I am beyond pleased with PLUMBING TRICKS LLC. Thomas and his crew were absolutely outstanding in all aspects of the job for my urgent plumbing needs. I had a major pipe burst early evening on Monday, and he was able to tell me over the phone how to turn off the water main, scheduled an appt, was out today with his crew ready to work and replaced all the water lines in my mobile home. Quoted an extremely reasonable cost, fixed issues above and beyond just my water lines. Such an expert plumber and company! I highly recommend them for any plumbing needs or other services they may do! Honest young man with a very pleasant crew! Will continue to use them as my go to people! OMG Thomas is the BEST!!!! I found Plumbing Trucks LLC on Thumb Tack & he was able to come out the same day & on a Sunday, after a holiday! He was very professional, detailed & thorough. Great service. Very professional and gets a repair done quickly and correctly. I had shut off valves that needed to be replaced under my kitchen sink for the cold water hot water and dishwasher and their service was able to fix it the same day I called. Love how fast they respond back with anything you need done as well as providing you information about the job you need done.

Plumbing Tricks was assigned to me through my home warranty, and I was initially nervous about it. However, they exceeded all my expectations! When I called in the evening, they promptly requested pictures to diagnose a leaking hot water heater. This was on a Wednesday night. They efficiently handled all the communication with the warranty company, and to my surprise, by Monday at 2 PM, the new water heater was already installed. I must say, I was definitely impressed and would give them two thumbs up without hesitation!

Awesome service today!! Ricky was awesome. Our downstairs bathroom tub was not draining and poop was coming up through the drain...yuck!!! We have had a couple of plumbers come out before for this same issue but it came back. Ricky told us what the issue was and fixed it and also explained what he did and showed us the problem. I love being educated on whats going on plus I love great customer service and work.

I reached out to Plumbing Tricks last summer to have the grout in my spacious walk-in shower redone. Benjamin arrived for a single visit, and we discussed the project. We had a few initial communication issues and some concerns about the grout color, but the resulting workmanship was excellent. However, about six weeks later, a small section of the grout began to fail. Benjamin returned, assessed the issue, and decided to redo the entire job, replacing the hybrid grout with some leftover grout from the original construction. It was a remarkable difference. It’s refreshing to find a company that goes above and beyond and prioritizes customer satisfaction. Thank you, Benjamin, and thank you, Plumbing Tricks.

It’s always comforting when the warranty company an individual choose for services truly delivers what’s promised and expected. Homeserve has always been amazing in providing service when I needed them. My Hotwater Heater failed 3/8/24 @ 9pm. The CSR sent my claim as an emergency. HS called companies Saturday morning 3/9/24. All providers did/do NOT have working Technicians on weekends emergency or not. But, I was contacted by one of the provider who did have Technicians working but the CSR at (His & Hers) said my situation was NOT an emergency. Finally HS CSR (Kimberly-Tn) located Plumbing Tricks LLC who willingly added me to their full schedule for Sunday 3/10/24. Gage Hartley answered the call of duty, accessed my problem & replaced the tank. Gage was very helpful and sympathetic to my concerns regarding this situation. Thanks Gage & Plumbing Tricks🙏🙏🙏

Installed 2 toilets, a water heater and a pressure valve thing after which both toilets flow when flushed after their work was powerful and emptied toilet water completely.Been in this house for 31 years and had several other plumbers come to address the same problem only to run a snake and be gone within an hour.
