I had a new AC and heater installed yesterday, Nov. 18. They did a great job installing both and were nice to try to explain everything to me. They were very professional and got the job done before dark. They know what they are doing. My old thermostat was much easier for me to see and operate, but they did a great job explaining it to me. They even tried to make the light brighter. Today, Nov. 21 Adonte brought and installed a new, easier for me to see and use thermostat. That was so so nice and very helpful for me. Thank you so much!!!

I am a totally satisfied customer. I am a long-time customer with annual service, and I have always been satisfied with my annual service for my heating and AC units. After my units reached the end of their functioning abilities and it was time to replace them. I received an informed evaluation of my units, and I agree with the need to replace my units. I received a very reasonable price for the replacement of my Heat and Air units, and I agreed. The units were replaced in one day by a very professional team that kept me informed during the installation. All of the benefits of the replacement were made clear to me. He even waited over an hour for me to return home to start the work.

Weve used Peachtree Service Experts for many years and are blessed to have Tulasi as our technician. He was out today for the bi-annual checkup of our system. Its a blessing to have someone you can trust who listens and answers our questions well. Earlier this year Tulasi expressed concern with our AC unit, but we thought we could get by without extra work on it until later. The next day the AC unit quit working. Tulasi returned, found the problem, explained the options of cost to fix vs. buying a new unit. Recognizing the age of our unit, we opted to replace with new. Tulasi stayed with us until the salesman was able to arrive and then stayed to make sure we understood the details and were happy with our decision. He also reserved an installation date the next day so we didnt have to be a long time without AC in the Georgia heat. Today Tulasi returned for the annual check of the furnace, and I was reminded again how much we appreciate him for his ability to clearly explain and offer solutions. That plus his gracious manner and integrity are what keep us happy to highly recommend Peachtree Service Experts.

Rakesh and Jamel were punctual, professional, and easy to communicate with. They did a thorough examination of our system, shared pictures of what they saw, and made a few recommendations to enhance the performance of our heating system. They were absolutely terrific and I highly recommend them.

Peachtree Service Experts came out today for a tune-up of my unit. Ferris was the tech. He was AWESOME. He very pleasant, happy, and cordial to my family while he was here. Ferris was very gentle when he had to relay some bad news of a fix that needed to be done to my unit. He was also very thorough with the tune-up (took 3 hours when the last tech to come out and do it did it in half that amount of time).As for the office, they were very accommodating because I had an issue on whether the part that needed to be fixed was under warranty or not. It was (when it originally was thought it was not). Everything was resolved in a rather quick fashion. The customer service at this business is top notch.

I made an appointment online with Peachtree Service Experts on Sunday afternoon, 07/14/2024, for service between 8 am and 12 pm on Monday morning, 07/15/2024. I received a confirmation from the office that a service person would be out on Monday morning between that time frame. On Monday morning, the office called to inform me that a service person was on the way. I then received a phone call from Christopher Black, the service tech, informing me that he was on the way and he gave me an estimated arrival time. I could also track him as he traveled to my house. Christopher arrived in the estimation time frame that he gave me. After he got to my house, he introduced himself and explained what he was there to diagnose. He found my problem within a short time and explained to me what was wrong, which was the blower motor in one of my ac units, and that it would need to be replaced. He explained the cost and after getting my approval, he stated that he would have to order the part and that the part would be in on Tuesday morning. He gave me an estimated time that he would return with the part and fix the problem. He called me on Tuesday morning and informed me he was on the way with the part to fix the problem within the estimated arrival time that he had given me the prior day. He quickly replaced the part, showing me the damage on the bad part that he replaced and checked that my system was functioning properly. He even checked to see if my ac unit had the proper level of freon. He explained their maintenance prices to me, gave me his card and thanked me for calling Peachtree Service Experts. I wrote all of the above to show how thorough and professional Christopher was. I will certainly call them back in the future if I have a need for their services.

In any event, we had a hot water heater replaced by Tan But and he was another sterling representative of this company. He, too, took his time answering my questions, offering solutions, then explaining and double checking everything. Peachtree has quality staff, all of whom are to be commended. Melvin and Kevin were the latest techs to do our HVAC maintenance and they were great. Melvin explained everything thoroughly and gave us options that fit our needs. Kevin explained the tech side of things and kept us informed about what we’re dealing with now vs where things are going in the future. I hope we continue to steal with them going forward - they were the best. Kimani A/C inspection was informative, helpful, friendly and professional. He was a delight to deal with and really educated me on our system.

Jimmy and his partner were great! They called me when they were on their way within the window of time chosen by me and the company shared a link so I could track their travel time. They were very considerate and patient with us transferring pets (4 cats) from the garage to the bedroom so they could access all areas at different times during their work. They even put on the new vents that I had laid out to install (just 3) and gave me advice on which ones I needed to replace and places I can check to find the ones that aren’t a normal size.After 4 cats and tornado repair damage, my vents were dirty! I had this done 4 years ago, but you would t think I did with how clogged everything was. I have severe allergies (and am allergic to my own cats), so I am looking forward to having cleaner air!They also took before and after pictures of every vent they cleaned. I attached two examples. I signed up for membership with the company and am looking forward to having my HVAC system taken care of properly. I am still learning as a house owner- these tornado damages have taught me a lot!I definitely recommend this company. I spent $400 on my previous company and I don’t feel they did as great of a job (you get what you pay for). Had another company that said they would do it for $199, but I was hesitant bc the reviews were very mixed. I am glad I opted to spend more and feel more secure. I can already feel a difference in my breathing.Forgot one thing! Nikki was the initial contact and she came out to make sure that my vents could handle their machine. She checked my system, told me I should have it checked more often (sorry!) in a very friendly and professional way. She was patient, kind, and even chatted about the damage from the tornado and how lucky we were in the end (we were compared to other houses). Three different interactions with different people through this company, 5 if you include the call to make the appointment at 9 pm and the call back to make it official. Haven’t had a bad experience yet!

Our air conditioning went out last night without warning. I woke up in the heat around 4 am, realized the problem, and called the office around 4:30 am. The woman who answered (I wish Id gotten her name) was helpful, friendly, and kind. She booked us an appointment on the same day. Mr. Mitchell Majette, our technician, arrived only a few hours later (around 10am-ish). He was excellent! He assessed the issue, repaired it, and had our air conditioning up and running in about 40 minutes or less. (Note: our problem was a part that needed replacing, and Mr. Majette happened to have it available in his truck; we acknowledge that other repair times may vary in future if different parts are needed and unavailable.) Mr. Majette was knowledgeable about both our air conditioning unit as well as the company; he was also personable, kind, and generous with his knowledge. Please give that man and your office manager/scheduler a raise?! We even joined the membership today because the service was so effective and efficient; we are very grateful to your scheduler, Mr. Majette, and Peachtree Services; Your office manager/scheduler, Mr. Majette, and company saved us in this 90+ degree heat!

Yesterday, the tech Johnathan came out to access my thermostat. Determining I needed a new, he quickly ordered one and said he would be out tomorrow with a new one. Just as promised, Jonathan came out today and installed the thermostat quickly, connected it to the wifi, and showed me how to operate it. Johnathan quick response and professionalism were much appreciated.The salesman, Mark, who was also here yesterday and today, talked to me about air duct cleaning and uv installation. Being an owner of my home for 20 years, he explained to me the importance of the two. I will definitely be calling Mark in the near future for the cleaning as well as the uv installation.Thank you, Johnathan and Mark.
