving forward with a few in the near future. Jason wore shoe covers when he got to my home and made sure to leave my space clean. He is kind and polite, even with my dog who insisted on a little attention. I will definitely request Jason on my next HVAC appointment.

Billy Lewis came out to do a leak inspection and was great to work with. He was polite, professional and thorough in communication and his work. We were very pleased with Billy and Hi Tech.

I had a big leak in front of my house and Josh came out and did a thorough investigation of my problem and presented me with a variety of solutions at different costs. I was especially happy that they let me perform the excavation and dirt removal myself to help bring down the cost of the labor. Overall I am pleased with the work, professionalism and quality of service.

Several months ago another company came and snaked on a sunday and charged us $575 and did not unclog our line. They said we need a whole new line. We called hitech they were running a special for $99. With much difficulty and hours of problem solving they unclogged it and ran a camera and said our pipe was still good and only charged the $99. They could of easly have charged us more but didnt. Wanted to say thank you to the crew. They will be our go from here on out. They worked as a team to problem solve to resolve getting it unclogged due to tree roots.
