After returning from the fair yesterday I noticed my air wasnt cooling, and it was hot and humid in the house last name. It was six degrees hotter than outside. Well, I was searching for a repair man and I came across his page. I saw that he had so many amazing reviews so I chose him. I called him first thing this morning a little after seven and he answered immediately with such a pleasant attitude. I told him my issue and even asked if he had time to look at my garbage disposal since I saw he does plumbing work. He said he would get to me that morning. He was in contact communication befor he came. When he arrived he respectful introduced himself to me, my mom, and even my niece and nephew. He assessed the problem, advised me of the two solutions, and we discussed what the best option was. He had it fixed within 30 minutes and even checked in this afternoon to make sure everything was still fine. His service was exemplary from start to finish, and he was reasonably price. I will definitely be using him for all of my HVAC and plumbing needs going forward.

This is the top tier HVAC company for Atlanta, Decatur and surrounding areas. Let me explain what they did for me today on such short notice.Long story short:Got home from work around 5:00pm and noticed the house temp was at 80 degrees but the thermostat was set at 74 degrees. After googling HVAC companies near by - I called Champion first and spoke to Carter which was right before 6:00pm. He diagnosed the issue within the first two minutes of our call and directed me to one of his techs which was Mr. Melvin. Reached out to Mr. Melvin and he answered right away and was extremely helpful at coming up with a game plan with our schedules and the issue I was facing so we could resolve the issue as quickly as possible.Mr. Melvin, on his own accord said to monitor the issue and if nothing progresses that he would come to my house late in the evening to fix the issue.Long and behold - Mr. Melvin showed up at my house at 9:00pm and completely fixed the issue within 30-45 minutes. Along with the incredible customer service and professionalism - the cost was more than reasonable for everything they had done for me in such short notice.I will never use another HVAC company going forward and will recommend to anyone immediately when they’re asking for advice on what HVAC company to use. Champion is one of the few companies in any industry out there today that puts customer service as a priority for their company’s core values.I hardly ever leave reviews but this experience is deserving of an immediate praising for everything Mr. Melvin, Carter and Champion did today. Being a homeowner involves a lot and having a reliable technician to help you fix issues with your home is vital to your peace of mind.I woke up on a Saturday morning to an unusually warm home. Checked my thermostat and while it was set to 70 degrees, the temperature inside was nearly 80. Realized the fan unit outside wasn’t running even though the circuit breaker hadn’t tripped. All the vendors recommended by my builder were closed on the weekends. So I checked Google and made a couple calls. One company told me they’d call me back in the afternoon but never did. Something told me to try another company and I found Champions HVAC.I spoke with Carter around 2:45pm and he was at my home in 30 minutes! He was very professional, kind, skilled, and had very reasonable prices. But my favorite thing about him was how he took the time to educate me about the brand of my unit and even how it should sound!I was thoroughly impressed by his responsiveness and honesty about my unit. We said okay, but continued to try to find someone. To our surprise, Carter called us back when he said he would. We told him what was going on with our air conditioner and what we tried. He told us that he was fifteen minutes away, and actually showed up a couple of minutes before.Carter and his assistant not only resolved our issue (we have two thermostats), they took time to explain what was going on with our dual system.While they were here, they checked everything to make sure we wouldn’t have another unexpected issue and they answered all of our questions. I had a great experience with Champion! My 39-year old HVAC (yep, 39, it had a really good run, RIP) finally decided its air conditioning was kaput. I called Carter late Tuesday afternoon, and his team was out on Thursday afternoon to replace the entire system.Not only was the quote he gave me really reasonable, but he even upgraded my new Trane system for no additional cost. Because the setup for my HVAC was also 39 years old, his team had a challenge ahead of them, and had to do a lot of modifications. But even though the job took longer than they hoped (because of the mods), they made sure everything was tip-top before heading out after a long day. They even made my terrible, crooked bi-fold utility doors less crooked! Thatd been bugging me for years!As it was my first time having to deal with anything like this, I had a lot of questions along the way (was probably annoying) and the team was super helpful with their answers, and made sure I was comfortable with the new knowledge. I will definitely be calling Champion for regular HVAC maintenance and anything that may come up in the future, theyre a great team!

While testing the pump, I noticed that water was steadily dripping from where the drain pipe connects to the AC unit. He did come back into the crawl space and fixed the leak. I wish this was a 5 star review but, I do feel like testing the pump and noticing that drip should have been his responsibility. In a nutshell - Im truly grateful for their amazing service.Of course - it couldn’t have happened on a worse day - massive Atlanta heat wave and family visiting from out of town. My HVAC system suddenly just shut down at 6 pm. Dead. I started calling all the big name Atlanta companies…figured the big ones have the capacity to help 24/7. I was wrong. All their responses…they could get to me in a few days. Ouch! No help for me right now- from them. I had to find help...asap..and I wasnt giving up. I even called the company that installed in my HVAC system in the first place - which was still under warranty - and never heard back. Clearly lesson learned on that one. Wow.As a last ditch effort- and the house temp going up in in high 80s - I called Champion. They had great reviews and offered 24/7 availability. At 6:30 pm at night I made the call and crossed my fingers. To my huge relief - someone answered - and it wasn’t an answering service - it was Carter. Carter not only answered my call, but actually came over late that evening and diagnosed the issue. Unfortunately, it was a worse case - the external unit had completely burned out - and was unrepairable.Carter told me that he could have a new unit installed the next day. As I explained to him that I had long COVID issues - and would truly appreciate if he could do it as soon as possible. Well, he made magic happen - and his team started installing it later that next morning. His team was kind, considerate, accommodating, and incredibly hard working - all in the insanely high heat.The house was beyond hot - and once they installed the unit…(with the house nearly 90) — by late in the evening - the system, which clearly worked like a beast - got the temperature back down to normal. What a massive relief.I’m beyond grateful to Carter and his company, Champion. They really came through for me - in a way that I will always truly appreciate- and never forget. Carter was absolutely phenomenal! I called him in quite a panic when I accidentally blew a transformer. He quoted me and came out the very next morning. Carter arrived earlier than expected and he was not only able to repair the transformer and get the A/C back up and running but he was also able to install my NEST thermostat as well. The service and level of professionalism I received was outstanding. Champion HVAC & Plumbing will be my go-to for all services in the future. I highly recommend this company, you wont be disappointed.

Champion came to the rescue in such short notice. Our pipes bursted and caused severe damage to our home. We called numerous of Plumbers and no one answered. Carter answered on the first ring and came out within an hour. He repaired all of my leaks and got my Furnace operable!!! I love those guys

Our A/C unit went out last night so I called multiple companies this morning. We were told a couple of years ago that we would have to replace the unit so we thought it was done and wed be looking at getting a new one. I called Carter and he was the only one that said to hold on and he wanted his technician to check first. Sure enough it was the capacitor. They were right and were super easy to work with and good value. Highly recommend them as honest and know what they are doing.

Never dealt with a contractor or repairman like this. I noticed my heat out at 9:30 AM. I called them at 9:45. They got here at 11. By 11:15 it was fixed. They were in and out in less than ten minutes.The price was fair. My AC is running. Its 96 degrees out. Cant recommend enough.
