From the moment Jeremy arrived at our home to conduct the quote to install of our new electrical panel, my husband and I were pleased!!! Jeremy is not only highly knowledgeable, but he is also equally nice! It is clear that Jeremy is seen as a mentor to the other team members that were in our home. I had a great experience with this company. I had an issue at my work with an electrical panel and was unable to get a same day service call from most of the companies I called. I happened upon Mr electric and gave them a call. The lady who answered the phones took down my number and gave me a call a few hours later to let me know they were able to squeeze it into their schedule for today. The technician Drew arrived promptly and was able to figure out what we needed and went to get the parts and was back right away and was able to get the panel repaired so there werent any safety issues for the resident. I appreciate the prompt service and the level of service provided. It was the first time using this company but definitely will be a return customer if the need arises again

A different electrician told me I needed to rewire my whole house and that the wiring was knob and tube. He quoted me $36,349 for the electrical work and explained that my drywall would also need to be repaired afterwards, which would be an additional expense from another contractor.I hired Mr. Electric for a second opinion. Austin was straight-forward and honest. He converted 19 outlets for me to GFCI outlets and fixed my improperly installed chime for my doorbell. He was fast, efficient, and the estimate he gave me was accurate. He explained everything to me along the way, and with their membership, the work is guaranteed for 2 years!Mr. Electric is lucky to have an electrician like Austin. He works quickly and has a mind for solving problems.

Had a fuse that kept blowing repeatedly, and after troubleshooting myself for a day (realized something was arcing or I had a bad connection somewhere, and no time to run it down myself) I called Mr. Electric. They were on time and professional. They thought they had found the initial problem right away, but it turned out to be two issues (neutral tied to a ground accidentally in an exhaust fan). After talking with Jeremy about my options to better manage my breaker situation as well (Half of our old house was tied to the one breaker!) we decided to run separate circuits.I’ve seen serval complaints about price, but mathematically for my repair they were around $95/hr per person (there were 2 that were here). That may be higher than the panel guy that installed my new amp service ($65/hr), but they were quick on diagnosis, worked hard fishing wire, finding both my faults, and definitely knew what they were doing when it came to trouble shooting.Appreciate the help!

Jeff from Mr. Electric came to troubleshoot after a non-professional installed GFCI outlet was being tripped inexplicably. Jeff introduced himself at the door and put protective footies over his boots - nice touch. Very courteous and professional. He diagnosed the issue straight away and resolved it within 15 minutes. At that point, he charged me the standard service call of $111, and after he had collected payment, asked if there was anything else he could take a look at. We had recently purchased the home and he checked out the panel box, outside connection, and checked anything we asked at no extra charge. Let me start off with WOW!!!! When you get in front of a pro, dang you just know it. Story is worth the share so bare with me.Had a internet/phone issue with my Spectrum service so tech came to our place on Sun 1-19-19 apx 1:50 PM. Tech arrives and at that time the service happened to be ok, but shortly after that it went down again.Tech sees the signal to my house is good yet insists on going to the pole to inspect the runs to my home. In doing so he managed to knock the neturel power cable to my home causing a lot of damage to appliances in my home and in my face admitting ZERO fault. His feild supervisor came to my door stating I need to call an electritian as this was out of their control. I put a call into Mr. Electric and recieced a call from Jeremy. After explaining the situation to Jeremy, he quickly advised that the Spectrum techs were incorrest and my call needed to be to DP&L. DP&L came out real fast and deemed that Jeremy was correct and it was my netural that was downed and took care of the problem. With restored power I was hoping to get my cable service restored the next day......NOT. They gave me a Today (Tuesday 1-22-19 apt) only to see the same supervisor from Spectrum with another kid that knew little about troubleshooting. I was told that they could not restore my service as there was 100 volts of power omitting from their coax runs outside my home and again, was told I needed to call an electritian, so again I called Mr. Electric and was lucky enough to get Jeremy involved. He came to our home, inspected the issues, summoned the Spectrum supervisor back to my home and taught them a lot in a short amount of time. Needless to say our service with Spectrum is back 100% (thanks to Jeremy) and the Spectrum crew for listening to Jeremy. Jeremy has people skills that are as great as it gets. We ended up also having him install a whole house surge protector system today and the peace of mind was worth every penny of that install. If you are lucky enough to get Jeremy to do whatever it is you need done, you will know what I just wrote is so true. Thanks Mr. Electric for having such an amazing person on your team. I will never talk to anyone but Him for our electrical needs again. Thank you Jeremy. You are one in a trillion brother.
