    For all your plumbing needs, call Richard. I contacted him after my water heater starting leaking. He came out after hours and removed it. In a few days, he replaced it and scheduled a pickup of the old one. He also created an outlet for water to flow outside so not to flood my garage again. I feel Richard went above and beyond and always does an excellent job.

    To my fellow home owners, a plumber has been found. We had been taking quotes to replace the leaking hot water heater in my house and it was a daunting task as cost was outrageous. RDP gave a reasonable price and came the same day to do the work.     Richard is very professional and patient with proving various options to solve my water leak problem. He spent hours digging out a spot that the Water Detection company marked to not find a pipe. He didn’t charge a dime for his time. He returned the next day and completely installed new pipes. He did minimum damage to my yard, ran the pipe under my walkway, under my bush he cleaned up everything, charged me a reasonable price. I am very happy with his work and highly recommend him.Update: 7/7/23.and the grass is completely filled in!

    5 star service all around! And here’a why: I called RDP to replace my kitchen faucet and he was very courteous and professional. He even gave me a reminder call the day before and gave me an ETA the day of. Richard was on time and installed my kitchen faucet. Afterwards, he asked me if I had any other plumbing concerns and if he could do a courtesy check, which I agreed to. And I’m so glad I did because my guest room toilet was running and he fixed the toilet valve. All in all. 5 stars because Richard really provided great service, he and his journeywoman came well equipped to handle my issue and his service fee was reasonable (in my opinion). If you’re in need of a plumber, give him a call. I’ll definitely be using RDP again!

    Excellent service! We had a leak in the PR valve and a leaky tub faucet. After looking online, we decided to go with RDP Plumbing due the reviews. They did not disappoint. Brother Richard hands are extremely skilled, his timing is expeditious and his smile is that of his native vibe Dont Worry Man, a true brother in deed.In an unexpected water heater emergency, not knowing what to do or who to call, I received a referral for Richard. So I called enroute to another destination, Richard stated to text my address... And before I could return home Yess Richard was in my driveway.He assessed the problem of the water heater, retrieved his needed items and then ALL WAS WELL.In under 15 min, REALLY, the job was complete. He quoted my price Gratefully I paid my debt plus some, what, yes his services are worth a 30% tip.Then again I needed his services sent pic of my plumbing issue and Yup, he came through on the fly.     BEST PLUMBING SERVICE EVER!!!We had a water leak in our front yard that was coming out of the ground from the main water line. I called RDP Plumbing, had to leave a message, but Richard called back almost immediately. I was able to set an appointment for a visit in less than 12 hrs. He showed on time, explained what he had to do and went to work in fixing the leak. He was working when my wife and I where discussing his work and thought it to be a great location for a water bibe(spout) to be placed for future landscaping and to give us access to water on that part of the property. I asked Richard was it possible, and he was more than willing and able to accommodate at a very reasonable price. He also provided me with an invoice and told me to take it to my water company as it will help with my bill for all the water that was lost and have to pay for. I am very pleased with his work and professional manner. I have added RDP Plumbing to our list of regular and emergency vendors. Thanks Richard for all you have done

    My hot water tank sounded like it was about to explode. Water was pouring into the yard and the top was steaming like a pressure cooker. Of course it happened at 5:00 in the evening. I called 5 other plumbers and was told they could not come see me for days. Richard with RDP plumbing was here within an hour. He diagnosed the problem and replaced my PRV valve in about 30 minutes. At a great rate. I would recommend him to anyone and will use him again.

They came out the same day to diagnose the problem and literally early the next day to clear out sump and they installed a brand new sump pump.     I cannot find out the best words to write a review on RDP Blumbing service they rendered in my house Covington last week. My ex husband is sick and disable and he had no water for many days at home. I called few plumbers before I called RDP Plumbing, there was another plumber something name like Randy in Covington. They scheduled time at 8.00 am, but showed up at 6.00pm, they kept telling me that their plumber is on the way, so that I would not call another plumber. The plumber showed up when it was already dark and left by saying that he could not find out the leakage. Then I was lucky to find RDP Plumbing. They were not only responsive, but also very professional, knowledgeable, skillful and on top of that very reasonable price, they found out the leakage under Neath of the mobile house in half hour and replaced the pipe within two hours. They made sure that there is water in bathroom and kitchen before they left. Now I dont need to look for another plumber, I recently gave them another job in Covington house. I am buying a house in near future and I will hire RDP Services forever. I highly recommend to everyone who reads the reviews and give them a chance to fix your plumbering issue, you will not be disappointed with their quality work as well as their price.

    RDP Services LLC to the rescue with same day service! I called RDP Services on a Saturday and explained that I had some plumbing issues, I left a voicemail and Richard responded by text almost immediately. I sent him photos and he asked me to text my address. Richard arrived at my residence within a hour. He troubleshooted the issue and discovered I had a faulty pressure reducing valve.     I waited for almost 2 weeks before posting a review. Plumbing work can be tricky because of its nature...water, joints-metal/plastic, lines, bends, seals, etc. I also want to give the most accurate review possible, good bad or ugly...yep, kinda like the western. Anyways, what I can tell you at this point, Richard began by returning my call and asking specific questions about my needs-this is a good thing. He was upfront about the ball park of the price on the phone-again, a really good thing. Why would I want someone to come out and give me a price that is not within my budget? It is a waste of time for all parties. So he wanted photos also to confirm my situation/problem. I sent those. He gave me a time and date that he would come to the house. He made sure it worked for both of us. Richard arrives about 3-5 minutes early. He was appropriately dressed ...Yes it matters. Hygiene and appearance was appropriate. Yes it matters. Richard greeted me and began working. We chatted a bit while he worked. I tried not to distract him from what he was doing. I mentioned that I had a 400 dollar water bill.Yes, you read right, 400 dollars. Richard was there to install a water heater that I had already purchased frome Lowes but I chickened out and didnt install it diy....water, pipes, floor...what could possibly go wrong on a diy water heater install?lol So when I mentioned the high water bill with only 2 occupants in the house, he said, youve got a leak. He checked the water meter area, found it, gave me a reasonable price to fix it too...and yes he did show me the leak and verified that it was my problem and not the countys problem. He repaired this underground pipe and installed my water heater. He even went to a supply store to get the needed parts for the pipe repair. Richard advised me to speak with the utility provider and they may help me with the water bill if I provide the invoice. I didnt know that could happen but with a 400 dollar water bill, it was worth a shot. Turns out he was correct! People, a very good and reliable craftsman is like a very good and reliable physician, you dont come across them everyday....so when you find one you want the professional relationship to endure. Whenever I need a plumber, Ill be trying to get RDP-Richard to do the job. Reasonable price, great work, good initial impression. For the record, I didnt know if him prior to cold calling him and I received absolutely nothing for this review.
