The guys had to replace my kitchen faucet and sprayer. They did a great job. Was disappointed these repairs/replacements weren’t covered under my policy so it cost me a lot more than I wanted to pay on top of my copay for the service call.

My Home Warranty company sent Drain Go out. Since I didnt choose them, I didnt know what to expect. I am happy to report that Drain Go was great! IF YOU WANT AMAZING SERVICE, USE THIS COMPANY!!! I just love ALL the people at this company that I had the pleasure to speak with! And the service!!! Sooooo good! Great, factual, knowledgeable information on the structure of the house (by crawling all the way down to the opposite side of the house), a direct plan of action, and the cost. We hired them due to their knowledge and expertise. They were all quite friendly, very attentive, great listeners, and understanding the issue the first time. Second offer was half the price, but he really had no idea what I was talking about and that scared me a LOT! The landlord was happy to pay this company... and boy, are we glad we did! Theyre amazing! 5 stars on EVERYTHING! He worked hard and it was obvious that he knew what he was doing. Very professional and friendly.

I had a leaking pipe under my bathroom sink. It was causing secondary damage to the floor and baseboards. The initial visit did not solve the issue, the technician said there was no leak from the pipe itself and caulked around the top of the sink. I knew this would not work, as I had pointed out to him exactly where the leak was coming from within the piping connection itself.I contacted them again stating the leak was still active. The tech promptly responded and arrived for a second visit and installed new piping with shutoff valves. The issue was then resolved, and I am satisfied.

Such a polite and professional young man (Mr. Chapman). He replaced a sump pump for me. He had to climb in and out of the sump several times and basically stood on his head to get everything up and running.He went above and beyond. Although they arrived after the end of the defined 5 hour appointment, it was somewhat understandable because they were digging for a new septic tank install at another job. The outside temperature was about 8-12 degrees Fahrenheit so I could what that would be like if I were having to do that. Cody was very competent and efficient in replacing the Delta shower kit. I believe this the third job that Drain Go has done for me and I would welcome them again as plumbing work is needed.

I really was pleased with the 2 gentlemen that came to our house this morning. I am terrible with names, look on my receipt, Im sure you can find out their names. They both meet and played with our dogs. Which was extremely nice. Then they were happy to leave them alone and to go play in the yard. Our hot water heater had went out. They changed out the thermostat and both heating elements. They were both very respectful and a joy to have fixing our problem. Thank you so much. Cordell came out to our house at 8:30am to look at our water heater and evaluate the situation after determining we needed a new one he sent the info to his company and we waited to get taken care of, we didn’t expect them to return later that night to finish the job. They returned at 8:15pm after a long day and made sure we were taken care of. They fixed the leak in a timely manner and advised me my water was too hot which caused the problem in the first place. They looked at my gas hot water heater and turned it down to the appropriate range. They also advised me if I had any more problems to just give them a call as he handed me a business card.
