Ethan was by far the best communicator of all the companies I reached out to. He quickly came to my apartment building to assess the situation and gave me an estimate in a very timely fashion. They always showed up when they said they would. They were able to replace my boiler very quickly. Their recommendation to install 2 cast iron boilers also made the most sense to me after all the research that I did. I will definitely reach out to them in the future.

These guys have done excellent work on two separate projects. I needed two water heaters moved, piping re-routed in the basement, and one of the heaters replaced and they did a great job on this. Later, I had a cracked pipe that was causing water to leak where it shouldnt and they were very quick to figure out the problem and replace the failed section of pipe. Will continue calling them when any plumbing related work comes up!Update made on 4/21/24: I wrote the above review about 6 years ago. 6 years later, Im still quite impressed with Stone Plumbing! They have been my go-to every time an issue has come up in this 100+ year old building that really wasnt being taken care of before I got it. Bjorne recently did some work to stop a leak that was happening somewhere between the 1st and 2nd floor, and he was able to immediately diagnose what the issue was and he fixed it right away, and he was quite personable and professional throughout the entire process!

Stone Plumbing is top notch. I screwed into a boiler line when I was installing a wall plate to the ceiling. I called Eric and explained the situation. He sent guy, an hour later Alex showed up. He was very professional and knew exactly what he was doing. He had the problem fixed in no time. He even made sure the boiler was working properly and there was no air bubbles in the lines. He was very thorough with everything he did. I would recommend stone plumbing to anyone.
