Great and professional work by both Michelle and Dale. At Michelle’s suggestion, I sent in pictures of my two toilets; one to be replaced and one that needed a new flapper valve. That greatly helped in the whole process. This is the first time I’ve used them to do work. Most satisfying experience. Will definitely use them again should the need arise.

We had a sump pump problem and Guthrie Plumbing came out within a business day and quickly recommended a cost-efficient solution. Dale also took the time to walk us through the whole setup, what parts he used and how the worked. Cannot recommend enough and will absolutely be calling with any future plumbing/heating needs! Truly a professional experience.

Our hot water heater went out, and even though it ended up being a bit more complicated than we thought to replace it, Dale got the job done quick, clean, and the whole experience was very painless. Michele was also great to work with, and she was very patient helping me through figuring out all the details of lines, ventilation, etc. of what we had and what we needed. 10/10, would recommend for anything plumbing related!

Guthrie Plumbing helped us with an unwelcomed, surprise broken-leaking water heater. They responded to our call immediately. Michelle walked us through all the steps with great clarity, collected all the information required, and addressed all our concerns via phone and email. She was generous with her time, which is very much appreciated. Dale installed the new water heater the next morning. He patiently answered all our questions, left the work site cleaner than he found it. Having a leaking water heater in the middle of Minnesota winter is a real bummer – Michelle and Dale helped us fix the problem in less than twenty-four hours, in the most courteous, reassuring, and professional ways possible.
