Ohio Electric Services were incredible in upgrading my electrical service. The arrived on time and promptly went to work. One gentleman went to work replacing the unsafe electrical service from AES to the meter and into the house. This job replaced all the electrical cable, instillation of an emergency shutoff box next to the meter, and proper grounding. The other gentleman worked inside the house upgrading our electrical service from 100 amps to 200 amps with a new breaker box and breakers. A surge protector was also installed in the new breaker box. The job took over six hours to complete and both gentlemen never to a break and never stopped for lunch. After all the work was done they removed all the old parts and thoroughly cleaned up inside and outside. This was service I haven’t seen in many year. Thank you Ohio Electrical Services.

We will probably not be using another company for our electrical work—their work is just that good. We bought our house and had no idea how bad the electrical had been upkept, with the previous owner having done much of it themselves over the years. Every time we opened up a wall, we found more and more work. Their team has come out within 48 hours to quote us and always informed us before doing work if anything had changed. Their service tech they assigned us has been absolutely fantastic and come back time and time again. At this point she will really know how much home renovation progress we have made.So far their team has installed can lights, rerun electrical to 2 different rooms, installed new circuits, disconnected old lines no longer used, fixed obvious electrical hazards, completely rewired a bathroom and moved outlets and even moved random electrical hanging out of the wall inside of the walls for us. They have not left debris, tools or trash around our home, cleaned up with their own equipment and answered every single question. They just finished a new project for us today and we already need to schedule them for our next project in a couple of weeks. 10/10 recommend.

Ohio Electric has been amazing. Our technician has come back twice to fix weird issues with our wiring, but carefully documented every single thing we asked them to do for us. She even showed up early one Monday morning when a problem popped up with a new light fixture.Right on time, super affordable and very trustworthy company.

I called today to inquire about generator service and the young lady that I spoke to said it sounds like it is your battery so I ran out and got a new battery which quickly solved my generator problem during a power outage. This saved us the food in our two freezers. Thank you for the great customer service!

Laura and Paul are amazing. They helped with my home warranty and got a new electrical panel and meter. I am still waiting on city to come check it for safety, but Paul was very knowledgeable Laura took the time to make sure we were satisfied. If city says its unsafe, then I am sure they will go out if their way to make it right.

I was experiencing intermittent power outages and had one guy from another company come out and said there was no problem and left. I then called Ohio Electric Services and they had a technician come out the next day. Sean was able to find the issue and fix it rather quickly! During the process he made sure to show me what he was doing to fix it so if the issue happens in another part of the home i can fix it myself.Everyone I interacted with at the company was very knowledgable and friendly as well as up front about the cost. I would definitely suggest them in the future!

I found Ohio Electric Services almost by accident, using the PlugShare app. They were the only electrician I could find in the entire Dayton/Cincinnati area with a DC Fast Charger installed on site. I knew right then and there, THIS was the company I wanted to have install my first EV car charger. Boy was I right! This company did an absolutely outstanding job. Extremely responsive, courteous, and professional. They also handled all the paperwork, permitting, etc. Huge shout out and thanks to Laura Bachman and my tech Danny!!

We had Ohio Electric come out to upgrade a ceiling fixture and install a camera outside our home. We absolutely loved Asia who came to do this work. She is amazing and knowledgeable. Not only was our electrician fantastic, but the office was also great! We initially were referred to another local company, and we are SO THANKFUL that we did not go with them! The staff that answers the phone were informative and professional. I was contacted when they said I would be, the electrician showed up early (with a call ahead) and the price was reasonable. You cannot go wrong with their service!!!!!!!! Very happy customer that they now have for life.

Ohio Electric provided prompt, thorough and professional service. Technician Shawn, explained all the work and made sure the install functioned properly prior to leaving. He also vacuumed to leave the area perfect before leaving. Ms Laura, provided excellent, kind, professional and polite phone service, before and after the work. I will be referring Ohio Electric to all my contacts! They are the Best!
