Riecke Mechanical was great!! The technician, Keith, was so nice and professional. He took time explaining in detail all the problems I had, and answered all my questions. We decided to take advantage of the free maintainence agreement special they have. They did an amazing job with the tune up on our units, and showed us where others had not been cleaning the coil inside. Very impressed!!

My ac was operating but with an issue (fan blades needed jumpstart ) I called Riecke Mechanical and an appointment was set fast. The tech came on time, was professional, and explained the repair process in full. I was totally satisfied with service and pricing. I will be using them to upgrade my system in the near future. I would highly recommend Riecke Mechanical for any air conditioning or heating needs.

Rickie Mechanical staff is great. On time, affordable, and professional. They gave me all the options with no pressure to purchase something. I was having an issue another company couldn’t solve and they solved it quickly. They also caught that my AC unit wasn’t registered which would have lost me 5 years of warranty. Can’t ask for more in a service company

Super honest and professional! Above all, Mr. Barber was extremely knowledgeable and hardworking. We were back to having working central air within 30 min of the repair. So glad to have them as our repair service! Very pleasant experience. Love that they were on time as well.

Oh my gosh. Dont think twice. Hire. Riecke. Mechanical. Brian, the service manager, happened to be working next door to my companys office in Covington and heard our building AC unit essentially dying. No employees were there yet he took the time to contact us directly and check it out, no strings attached. He has been amazing throughout the entire process. He is exceptionally knowledgeable, unbelievably friendly, and adheres to Rieckes transparent pricing pledge as though it were the 11th Commandment. Even the office reps were so lovely and helpful. Riecke Mechancial is basically the Chick Fil A of the HVAC industry when it comes to service. I firmly believe they are one of the few companies aiming to help their customers, not just their profit margins.
