Highly recommend Goodbee Plumbing. They replaced my water heater and brought it up to code. While replacing, they noticed an ongoing issue with the water heater vent. They quickly scheduled a replacement within one business day in coordination with a local roofer. Great work, reasonable prices and they have answers to all questions plumbing related.

I highly recommend Goodbee Plumbing when you need a hero to save the day.This week, Paul and Mason from Goodbee listened to our needs and devised a money-saving plan of attack.Like seasoned detectives, they dove headfirst into a mysterious gurgling pipe, unraveling clues like a Sherlock Holmes in Carhartt bib overalls.After a thorough investigation, they unveiled the culprit – what should have been a 4-inch diameter pipe opening was actually a tiny hole the size of a quarter.Imagine trying to drop your kids off at the pool, but they must first squeeze through a small hole before diving in. Your chubbier kids may get stuck when a lifeguard is off duty. Scary to think, I know.Paul and Mason identified the issue 140 feet from our house and suspected it might lie beyond our property line. Instead of cashing in on our misfortune, they selflessly advised us to contact the City for further investigation. Talk about honesty and integrity. Paul even offered to return the next day to meet with the City employees.Sure as Schlitz, after chatting with the other heroes from Public Works, we discovered that the issue had to do with the main line from the Citys sewage system to our property.Next time you have a conflict between your pipes and, you know, your number two, poop, dookie, brownies, logs, or droppings – make sure to call Goodbee Plumbing.

We needed to have a new Gas line installed at our church. The owner came out and did an assessment of the problem. He was very professional and kind. He took the time to explain everything in a way that we could understand. The price was fair. The office staff was awesome and very patient with me. When it was time for the techs to come out, they were on time and they were very nice and respectable young men. They did an excellent job. This company is definitely a 5 star company and I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you Goodbee Plumbing. 😊

I was expecting a sewer backup. When Cody got here he was very personable. After I explained to him what was happening, he checked the disposal and was sure it was jammed and thats what was causing the water back up. After unjammimg the disposal he checked the clean outs, double checked the dish washer, the washing machine and toilet to make sure all were draining well. I was so happy it wasnt a sewer back up after all. I will use Goodbees again.

Very good experience. It started with my phone calls, three times. Each time I spoke to someone who was pleasant and sounded like they enjoy their job. When the service men came they were pleasant and professional. My specific need was fairly easy so they were quick for me. I wish they could have come sooner, but they apparently are busy and I chose to wait so thats on me. Their service fee for 2 guys was very reasonable in my opinion. Derrick and Donovan were good. The rating is based on professionalism and them doing what they said when they said they would.

I rarely leave reviews but felt compelled to do so today. This morning I called Goodbee to help us with a clogged drain in our bathroom sink. From the time I called to the time a technician arrived and fixed the issue, it was less than 40 minutes! And today was Saturday! Thank you Goodbee, we will definitely use you again if needed.

I cant recommend Goodbee Plumbing highly enough. Weve had a somewhat recurring plumbing issue and I had used a warranty plumber two previous times but the issue never went away. I called Goodbee and the office was able to fit us into the schedule that day. Paul came out and wouldnt stop until he figured out our issue. Happily we think the issue lies on the Citys end but we would have never known without the great service from Paul.

Goodbee plumbing went the extra mile for me during a toilet crisis. Derrick was here within an hour to diagnose the problem. We decided to scope the drain to make sure the problem wasnt in the walls before he reseated the toilet. Cade came a couple of hours later and scoped the line and installed a new toilet. Both Derrick, Cade and the office staff were very professional and wonderful to deal with. Having owned a service company for decades, I couldnt have asked for better service. Dont learn from your mistakes, call Goodbee first.

Called on a Saturday, no extra charge for Saturday call, Kim was very professional and said someone will be out soon. Shortly afterwards, Frank found the problem and resolved it immediately. Frank was very knowledgable and polite, explained the problem to me and gave me the estimate that I requested before doing the work. Very reasonable prices! Very professional company!
