I woke up Friday morning to the sound of an electrical surge and my circuit breaker flipping off. When I tried to reset it, it kept switching back off. I did a quick Google search and found Henlee Electric with five stars and no complaints. I called them, and they assured me someone could come out within the hour.Justin and Brandon arrived promptly, listened carefully as I explained the issue, and then thoroughly inspected my house, checking outlets and asking insightful questions. Their persistence and attention to detail helped us narrow down the problem, which turned out to be related to a recent plumbing job. This is an amazing company to work with. Brad responds quickly to voice mail messages and provides a quick time frame for resolving issues. Rick is a very professional, knowledgeable and conscientious employee about his work. He assessed our situation, explained the problem and provided the action to remedy the situation. We were on the schedule to have our breaker box replaced 12/2/2024, but when our electrical issue escalated, Brad worked to make changes in the schedule and sent Rick the next day to replace the breaker box. Rick completed the service and even vacuumed the area when he was finished! The customer service provided by Brad and Rick is exemplary and much appreciated. We had our main house breaker fail around 6:00 last night and called Henlee’s number around 8:00 when we realized there was nothing we could do. They were at our house this morning before 10:00 and it’s 11:42 breaker is replaced and power is working great. The customer service is suburb, kind and honest. While here I asked for quotes on other projects we need to have done, looking forward to using them again soon!

Where do I start with the superlatives? Brad, Ricky, and Brandon are beyond awesome! They arrived when promised and worked quickly and efficiently. Every job was completed to our total satisfaction. In fact, they even accomodated several last minute changes without missing a beat! They were extremely friendly and worked with smiles on their faces. They left their work areas cleaner than when they started. I would rate them 15 on a 10 point scale if I could. Oh, by the way, their rates were extremely reasonable!

Brad made an adjustment to his quote to be comparable. I work from home so they set up a generator to keep my system up and working. I am very satisfied with their work. They were dog friendly.

We called HENLEE ELECTRIC to do the electrical hook up for our new hot tub. They came out right away to give us an estimate and their estimate was right on par with the average cost. The difference was they do a lot of hot tubs. We bought our hot tub from Watsons and they recommended HENLEE ELECTRIC and gave us a brochure that will give you 15% off from Henlee. So with Watsons recommending them we felt very confident in their ability to do a great job and they did! Justin and Brandon came right on time and were the nicest guys. They were very careful to make sure the tubing was hidden under the landscape rocks so you couldn’t see it and carefully put the landscape rocks back in place perfectly! They were very pleasant and professional. I would highly recommend them and if we need anything done in the future we will be calling HENLEE ELECTRIC again

Henlee replaced an old dangerous 200 amp breaker box in my 123 year old house, including the service line and mast outside with a disconnect to bring it up to code, The nightmare of wires going into the old box is now a clean and beautiful new box with neatly arranged wires feeding into it. He showed up to install ceiling fan boxes and wiring as well as re route existing outlets. I bought an old house and had all new wiring and new breaker box installed to bring it up to date before we moved in. I had several different contractors give me estimates. I decided to go with Henlee Electric and I am glad I did. Not only did they save me money but they gave me a couple great ideas on different types of lighting that greatly enhanced the type of look I was going for. They were on time everyday, always showing up with a smile on there faces and were really nice people. They saved me not only on the installation but my electric bill every month also. Brad the owner came out every day they worked and explained to me in great detail exactly what they were doing and why. He was very helpful and a really nice guy. Compared to the other places I would say he saved me around $8500. I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone needing any type of electric work.
