A-Plumber is awesome. They have always been available and came when other companies wouldn’t even answer an after-hours emergency number. They provide good advice on options without trying to “upsell”. They honor original quotes even when things happen outside of their control. And they stand behind their good, dependable work at reasonable prices as promised. I have used them for many jobs (water heater, pressure regulator, extra LPG line, repair main line when roots got into our main water line, etc.). I highly recommend A-Plumber in Decatur, AL.

A-Plumber is literally the best plumbing company in Decatur, AL! The technician, Alex Seguin, was assigned to assess the issue at my home. Alex arrived on-time for the appointment along with providing a courtesy call prior to arrival. More notably, Alex was able to identify the issue immediately and provided a non-destructive solution on how to fix my leaky outdoor water-spigot. This recommendation came to a total surprise to me because several other plumbing companies stated that there was no other way to fix the outdoor spigot without cutting through the inside wall of the house (which would have been ALOT more costly). Furthermore, Alex successfully completed the job in about 20 mins and I cannot be happier with the results! The new spigot works perfectly and no more leak! Also, the overall price of this job was less than half of what the other companies quoted in the area. It is also worth noting, that Alex is very pleasant to work with. He is extremely professional, polite and courteous. He answered all my questions with confidence and knowledge of the job. I highly recommend this company and this technician for your plumbing needs!

This company is great! I highly recommend them ! Colin and Malachi are very professional and great to work with! They spent extra time figuring out what my issue was. Even though they could not fix it because it was an irrigation issue they took that extra step and recommended a company that could. There was no charge since they don’t work on irrigation systems. How often in life does a company come out and find your problem, offer a solution and not charge you ? I am so impressed with this company and these two young men ! They let me know everything that needed to be done and how long it would take. They were able to work with my schedule when needed. Very professional and courteous. They even let me know when they had received an extra payment by accident and refunded my money. The price for the work was in line with what I expected. Good quality work.

Absolutely the best experience in plumbing in the past 35 years of being a home owner. I asked for a hydro jet procedure to clean out my 30 year old main lines and Alex and Eddie showed up the next day and went to it. They notice my sewer lines did not have enough drop which I had always suspected. I asked for a quote and was provided a very reasonable and honest quote that was significantly more competitive than many of the other plumbers in the area. I expected to be on a list for a few weeks, but they fit me in a few days later. They managed me expectations on when, and how the work would be performed and executed flawlessly. During the work, an adjacent old sewer line broke with some spillage. Alex and Eddie stopped and cleaned the spillage in such a thorough way you would not have known there was a spillage.. At the end of the day, my age old plumbing problem was fixed for the long haul. Both these gentlemen were extremely polite, and professional and won my business with APlumber in the future.

Me and my wife had a crazy drain problem and boy oh boy did we discover a few things we didn’t realize we had while trying to fix this pipe, I knew I needed Professional plumbers to help us. Plumber and we got Alex, and Grant that came and took care of our problem they were on time, polite, loving, and very caring for us and our home and did not make us feel uncomfortable one bit!! A Plumber does excellent work, they are trustworthy, and have competitive pricing. They also do NOT gouge customers on holidays. In addition, we recently had them replace a malfunctioning water heater at Southwind. Within 2.5 hours of my initial call, they had us taken care of. Amazing!!! Great service.

A Plumber has my undying loyalty!! They are amazing and will absolutely not give up until they find the problem!! Plus they dont charge you outlandish prices to do so. I had a plumbing emergency on a Sunday, they didnt charge me extra for that, and got a plumber there quickly.I live in an old home where the plumbing can be challenging and they worked for 5 hours just for one set price. They then came back, fixed the problem that I had been having for months!! Plumbers in general could really take advantage of you,but these are very nice folks who charge a more than fair price.

I have just bought a house. Several days, and lots of money later, my plumbing issues started. I called the first number I came too on the internet. A Plumber, I am very glad I did. They promptly came the 1st time, and did a great job. A few days later I had to have them back for the same issue, another water leak. I was told there would be an extra charge, I wasnt a happy camper. I felt like it should of been taken care of the first time. However, when the guy showed up this morning, he was very professional, and very good at his job. I was impressed. As he was leaving he told me the boss told him not to charge me again!! I am very thankful to them, not only for solving my problems, but not charging me. I definitely recommend this company, and will use only them in the future. TH

We moved into a new house after getting a perfect pass from a home inspector. The first time we ran our washing machine, it leaked and rust/dirt spit out from the pipes into 1 of the bathtubs. A Plumber was our first call. Our plumber was Gary. He was on time, professional, kind, wearing a mask, and sympathetic to our situation. He ran a camera through the pipes and discovered the pipes were so full solid of rust that they need to be replaced. Since this is such a big, expensive job we had to call our homeowners insurance. Our insurance chose who we can use for this project and I am very sad to say that our insurance doesnt cover A Plumber. The plumber who we do have to use was 4 hours late and unmasked. He has a very nonchalant, dont care attitude. You get what you pay for. Every single time I would recommend A Plumber, they are the best in the area. If we ever have any smaller issues in the future that we pay out of pocket for and dont require the use of homeowners insurance, we will have Gary from A Plumber take care of us.

Our dishwasher was leaking, so much so that our floorboards were moving. We were in the middle of a terrible ice storm and were unsure anyone would come out. Upon hearing of our situation A Plumber quickly sent Austin to diagnose the problem. He determined we had a leak and needed a new dishwasher, it was one of the oldest he had seen, and we agreed. The professionalism, knowledge, concern, expediency and thoroughness with which Austin and Jacob replaced our dishwasher and repaired the leak were commendable. Their rates were more than fair and Austin and Jacob provided accurate and timely updates every step of the way, not moving forward until you understand what the situations was and how to resolve it.
