These guys bailed us out when we had a mix up with another company. We were left with 1 out of 3 working units in this OK heat. They came out the next day to get a quote together and had 3 new units (compressors and coils) replaced within a couple of days. The techs were incredibly polite and efficient (even tip-toeing in and out because of a sleeping toddler!) I cant sing their praises enough. Wish we had used them from the beginning, but it all worked out as now we have an incredible relationship/company to use going forward.

I had my air conditioning unit replaced with Heritage at the end of April. Many HVAC companies do not offer a solid warranty for the unit replacement, but Heritage offers 1 year for labor and 10 years for parts + coil.In June we noticed firstly that the house wasnt staying cool- then, the home was HOT. Heritage came by, assessed that some ductwork needed fully replaced, and provided all of the service under the warranty.Our home has been perfect ever since!
