I just wanted to share how much I appreciate and was so grateful and pleased with the work that Andrews plumbing did for us. I was already struggling with another company that overcharged me amongst other issues. Did not fix anything, just made things worse! You made availability quicker than you could have and allowed us to see and learn what needed to be done. I apologize for not remembering the name of the guy that helped us, I’ll just say he was little but mighty with integrity and respect for both me and my husband. I needed a win for the week and he definitely came through with getting our problems fixed with our plumbing and saved us from unwanted and unnecessary repairs and maintenance. He even fixed our sink saving my husband time and frustration. Thank you for your courtesy, promptness, integrity and time. I would recommend your business time and time again!

Ive had Andrews Plumbing do a variety of projects and maintenance work over the past several years. Vern is very responsive, professional and upfront with estimates and his team does quality work. Ive only had a minor issue once or twice, and they made sure it was addressed quickly and over performed to make sure it was right and I was happy with the result.Dont hesitate to give these guys a call. You wont regret it.

This is absolutely, 100% who you want to hire for your plumbing needs.I scheduled Andrews Plumbing to come out and shock my well, as my water had had a weird odor for more than a year. I spoke to the owner on the phone, and he was knowledgeable and willing to walk me through what the possible problems could be, as well as giving me an accurate estimate of the job cost. I was able to schedule a plumber to come out quickly -- with the service visit scheduled for just a couple days after the initial call.One of their plumbers was scheduled to come out and fix the issue on a Friday morning, but on Thursday I received a phone call from the owner letting me know they could come out that afternoon, if I wanted -- way ahead of schedule (which I really appreciated)!Chase came out to shock my well. He was very professional and willing to answer all my questions. He explained the process clearly and walked me through what he was doing at each step. He finished the job quickly and in a timely manner. I found the price to be a good value.With a well shock, you have to let the water run for several hours. So after the job was done, we went to grab dinner with family in Fort Wayne. When we came back, we noticed that the hose that had been running to flush the system had no water coming out of it, and when we tried the faucets inside the house they also had no water.By this point it was late at night, and with a holiday weekend on the horizon, I left a couple of panicked messages on the businesss voicemail. Within five minutes, I received a call from Chase, who offered to come out and take a look. By this point, it was nearly 10:30 at night -- but he drove over to help. He was so kind and patient the whole time and was assuring me that he would find the issue and wed get our water back in no time at all. He quickly identified that the problem was the whole house filter, which had become clogged with debris (I REALLY needed that well shock!) and corrected the problem. He did this for free.It has also been a week since my well shock, and my water is still odor free. This is a game changer, as I have chronic back pain and hot showers are a big part of pain management for me -- I havent been able to have one in a year because our water smelled so badly. I nearly cried when I could finally take a nice, long shower after this well treatment.You CANNOT find service like this these days. This is an amazing business with affordable prices and EXCELLENT service. I could not be happier.

Sunday morning we had no water working in any of our faucets- not even a drop! We called Vern and left a message, he called back within 15 minutes and said he could send his technician to assess the problem. The tech called shortly after and arrived within 20 minutes. He checked over the system, needed a part so he went to their shop and got it, came right back and installed it and we had water working again!!! This was great professional service and both Vern and the tech (Chase) were friendly despite being called on a Sunday morning. Thank you and high recommendations to Andrews Plumbing.

Had a sewer clog that had likely been going on for a while. When my water heater, located in the basement, stopped working, I went down to see what was wrong with it. Surprise! The water heater had about 6 inches of water around it. Looked online for a plumbing company and Andrews came up with some great reviews. I made an appointment with them and they sent out Chase to get an idea as to what was happening on Thursday of week one. Even perhaps repair it. The house is 92 years old and had no outside cleanout. He tried several ways to send his camera down there, but no joy. The next day (Friday) I was called by Verne and an appointment was arranged for the following Friday. I got a call from the company on Tuesday saying they could do the job that next day. Absolutely!The sewer line is located 6 ft down and a clean out was installed. The sewer system is now functioning perfectly. We also now have a giant hill in the backyard from the dig and once that settles down, Ill call and theyll come back to cut the pipe to grade. Cant wait!They were prepared with all the tools they needed to do the job, many of the parts, were very professional, and so far Im very satisfied with the job. Highly recommended!The photos didnt post in sequence, #3 shows the job almost completed. They did a bit more cleanup after the photo.

Andrews installed a new water heater for us 2 years ago. They put in plastic extension pipe because the new heater was shorter than the old one. When we went to sell, the inspector said the pipe needed to be metal, so I called Andrews. The owner, Vern, apologized and came out the next day to replace the extension at no charge!

Theyve repaired my plumbing on a couple different occasions. There was standing water in my crawl space and Vern ensured they came out the next morning to assess the issue. Sure enough, the drain pipe to my tub was broken so the water from showering was going directly into my crawl space. They fixed it immediately. Additionally, I have some ongoing needs that may require further work and Vern has offered to answer any questions I have and review estimates to help me avoid being overcharged, etc. They do a great job!
