The 5 Stars definitely go to Wesley! He’s the real deal plumber. Very honest, hard working guy. He was my 3rd plumber to try and diagnose my problem. He listened to me and knew exactly what the problem was! He had an apprentice named Tanner that worked with him and he was very polite and respectful. He will go far learning from Wesley!

Byron and Greg did a fantastic job ! They explained everything they were going to do and why and how they were going to complete the job. They cleaned up after each cut in the sheet rock. They helped move furniture that needed to be out of the way. We are so impressed with the work that was done today!

I would give our service technician, Wade 5 stars. But the company as whole was lacking. No preparation or attention to detail before hand. Forced my business to close longer than anticipated. Told me a short timeline just to get the bid. I even called the day before to make sure they were prepared. Lost an entire day of work with no preparation. The job got done. They did a great job, but if you’re a small business owner, everyday matters. And losing days of sales is hard to come back from.

Taylor Faudree and his partner were absolutely amazing. Educated me in the process of getting my sewer line replaced. Even gave me a decent deal for install. He kept me in the loop of what was going on and being done throughout the entire process and always returned my calls for questions. He even came back after the job was done around 7:30pm on a Friday evening when I called about my shower drain backing up hours before. He kept his word about coming back to check on me. Of course when he got there, the drain was perfectly fine - just had to flush some gunk out that remained after the install. Couldn’t recommend Amped and Taylor enough. Thank you!!

Dakota was actually 10+ stars - he made contact when he first arrived - again told me real prob after checking - again told me the fix & going to get needed parts- brought broken pipe of main water line for me to see - after fix completed, showed me pic of finished repair because it was now covered with soil - & lastly brought final invoice with great advice for future issues if any - just a jewel type of worker - patient, thoughtful, competent, positive, fast & efficient - wow, truly one-of-a-kind - THANKS FOR HIRING HIM - DESERVES A RAISE & PROMOTION - most sincerely, mc

Great plumbing company. After calling all around they were the only ones who answered my call. They got here as soon as they can and stayed in contact letting me know where they were at. Wes is very knowledgeable, friendly, and was extremely helpful. His helper Im bad with names I think it was Trail and I apologize for not remembering his name, but he was equally amazing.Will be getting all my business from here on out.

Wow! Just wow!!! My whole house has been ahvibg problem with the drainage that we cant yse our toilets. I am so amazed how shelton and ashton fixed the clog.. they know exactly what is going on the moment they stepped in to my door.. they did not waste any time.. i will 100% recommend..

We were having problems with the bathroom and garage flooding. I called several places to get quotes and the prices were outrageous. So glad I called Amped Plumbing the representative to took the call was kind and was able to get technician at my house within 2 hrs. The technician name wasChris McGee He was very friendly and explained what he was doing. He was able to fix the problem and made sure we didn’t have anymore leakes before he left. Very satisfied with this company.

In my opinion, 5 stars means there is no room for improvement. For our visit, there was room for improvement.I received a text that the technician would be here between 8 and 10am. I texted at 9:56am wondering if we were on the schedule. No response, but that number may not be able to respond to texts. So I called at noon and was told there was a goof and the wrong arrival time was sent. They said we were next on the route and would arrive in the next hour or so, which ended up being accurate.Got a call from the technician that he didnt have the house number on file, only the street address. I still am not sure how this could have happened.The technician was super kind, respectful, and competent. Replaced 2 hose bibs in 2 hours from removal, to purchase, to replacement including removal of drywall to access one.Everything looks good and works great! Thank you!
