I had my toilet replaced by James with M. Cary & Daughters Plumbing.On Tuesday, James came by to take a look at my leaky toilet and he recommended that I replace my worn out 25 year old toilet with a new toilet.I purchased a new toilet, had it delivered, and James returned on Friday for the installation.James was very informative, communicating with me about things I needed to know: problems with my sub-floor, internal workings in the tank, potential problems (and fixes) with the mechanisms, and how to operate the new shutoff valve.Ive been a loyal customer with M. Cary for a decade because theyve always been professional, helpful, and fun to work with.

M Cary sent Ian Carby out to do an estimate on work in my kitchen and bathroom. The main work required them to turn off the full water in my condo building which is 100 years old (gently). They had to install turn off valves (5), install a new toilet and flange, new sink, new faucet, remove garbage disposal and put in new supply lines, etc. This was a 3 visit process due to tile repairs, etc. They were on time and did this on budget. Ian is the plumber, nice guy, respectful, flexible and good at communications. Michele one of the owners is great too in helping me with scheduling and getting insurance docs, etc. Lastly, there was a need to make an adjust to the water temperature - no problem Ian came right back out and handled it quickly. They are not the least expensive but they stand behind their work and I appreciate the ability to do business with a local business. Try them and make sure you ask for Ian Carby - hes the best!

James is super smart, quick, and professional. Diagnosed and repaired the first sink, and then addressed another issue and installed broken stoppers in our sink (when every other company Ive called has said we could find them ourselves and refused to help), and even took a quick look at our hot water heater to let us know what model it was. I love that they wore masks and booties unprompted. Also dispatchers are super pleasant and efficient. Best service in Atlanta.

Excellent service from the time the service call was made until the job was finished! David and Charles came to my resident to check my water heater.They quickly diagnosed the problem. I expected to have to replace the water heater, but David discovered that the gas had been turned off during a furnace repair and the pilot was not relit.He discovered that the leak was not coming from the heater, but from a line that needed to be tighten.I asked them to check a toilet for a possible leak. David checked for the leak and stabilized the toilet. Both men were professional and worked together to get the job done, and not costing us an arm and a leg for service. Im making this company my plumbing choice.

I had a plumbing crisis today - a shower that wouldnt turn off. I spoke with Michelle and even though they had no one immediately available, she took time out and accurately identified the part I needed to replace and provided a website for the part which I then replaced myself. This shows real integrity and care for customers. After this experience, they will be my first choice for any plumbing needs.

I live in a condo that still has a lot of the original fixture from 1968 or fixtures that were not installed well. I am disabled so I have specific requirements. When I described what I wanted, i was given reassurances that the new toilet would be appropriate and I was given a price. The plumber arrived on time, did the work well and cleaned up afterwards. I now have a toilet with the correct height, low flow and the right color to match the tub and sink. It was more expensive than other plumbers, but I have no worries that everything was done correctly. I have more work to be done and I will not hesitate to call them.

I called M. Cary & Daughters to see if they could fix a kitchen disposal problem day-of. The friendly lady on the phone initially said they were booked solid and wouldnt be able to come out, but she didnt stop there. She asked me to describe my problem in full, and walked me through how to fix it myself over the phone. I was FLOORED! Rather than pay a fee for someone to come out to my house to simply press a button, this company helped me do it myself, free of charge. Ill definitely be calling M. Cary & Daughters the next time I have a plumbing issue.

This is a great local Atlanta intown team, they have come out to my house twice one for an install, and then when we sold our home replaced ductwork from our hotwater heater. Their prices are competitive, their techs have been with the company 13+ years. Great people.

Cary & Daughters Plumbing for over a decade in 3 different houses including an antique 1920s house, a 1950s ranch and a 2008 townhouse in Brookhaven, and they have demonstrated vast knowledge and dependable results every time. They are responsive and prompt and billing is reasonable. I highly highly recommend M. Cary & Daughters!
