Our tankless water heater kept breaking down and requiring expensive repairs, so we had to decide whether to replace it or wait. After Charles assessed our issue and discussed our options, the owner visited. This plumber installed in one day and made final modifications the next day. He answered our questions and showed his knowledge. We appreciated Charles visit to help us consider our options given the stakes. System performance exceeds expectations. Detailed maintenance instructions were also provided. I recommended the company since its personnel were prompt, thorough, and good.

When we moved into our new home, we realized we needed to get a new tank to store our indirect hot water. While assessing the situation, it became evident that the boiler also required maintenance. Decatur Plumbing provided a reasonable estimate, showed up on time, was careful with our property, and finished the job quickly and effectively. We will definitely use them again if we ever need any plumbing work done at our house.

Today, I called them out to go over what we could do. They took my health and their own safety seriously by wearing protective boots over their shoes. The replacement of my homes toilet is in the works. After this: In less than two hours, the technicians arrived, fixed our leaking toilet, fitted a new one, installed our bidet seat, cleaned up, and left. They really delivered! They were prompt, helpful, and overall fantastic people to work with. If we ever have any more plumbing issues, we know who to call. Our trash compactor quit operating, so we had to call the guys again. They came out to take a look, and I was informed that the old one was leaking somewhat and was highly rusted, so I would need a new one. They replaced it the very same day and also looked at the leaking toilet valve. They were wonderful to work with, both during and after the project. Its great to have reliable plumbers you can count on to fix any problem. In the future, I will most certainly seek their services out again.

He fixed our toilet and put in a new sink faucet in the bathroom expertly. When he was done, he made sure the workspace was tidy. Decatur Plumbing and Heating has my highest recommendation.

It took two visits to complete the repair since the necessary part had to be ordered, but Decatur Plumbing was quick to schedule an appointment and transparent about the fees involved. This resulted in two separate visits from technicians. Although they were both kind, careful and COVID-compliant (they wore masks), I must say that the cost of the repair was more than I had anticipated. However, quality is proportional to cost.

I really think you should get these. Within a couple of hours of my first call this morning, they had arrived to clear the obstruction in my main drain. A backup was occurring in the sinks and toilets, and the ancient garbage disposal had corroded to pieces. Your prompt and expert help is greatly appreciated. Their prices are so low that I will definitely use them again if my drains ever need fixing. Much obliged.

Our plumber was professional. He put the butties on his shoes before coming in no matter how many times. Stepping in and out, no one had to mention anything. Very informative, knew his stuff, definitely on point with everything, cleaned up behind himself. Good costomer care and economical. A plumber should be like a doctor to your home, and Joseph definitely was. The company costomer care was awesome as well they walked us thru the start to finish. We are going for a long term relation. Cash, card , or check is their acceptance of pay only. If you can get all of this, I mentioned who cares about that.

I called three different plumbers before I finally got a hold of Jonathan, and he came through for me when I discovered that my washers water shutdown valve wasnt working (two werent responsive, and one wanted to charge an arm and a leg). They not only installed a tub sink for me, but they also took my old washing machine, replaced it, and installed a new one. While the total cost was still higher than I had hoped, it was significantly lower than the estimate I had been given by the previous plumber, and the quality of the work performed left me pleased. Even though I hadnt considered it, Jonathan was nice enough to make sure I contacted my condo association before turning off the water. If I ever need plumbing work done again, they will be the first people I call.

The guy was punctual, friendly, and honest about his process throughout the house. To my endless questions regarding alternate services, he patiently replied.
