We have a water leak from the master bathroom faucet for few months and changed my own. Unfortunately it did not work my own.We called Progressive pluming and Nathan came over and assessed the bathroom. He changed the water pump nicely. we are still waiting for the master bathroom to finish up after we buy supplies. Nathan works very hard and he explains thoroughly and plans to coming back for the rest of the undone job for the master bathroom faucet leaking.Thanks Nathan for hard work all day for the nice set up the water pump.I am looking forward for the next visiting to finish the complete job for master bathroom faucet!

Matthew was wonderful. He came by yesterday and did a thorough inspection of the leaking water heaters. He explained the options in detail and helped me through finally deciding on the plan if action.The water heaters were 18 years old and decided to put new ones and Matthew explained various configurations for install.Matthew promptly came by the next day to install the water heaters…even bringing them upto code… additionally he checked for water pressure and also installed water collecting containers at the base.He even fixed my shower temp dial…I would highly recommend Matthew and Progressive Plumbing for a professional and well executed and timely job done!

It began with a phone call at 11:30pm about a toilet problem. Daniel talked me through the emergency so it could wait until the morning. An afternoon service call was arranged, but he was able to come @ 8:30am the next morning. This never happens! I started to notice that my water heater is not providing hot water quantity wise as it use to. Its been like 11 years when I bought the house new and the water heater came with it. I called Progressive Plumbing because of their very good reviews of the company. Went to their website on a Saturday, got a call from their office on the following Monday. Scheduled a onsite meeting on Wednesday morning, got an estimate in less than two hours. Matt was the plumber/estimator for this water heater replacement. Rather than the original water heater that was originally discussed with Matt, I asked for a Bradford White water heater because of the reviews and I could only buy this water heater via a plumbing company. Matt was able to accommodate my request and incorporate this specific water heater in the estimate. Thursday, Matt with the water heater showed up a little earlier than the schedule. Got the work done fast and me and the wife are so happy with the hot water. Kudos to Matt.

Matt did a fantastic job on replacing our 26 years old roman bathtub faucet cartridges made by MOEN. This was a tough job and faucet cartridges were hard to pull out and they were all rust out. Daniel is amazing! We had a leak causing water to drip into our basement. Daniel immediately knew it was caused by our dishwasher. While he was here, he also checked the drain lines for HVAC units and dehumidifier and our hot water heater. I called Progressive Plumbing this morning because my water heater was leaking. They sent me a dispatch confirmation email and text with a photo of the tech they sent out. The tech, Matthew, was at my house within 20 minutes! He investigated and did some diagnostics and found that the water heater was ready to be replaced. He replaced the water heater and updated the other components to meet the building code for my area, all in less than a couple hours! The high quality of his work is very apparent, appreciate it Matthew!

The same day I called, within hours, Progressive Plumbing made a site visit in between travel in their already full workday.Daniel, owner and master plumber, assessed the space, noted building code changes since the previous install, researched product availability on the spot, and recommended the product, service, and pricing.I was treated with professionalism and great courtesy by the office support staff and all of the technicians.The next day, Progressive began the job, while waiting for the replacement heater to be delivered. The job was completed the same day.I received calls and text messages at every step of the process, completely informed as the customer. One could not have asked for more, and Progressive Plumbing made an unpleasant home owner situation so much better. Thank you.

Daniel Liebenberg was recommended by my neighbor. He is professional and experienced. As for any plumbing issue, you will need to recreate the leak when the technician is there. I have learned that you do need to do your own research and investigation before calling any plumber, so that you know enough to assist the plumber identify the root cause. We identified the leak from the shower and he proposed a few options to fix the issue. He is personable and very pleasant to work with. $69 for scheduling/dispatch fee and additional troubleshoot fee in addition to that. Its not really any troubleshooting was done. Its just to find the leak. Mine was $344 in total to identify the source of the leak.

Fast, friendly, honest. What more do you need? I had a main water pipe leak. They were out within an hour of my phone call. The job was finished the next day from my main water meter to the house. Two holes,, no trench, no dug up yard. A fist pump later, I am back in service. Thanks again.

Daniel was a great help. My main water line needed replacement, he was able to visit my home within an hour to assess the issue and did the work just a few days later. I had to be in the office that day, so appreciated the regular progress reports and final pictures and video. Clean and tidy and no mess or destruction of my landscaping. Good job.
