    All star plumbing is THE BEST, and let me tell you why.I own Renee’s Ruff Cuts in Mandeville, and I needed plumbing for my grooming tub. Unfortunately the plumbing that was established already in the wall gave my plumber Andrew so many challenges. But he was really thorough and figured it out, for which I can’t thank Andrew enough. From booking to service, it was so easy! Their communication is unbeatable! And so affordable! Words can not describe what a great experience I had! The owner Colby has helped me start my dream business!

    Daniel and David were amazing! The facet in our kitchen had little to no water pressure after an attempted install by my husband. We needed help and they came out in less than 24 hours. The installation went smooth, David tested the stove, tested for any leaks or initial issues, and even assist me in a minor repair to the stove that became evident due to shipping. I appreciate a company being on time and doing what they say they will. A fair price for professional services are a plus. Highly recommended!

    The company sent their Master Plumber. He was fantastic. Not only did he fix the immediate problem but he looked in other places where this problem could have done damage in other places. He made sure that all potential damaged areas would be fine as well. If I have a problem in the future I will definitely use them again.

    Outstanding service. Prompt communication and they came out same day and replaced the igniter coil in under 30 minutes. Staff and owner are very friendly.     All Star delivers amazingly good service! Today I had a dismaying problem with a clogged sewer line. They sent Andrew, an experienced plumber, out immediately. Addressing the problem consumed many hours. He worked extremely hard to resolve it.Andrew is a well groomed, kind and knowledgeable young man.     Came out to check and replace hot water heater. Very quick professional service and excellent hot water heater. Then It was noticed my 21 year old a/c and heater had some serious problems. They performed a thorough inspection, mold, coils completely coated and unit from pulling air from the attic instead of intake. The next day I had a brand new stare of the art unit installed with ultraviolet lights to prevent viruses, allergens and over all air quality. I couldnt be more pleased. I highly recommend them for your a/c or plumbing needs.

    All the positive reviews for All Star are well deserved! Called them before 8 am for a clogged shower drain That I could not fix myself.     We called on a Saturday afternoon to schedule an appointment for Monday. They said they would be here at 8am on Monday; Andrew arrived right on time.     This company and their employees were absolutely amazing. We called at 10:30 am today and they were at our store location by 12 pm.     They installed a hot water heater for me and at the conclusion of the install, the hot water heater did not work. The plumber said that it probably was an electrical problem, since the old unit was burned up. The old unit was over 20 years old. He said that he could go no further because he wasnt an electrician. Three days later, I finally found an electrician to come over after he got off work. After testing my fuses, the fuse box leading to the hot water heater, and my electrical panel, he found that a wire coming out of the hot water heater was touching the housing of the hot water heater unit, shorting out the circuit. After he corrected that, it started right up. I contacted All Star Plumbing and told them what was the problem and they said that they would refund the price of the electrician to me and they would speak to the plumber who did the install. I have not yet received a refund and that was about 3 months ago. This company gets only one star for faulty installation, but mostly, for lying about the refund. You cant retain customers or expect a recommendation by treating customers this way.In response to your response below: Sure, just give me the refund that you have promised. You put me through an added expense. Instead of my bill being the original estimate of $1299, I had to dish out an additional $150 for the electrician, and Im sure that this added cost was very much reduced, since it was under the table. Be a man of your word, not the liar that you apparently are. I think honesty would have gone a long way in the manner that you have handled this. Give you another chance? To do what-lie and screw me over again? I think not!In response to your request for documentation: At the time that you promised me the refund, you made no mention of documentation. You had your secretary our office person call me the next day and ask for it. I explained at that time that there was no documentation. And no one got back to me until I posted a poor review of your company/installation. I have no complaints about the product. I have since spoken to my electrician, who speaks no English, only Spanish, and does not want to be involved with providing any documentation. The reason for this, I can only speculate about. I know it was after hours and he was driving his companys truck and may have used the companys equipment to test the connections and fuses, or these tools may have been his-I dont know. I also dont know the companys policy about using their transportation or tools. I also dont know if he is a legal citizen of the United States and I dont know the companys policy about his employment. I do know that I did not fix the problem and that my electrician found and fixed the problem quickly. I also know that you asked me for no documentation at the time you promised me a refund. I know that I have done everything that I can about the requested documentation. I can do no more. And lastly, without the promised refund, my evaluation of your company and the installation of my hot water heater, stands.Update 11/16/20Jake to the rescue. My issue has been resolved. I have updated my evaluation of their services due to a recent problem with my AC/heating system. I have not mentioned that in April of this year 1800Plumber + Air installed a central AC system at my home, tying into my old ducted heating system. At the time of my original posting, I did not know that this company would change hands and become All Star Plumbing + Air. Anyway, they did a wonderful job of installing my new AC system: installing a new outside unit on elevated blocks with a rubber mat to decrease vibrations, replaced some old poorly insulated duct work, installed new vents throughout the house plus a new thermostat, and the wiring and drainage that goes along with a new install. In addition to this they hauled away 4 old window AC units, cleaned up after themselves, and were kind to my attention seeking dog. The whole job took about 2 1/2 days and the guys were on time, polite and respectful, and efficient. Great job-good people.

Andrew was able to come out to the house earlier than expected and unclogged the main line for the toilet in my master bathroom which had the shower, sink, and toilet backing up. It was a nightmare!     The pan on my AC system filled up, and my AC guy said I needed a plumber. He had no contacts for me.I looked up plumbers on Angies list. Followed the prompts. Then Karma had it that they were less than 2 miles from my house.It was All Star Plumbing in Mandeville. A guy was sitting there waiting for something to do. It was not a big job.     `Excellent company! Excellent people. After trying for 4 days to get a plumber to fix our water heater, I called All Star on Monday at 7:30 am. Talked with Jennifer and she said she would have a technician call me within 2 hours. David was at our house within an hour. Diagnosed the problem, went to get the part and had everything working by 10:00 am. Fantastic service and even gave me a discount for being a veteran. Highly recommend this company.

    I called Allstar due to using them for my place of work as well. We needed our home AC units serviced and some parts replaced on it fairly quickly due to selling our home. They came out the same day to service the units and scheduled for the repairs. During both appointments, Donnie and Buddy were very professional always letting me know what they were doing and actually cleaned up after the job was done. A lot of companies dont do that. They were both very knowledgable about their field of work. I would definitely recommend Allstar to others as well as Donnie and Buddy.
