Recently had a plumbing/leak issue where we thought drywall would need to be cut. Jeni was awesome, super helpful, friendly and was able to have Chris come out within a day. Chris was very knowledgeable, he immediately recognized the issue. Thankfully, it was an easy fix that didn’t require cutting into any drywall. There are some companies out there who would have performed unnecessary work to make an extra buck. I have used Pro Masters Plumbing for years. They are absolutely the best plumbing company around! I dont trust anyone else with our plumbing needs. I had a plumbing emergency on a Sunday evening. I called and left a message Sunday night and Jeni called me first thing that next morning and worked me in. Chris came out and get me all squared away. They really are the best plumbers around. Its inevitable for our family that some type of disaster is going to happen around the holidays. This year was no exception! We found out via a rather large water bill that we had a water main leak on our side of the meter. UGH! We called Pro Masters Plumbing and they came out very quickly to give us a quote. The quote given was very thorough and detailed leaving nothing out. What I want to make sure that I note here is that Chris (the owner) pointed out that our pressure tank on our hot water heater was rusted and in desperate need of repair and that he included the cost of the replacement in our estimate should we choose to have them replace it. They came out to do the work promptly and were able to finish it in 1 day. This included a complete replacement of our water line outside our home. His work was immaculate, clean, precise, and beyond what I could have ever expected. Needless to say we were very pleased with their work and the fact that when they left, they had cleaned and tidied up. I highly recommend this company for anyone looking to replace or repair any plumbing or water lines in their home.

This family-owned business took such loving care of us. I suspected we had a leak under our slab due to a high water bill. The Pro Masters team were so respectful of our space and were so kind in delivering the awful news that we had a leak under our slab again. Though the job was too big for them to do, I would call them for another other plumbing needs based on their kindness, attentiveness, attention to detail and professionalism.

This morning start off kind of bad but I called Pro Masters plumbing. They’re fast to call you back after four other companies were called. Their customer service is outstanding also. Chris came out to my house for zero water pressure. He located my prv super fast even though it was behind drywall and 12 foot up in my basement. Chris updated me every step of the way. Pricing was fair also zero complaints. I’ve dealt with several plumbing companies in the past and this one seriously stands out. We had several problems with a water heater dying and bath drain problems. Chris form Pro Masters was a wiz, and we replaced the water heater, with his suggestion and we are so happy with his choice. When the plumber arrived, he thoroughly checked out everything and he did not find any leaks. He pointed out some potential issues due to the way the plumbing was originally done and with my aging water heater. He didnt rush anything and answered all my questions. Chris, owner of ProMasters Plumbing and Master Plumbet is hands down the best! He is honest, provides options if any are available, always on time and explains what needs to be done and why. I have an outdoor inground sump pump that had to be replaced due to another landowner releasing thousands of gallons of water onto my property. Chris made sure to clear all valves, suction out the tank of all the mud and debris, install a new pump, lid and gaskets. I trust only ProMasters with any and all of my plumbing needs and refer him to my family and friends.
