    I had a great experience with Reliable Electric! My husband and I just built a new house and we called Reliable to add some extra lighting inside our home. The scheduling process was easy and our technicians, Jamie and Paul, were great! They were so nice and very neat/skilled with the work they did for us! We are going to have Reliable come back out in about a month to do some outdoor up-lighting for our house. Reliable is always great and we will continue to use them!UPDATE!!! Reliable came back out to do landscape lighting/uplighting for us! Our technicians, Garrett and Brian, did a fantastic job and we absolutely love everything. We will continue to use Reliable for more projects in the future!

    We are so happy with the total rewire, additional outlets, can lighting and outdoor lighting that was done for our rehab. Ethan and Steve were wonderful with figuring out the best placement for everything and suggestions for things I hadnt even thought of. They do such nice neat work. So nice and respectful. Would not hesitate hiring them for any future projects. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

    Paul was exceptionally helpful today. He not only fixed the problem I called in about, but he also was able to solve some other electrical issues I had not attended to. He clearly explained everything he did, and how I could make my old house electrical equipment last longer. Its rare to meet someone who truly enjoys their work and is intent on making sure the customer is happy too. I wont hesitate to call Reliable and Paul again because I know a content employee says a lot about a business!

    I had an outdoor outlet added. The electrician was Paul Anthem. He called to let me know he was on his way, arrived early then his estimate. Was very friendly and took the time to understand exactly what I wanted to have completed. He completed to work quickly and completely including clean up. I will use Reliable Electric for all my electrical needs in the future.

    Ethan Miller and Steve Ford changed my electric panel box. They were very professional and helpful and did excellent work. I would highly recommend them.     We called to have a new outlet installed for the sump pump and a battery backup. Paul explained the requirements necessary for installation, and had the job completed and everything up and running again quickly. We definitely will be calling Reliable again.

    Thorough, high-quality, and personable service! Our technicians, Ezra and Chase, were knowledgeable, friendly, and took the time to understand the nuances of our homes electrical wiring. They were polite and accommodating even as we had to periodically interrupt their work to pass through because the jobs took place in some of the main confluences of the house. The coincidence of Ezra and I sharing the same rare name created a bit of whos on first? fun and confusion throughout the job. :) Overall highly recommended!

    Im the property manager at a large apartment complex situated in downtown Dayton.We recently contracted Reliable to complete a full common hallway LED light upgrade - roughly 400 fixtures.The on-site team that completed the project was nothing short of incredible!Stevie and Jeremy were thorough, polite, respectful and fun to work with each day. Most importantly to me, they cleaned up after themselves. I fully expected to have our cleaners pull extra duty until the project was completed and that wasnt needed once!Weve also worked closely with Dave in previous years and his turnaround time and ability to answer questions clearly shows his expertise in the industry.We look forward to working with Reliable on future projects at Cannery.

    Ethan and Steve just completed installation of a light above our sink. We live an old Oakwood home. Working in these homes can be tricky.     When we moved to our new house the bedrooms were hot and had no overhead lighting, we got an estimate from Reliable Electric and couldnā€™t have been more excited for them to come. Cody and Chase came and they were the best. They did excellent work and didnā€™t stop until everything was perfect. It was like 95Ā° outside and they were working in our attic and they still managed a positive attitude! So hardworking, professional, nice and great personalities!     Reliable installed an outlet for an electric car at my house. The whole process was very smooth, from the initial communication to installation and invoicing. Ethan and Ben were the techs that installed the outlet. They were very nice and worked efficiently. I would recommend Reliable and will use them in the future!

    I cannot say enough good things about Reliable Electric. We asked them to install 8 new recessed lights, replace 13 older recessed/can lights, install a whole house surge protector, install 3 new overhead fans/lights, and replace a handful of other switches. Garrett, Ben, Zack, and Cody all helped at different times - they were courteous, very knowledgeable, willing to answer all of my questions, and shared some great tips along the way. With some of the older lighting in our home the holes previously cut were larger than the newer recessed lighting requires, but they were quick to identify a solution (beauty rings) and had them ready to install the next day. I will gladly call reliable again with any of my future electrical needs and I strongly recommend them to anyone else in need of an electrician.

    Paul from Reliable Electric came out 10/7 to add 2 new lights to kitchen ceiling and replace other 3, added under cabinet lighting, added recessed light at sink and replaced laundry room and hallway lights. There was another technician with Paul that day but I didnt get his name. They did a great job. Had it all done within 3 hours and made sure everything was cleaned up afterwards. Would definitely recommend Reliable Electric to others.

    I used Reliable to re-wire an older home in Oakwood, and to remove low voltage wiring... They were absolutely amazing. Cody and his team, worked so hard, and were just nice people. They absolutely know what theyre doing.. Not an easy job at this older home... and their pricing was fair.. This company should be your first call for electrical work..

    I have used this company for years and they have always been quick to respond, and extremely good at what they do. The cost is competitive and the work is far superior. Paul is the one who usually comes to my house and he really knows what he is doing. He has rewired outlets, light switches, fixtures, outdoor lamps, And every time he gets it right and does not stall around getting the job done. Someone who knows what they are doing, does it right, and is reasonable about it, that is someone you cannot ask more of!

    I had the best customer service experience with Reliable Electric, specifically with the technician, Justin. I had a problem with power to multiple outlets that turned out to be pretty simple, but I did not have the knowledge to solve it. Justin figured it out right away and then made some other changes to make my life easier. I also asked him to look at some other electrical projects in the house.     I highly recommend Reliable Electric for anyone who needs an electrician. We have an attic fan that stopped working. I called Reliable and an estimator, Adam, I believe came promptly, checked the problem and identified that it was the fan motor that was broken. Alicia followed up to schedule the repair. Cody & Ben arrived on time, were courteous, professional and personable. The fan was located in a very cramped space and it was a challenge to remove and replace it. They also installed a new thermostat. When they were done, they thoroughly cleaned the work area and explained what they had done. I will certainly use them again when I have an electrical issue.

    These guys know how to run a business. Combine great communication start to finish with sharp sales & techs and reasonable prices.When requesting a quote for a garage subpanel to push L2 EV charger and a few outlets I was contacted within minutes. Estimator was out in a couple days and work was scheduled in a couple weeks.I was given discrete times for arrival the day of - not the obnoxious half day blocks normal for service calls. Project was completed in a timely fashion (~6 hours) with just a few questions to ensure installation was to my satisfaction.Regarding price, Reliable was $3000 cheaper than competitors estimate. They quoted service cable for the long run from main breaker panel as opposed to copper for considerable savings.Will use Reliable Electric for any house electrical projects I dont want to do personally.

    Very pleased. Our smoke alarm system was malfunctioning causing every siren in the house to go offā€” and yes, always while we were sleeping. Paul showed up on time, did troubleshooting and repair. Most importantly for us, he explained each step and explained the fix. Making us not only happy to be able to sleep through the night but also confident in the work that was done. This was not the first time we used Reliable and like each time before we were very pleased with the service.

In fact if I could give it a 5 star+ I would. I am. 5+ stars for Paul. My electricity went out yesterday during this heat wave. I was lucky enough to get an early morning appointment. Paul was here on time. Very courteous and professional. He assessed the situation and made quick work out of the issue. I was terrified it would take a long time. Not with Paul, he knew exactly what to do and told me what he was doing every step of the process. He even noticed another issue and took care of it so as I wouldnā€™t have to have another problem. He had everything right with him or in the truck. He was making sure everything looked good as well as worked correctly so that I wouldnā€™t get shocked or cause damage to anything.     A lightning bolt struck my sons back yard causing damage to multiple electronic devices inside his home. I was concerned other electrical issues could also occur as a result of the strike. I have used Reliable Electric on several other electrical issues and I was always satisfied with their work. Reliable was able to schedule my job in a few days. On the morning of my appointment, Reliable texted me to let me know the technician was on his way with a photo of him. Paul Anthem arrived on time and I briefed him on the situation. He immediately went to work to diagnose any potential problems the surge may have caused. Paul had the experience and was equipped with the right tools and knowledge to determine an arch had occurred, but the electrical system was fine. I thought the inspection was priced fairly, and the peace of mind was worth it. The next time I need electrical work done, Iā€™m calling Reliable Electric.

    I moved into my condo and discovered two outlets were unpowered. The two techs who came out diagnosed the problem and suggested a fix that would avoid tearing out drywall. Iā€™m waiting for someone from there to give me an estimate on how much that might cost. And two thumbs down to the home inspection company that missed this problem and the hot water heater that broke two weeks after I moved in.

    I needed a dedicated 20A GFCI protected line run from our circuit breaker box to a bathroom on the other side of the house. I had Reliable electric provide a quote as well as another established contractor. The quote from Reliable was about 40% lower than the competition and in line with what I expected.Garrett and Ezra showed up today to do the install. My first impression was very good as they introduced themselves and we went over the job which entailed going into an open attic area, finding the location to snake a line down an outside wall of the house and installing a new outlet.They accomplished the job in a pretty quick timeframe. The result was neat and they even cleaned up the dust from there they had to cut the drywall. I was very impressed with their work and would not hesitate to recommend Reliable Electric for any job.

The team that came was very friendly and knowledgeable they answered all our questions as they went when we had them.I chose Reliable Electric from the positive reviews and also from the detail estimate that they had given us.     I have had a rough few months after a major kitchen remodel (unplanned as it flooded). I have to say I was beyond impressed with Paul who came out to my house today. Within an hour he had everything done (after my lengthy explanation as to how things got to be this way to help him figure out the issues). He even got an outlet working that has never worked in my house and now I donā€™t need an extension cord for what I have there.
