Couldnt ask for better service. Not only did he replaced my AC-Heat Pump unit he made sure that I was okay. He took the time to teach me about the unit, how it works, and ways I could make it more efficient. Perfect example of someone going above and beyond in their craft. Mechanical Solutions Atlanta replaced my hot water heater that was leaking. Dino did a great job with the replacement. He was communicative about his arrival time and how much time he needed to complete the job. He installed a pressure reduction valve at the main and patched the drywall even though that was not required. He also fixed an outdoor faucet that had been broken for awhile. Overall Dino (MSA) went above and beyond. Highly recommend.

I have had several issues with a tankless water heater that was not installed by Dino. Over the last year, he has resolved several issues that were caused by an improper installation and a faulty model that has a history of errors. I tried several plumbers before Dino that were a waste of time and money. It has been a pleasure to work with him. He is responsive and truly cares about helping out. It truly does feel like a partnership to have him as a contact in my phone. If you have ever been without hot water, and you have a family, you know how important it is to get these things resolved in a timely manner. I don’t call anyone else.
