My father had a tankless water heater that was giving him problems and after calling about 10 other local plumbers that either went straight to voicemail or talked to a receptionist and couldn’t get to him for a week I called Brooks. Jonathan answered and we talked and by just the symptoms that I gave him he pretty much knew what the problem was. He is very personable and knowledgeable about his craft. They came out and had a new water heater installed in a couple of hours. Great service and I will recommend to anyone to call Brooks.

Had a water heater go out on a Sunday. They answered and were able to schedule install on Monday. I had an issue of where the current water heater was installed in the attic and had to adjust what type of tank we could use, worked together to find one that would fit my 23.5” wide attic access without having to change its location which saved a lot of money and electric run to new location. Worked well and anyone in the Tammany trace area should think about these guys because this was a tricky job they were able to solve.
