My bath tub backed up so I called Kellys Sewer to find the problem. Devin responded to the call. He looked at everything possible to find that tree trunks was the problem.He then cut the trunks with his machine. Devin was friendly, professional, and did a fantastic job. I always call Kellys Sewer when I have problems. They arrive in a timely manner and get the job done.I had good experiences with the ones that come. I highly recommend Kellys Sewers. They are also are reasonable in their pricing.

01/02/25. We had our main line cleaned out for the 2nd time, about 1.5 years after their first and last visit mid 2023. Very prompt, friendly, efficient, polite and very reasonably priced. Cleaned out our main clogged sewer line and was in and out in only one hour. Great clean up too. Had to have our 2nd clean out due to roots growing in main line as we planted a new tree over it about 5 yeas ago and started having problems mid-2023. I Highly recommend!

Kelleys was amazing!!! I called with a huge issue and they came out as quickly as possible. At first it seemed like a quick fix and they cleared a clog and all seemed well. We sent them off happy and it took no time at all. Unfortunately my system had other ideas and we had to call after hours and have them come back. They were here again quickly and got right to work. After trying everything it was not working but they never gave up and came out on top!! The service guy worked with us on the pricing so that we were not penalized and made it fair. Kelleys has a customer for life now

Jason came to the house on New Year’s Eve late evening to unclog the sewer line that had backed up in to our basement after Mike Williams had been there and told us he couldn’t take care of it but happily took our money( which wasn’t cheap for not fixing the problem). It took Jason longer to unload and get it all set up then it did for him to fix the problem. Not only that but he cleaned up the basement. He informed me that he has serviced the house we just moved in to several times on a maintenance plan and told me how that works. I’ve never had this kind of customer service from a business like this but he was amazing and will tell anyone who will listen about this company.

I used Kellys when my toilet down stairs began to sleep out the wax ring when flushed. Got a hold of Jason, who was on call at the time, who quickly diagnosed the problem. He came out and fixed it. He was professional and informative.Literally helped me figure out I was on septic (previous owners of house said it was city). He then came back out a few days later to do the inspection. Would easily call Kellys to do with again. Would definitely ask for Jason.

Had a plumbing emergency, and even though they werent my first choice, they were the first to pick up my call. They arrived when they said they would, found the problem immediately when others did not, and actually fixed the problem without causing more problems. Highly professional, knowledgeable about what they do, and although they may be higher priced than some Id much rather pay the slightly higher price for the much higher quality of service. We had a major septic issue this morning. Today was NOT the day for this kind of issue. This week was NOT the week for this kind of issue.
