Will never use anyone else! Our cable snapped on our lift and our canopy was loose. Talked to him in passing on the weekend, end of the day Monday all was fixed. It is so refreshing to have a company stand behind their work. Well done Duluth Docks

My husband and I purchased a beautiful Floe dock set up about a month ago. The entire process was easy and handled professionally. Our questions were answered quickly and accurately whether in person or via email. The installers arrived on time and were fantastic. We are the envy of all our cabin neighbors! We are so happy with Duluth Dock and the Floe dock. They were so good with the delivery and install. This year we had a small issue with the super high water. They were quick to help resolve the issue and get our docks back in service. Thank you Roger and Duluth Dock Team!

From beginning to end working with the owner Roger was a seamless, professional experience purchasing our Floe lift. He returned my calls quickly and took the time to answer all of my questions sending out a prompt line by line itemized quote after our discussion. The delivery of the lift required the use of their barge and the two guys delivering were great with the set up and taking away our old lift to sell for us. I cant say enough how great this company and Roger is to work with!
