We were very pleased with Todd’s promptness, efficiency, and competence in fixing our sewer problem. He was recommended by someone who has used him several times and stated Todd is far above the others . From this point on Todd will be our number one choice. And to top it off, he is a nice guy!

We had our sewer back up into our basement for the umpteenth time yesterday and finally had enough. We called yesterday afternoon and they came out this afternoon and got us all cleaned out and gave some solid suggestions for maintenance and upgrades we could make to help us out more in the future. The man was so so so nice and didnt even mind my heathen dogs barking lol (so sorry for the little one again hes an old man and very set in his ways). I would, and will, recommend Flow to anyone and everyone I know that has any sort of sewer or clog issues! Their prices are totally fair, they responded so fast and like I said before he was so super nice, and patient with my noisy beasts. I will happily call again if we ever need help of this nature in the future!

I called at 9am for a backed up utility sink and he was here by 11am. He fixed the problem others couldn’t find and I’ve never seen this sink drain so well. Punctual, kind, and knowledgeable, what more could you ask for! Couldn’t recommend flow sewer and drain cleaning enough.

Excellent service! A previous service could not find the problem in my garage drain. Todd was upfront when I called that garage drains can be difficult and he couldn’t promise success. I appreciated the honesty, but in the end he found and resolved it. Todd was efficient and knowledgeable and wonderful to work with.

Todd was out within a half hour and had the drain opened within fifteen minutes. Once again I will go with the FLOW! I will always recommend FLOW!UPDATE: had FLOW out today to clear a basement utility room drain and my basement bathroom sink. As usual Todd was prompt returning my call, scheduling an appt, and he quickly resolved any issues I had! He even remembered me from two years ago! I will keep recommending FLOW and giving him my future business.

Very friendly, professional, prompt. Called and he said he could be there in a few hrs. Gave me a timeframe. I asked if he could call on his way so I could meet as I was at work and he did. This is very helpful as some companies want you to wait around until they show up. Took care of the problem and made sure everything was cleaned out so remnants wouldnt plug it up again. Would definitely recommend FLOW to anyone with clogged up plumbing.

Had a pesky drain clogged in an area under my foundation that I couldnt seem to unclog myself with a snake. Called them (I forget the gentlemans name I spoke to) but he said he could be out same day. I left him a key to get into my property and he called me a couple hours later telling me the job was done and I simply paid over the phone with a card. Very reasonably priced and he locked up when he was done.I will definitely be using them in the future if needed.
