The wires and their casings that are attached to my house were frail, some wires open and exposed to the weather. I called Jahn Electric and they can as scheduled. They found more problems, but it was fixed also. Mark and his associate did a wonderful job. They kept me informed upon their arrival and when the project was completed. True to their great quality of work, was a reasonable price. Great personality and work ethics.I would hire Jahn Electric again and recommend them to others.

On time ,on schedule, said what they would do and did it. Extremely professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommended. Issue was a split 30 amp (15/15 mini switch) went bad. They switched it out in no time also had a bad led switch so had them replace. After diagnosis they gave me a plan A and B estimate and then went right to work. Very friendly and trustworthy.

I had my electrical panel upgraded. The electricians were very thorough and explained everything they needed to do. Before I decided on Jahn I got an estimate from another company that was $2000 more than Jahns estimate. Another company didnt want to come out and asked me to send them a photo of my fusebox in order to get an estimate. I chose Jahn because I could tell their electricians knew what they were doing.

I was pleased by the efficient service and friendly servicemen who installed a new switch for my kitchen ceiling light. Very timely and affordable for the work we had done. I’m grateful for honest electricians who actually explain the problem and provide different options on how to fix them. They came out the same day they were called, fixed one thing and came back the next day for the big job. I think we will be lifetime customers. If we need any more electrical work done, they will be called.

Mark carefully explained everything, including a breakdown of what was needed vs what would be nice additions. Excellent service! You have to pay a $59 service fee - this was worth every Penny. They take their time and build out a full quote.

It is increasingly rare these days to find a company that is consistently reliable, professional, great at what they do, informative, prompt, and friendly. We are new homeowners and have used Jahn a couple times now to replace outlets, install lighting, and install outdoor outlets, plus a few other little things. Our experience was fantastic both times, far beyond what we would expect. Were sold and using Jahn from now on. Now to find a plumbing company that we love as much!! Mark came out late last night just to do the diagnostic for why half power was out. Identified it within 5 minutes. Gave me the run down of what it was and how much it would cost at a flat rate cost which was far less than expected. Even had my landlord asking who they were. He then came back out today and had the problem fixed in under an hour and power was fully restored! I will now be keep Jahn electric and marks number saved in my phone for any future needs!

I needed electrical work done to my residence to support a backup power generator. I called Jahn Electric and arranged a preliminary review of the requirements. First of all, I was impressed that the electrician - Tyler - was able to offer me several solutions as opposed to simply trying to make a sale. Once we decided on a solution, he worked up a detailed and very fair quote.He was able to start the next day and showed up on time.Now, Ive done a bit of electrical work around the house, but Tyler is on a whole different level. Professional, neat, and clearly a guy who takes pride in his work.I could not be more pleased with his work, attitude, and professionalism.Ill be having some more electrical work done around the house. I am very happy to report that from my first interaction with this company on the phone I was impressed. I was traveling later that day and I had guest staying in my residence during my absence. I had to somehow get a problem with a circuit breaker repaired before I left. I was told they would do everything within their power to squeeze me in. Shortly after I was told someone would be enroute within an hour. True to their word, an outstanding Gentleman showed up. Even though he did not have the breaker available that I needed he left and managed to find it, returned and corrected my Problem. Not only was it last Minute Service done right, but it also was Performed at a very reasonable rate. I will appreciate themhelping me resolve a stressful Situation. I would stronly encourage others seeking assistance with electrical Problems to give them a try. Personally they will definitely be my go to company for electrical Problems and will be the company I suggest to others. Thanks again, you dont find many businesses with that kind of work ethic.
