I just purchased a house and had not yet been able to find trustworthy repairmen and trades. My AC unexpectedly went out in the Louisiana summer after I got back from work. Not only was their customer service quick and great but they got Jacob out that night! He was thorough and honest and fixed everything within the hour. I so appreciate someone who gives me honest opinions and quotes on things, especially if I do not know a lot about the subject. If he could be my technician every time, that would be great!

The company came out the same day I called about a plumbing issue. The call taker was polite, professional and explained what would be done. The technician they sent, Matthew Morrow, contacted me and was very professional and polite. He explained my options after doing an initial investigation into the problem. His assessment was correct and he quickly fixed the issue, without using the highest priced option. A plus in my book for integrity. My college aged son was at the residence when the repair took place and he attested to the fact that Mr. Morrow was polite, professional and efficient in complete the job. I would definitely use them again.

I was concerned using such a corporate business. All my concerns were alleviated as soon as the tech showed up. Professional, on time, and he knew his job. And all the same attributes apply to the HVAC sales rep and the excellent instal team who put in my new system. Brett Stafford was our electrician for a repair job that the original electrician left a giant mess. He was extremely professional and friendly. He had great technical skills and explained everything to us from start to finish. I couldn’t have asked for a better person to fix our electrical issues. Mr. Charles Frank Haynes came to our home and was very friendly to myself and my children, thoroughly explained everything he was going to do which included assessing our AC and building a list of options for us to choose from regarding our AC unit, then very professionally proceeded and even cleaned up after himself. From conversation to the job completed, he gave us a 5 star experience and even went above and beyond and moved some boxes for me that were delivered to my door (I am in my third trimester of pregnancy) and he put in a new air filter for me that I had at my house already. Definitely a fantastic service completed by him and I am very impressed! If anyone needs services from this company, definitely request Mr. Charles Frank Haynes!

Everyone we worked with at AccuTemp went above and beyond to help us decide the best course of action when our old AC unit died. Billy came out right away and ran diagnostics for us and when something needed to be checked with our electric panel, David came within the next hour to help fix the issue. After diagnostics were finished, Teddy came to help us pick the right repair and the right financing option. Taryn and Steve were able to come the following morning to install the unit and did it very smoothly and efficiently. Taryn even took the time after the job to explain exactly what they installed. Everyone we encountered through this process went above and beyond to make sure we got our AC back up and running in this LA heat!

I am so impressed with the level of service I received from AccuTemp. We had our house pressure washed and for some reason it caused one of our AC units to go out in the middle of a 95 degree day. I called AccuTemp and they came out in less than 24 hours and had us back up and running. I loved the confirmation of the appointment text messages and emails, including the picture of Samuel Platt with a little biography about him! It felt like a friend was coming over to help us out. Not only did the pressure washing impact some wiring...Samuel located and repaired other issues with that unit...and on top of that he cleaned both of our units which greatly improved air flow throughout our house. We were back up and blowing cool air in less than an hour of his visit. Thank you so much for the five star service!

Ive been using this company for years. Every time I have asked someone to come out, the quality of service and professionalism is beyond what I could expect. Not only do the technicians perform the job requested, but they are always honest about the work they are doing and charge accordingly, rather than charging what they know they could get out of me. I am on a maintenance contract for my central air/heat system, but I have also used their electrician services as well, which also was a commendable experience.

Matt was polite, careful, and asked many question to learn what our problem was. Matt has many years experience and seen so many odd things, this was one of those. He listened and worked the problem. With his creative, out of the box thinking he found the issue and a solution. This is what we are paying for, knowledge and experience. The biggest difference is MATT cares, he really cares about fixing the problem for his customers. What he is doing is helping people. That was awesome. AND, the price was fair. We will request him again if we have any plumbing needs again.

We discussed options and had him complete normal maintenance checks and a descaling back flush. He spent time calling tech support on the device researching nationwide issues with similar devices. Overall a great experience and hopeful that his TLC and efforts will make our on-demand hot watter more reliable.

Matthew and Theo were incredible and very knowledgeable. The engaged me in the entire process to ensure I understood my plumbing issue and then promptly handled the situation. Unfortunately the prior 2 plumbers from different companies were absolutely ineffective in determining the fix and had I called Accutemp first i would have saved myself much headache not to mention approx $1500 paid out without a fix. In fact the prior plumber said he would need to tear up my slab and lay new pipes. So glad i wanted a second opinion and contacted Accutemp. Matt and Theo took considerable time to camera my entire plumbing system and was then able to clear a substantial clog. Awesome company and awesome guys- thanks so much Matt and Theo!!

I needed someone to handle a partial electrical rewire in my familys new house – the upstairs was all old knob and tube that needed to be replaced immediately – and after speaking with Daniel at AccuTemp I knew I found the right guy for the job. Daniel gave us a fair and thorough quote that detailed all the work needed. Daniel, Kenneth, and DVante all worked quickly and efficiently but still took the time to make sure everything was done right. We wound up having all the old wire pulled, new wire run, a breaker box rewired in our guest house, a vent fan installed in our upstairs bathroom, as well as a number of other fixes around the house. I was concerned about cuts that would need to be made in our walls to run new wire but they did everything simple and clean so well only need minimal drywall repairs afterwards. They even went out of their way to make sure our floors were swept and mopped! It was a big job but Ill rest easy knowing my family will be safe in our new house.During the electrical repairs, Daniel and Kenneth were able to spot a leak in our upstairs a/c system. Charles Frank was able to come out quickly and identify the issue (a blocked drain line and a failed sensor) and give us a few options for repairs, which was especially impressive since the rewire was happening in the same attic at the same time. Ive been extremely pleased with everyone Ive dealt with at AccuTemp and look forward to using their services again soon.

Perow and Matthew came out to assist us with a drainage issue. Both Perow and Matthew worked tirelessly in the hot sun and determined a “belly” was causing all of the problems. These gentlemen were courteous, professional, and understanding. Matt is an excellent representative of the company as are the schedulers. However, 2 things concerned me. 1. The price. A $79 fee for just coming. How can this be justified? Such a fee should be applied to the job. 2. Also when it was discovered that the clog required a plumber, Matt because of his Specialization was unable to do this as it is the job of a licensed plumber. There is such a thing as over- specializing.So now to get the issue 100% resolved - another $ 79 and the additional expenses connected with resolving the issue. This $79 charge has a chilling effect. I am reluctant to use this company again because of this policy.

Blake Bullock with Accutemp is someone I can count on. He is familiar with all six of pieces of our equipment, remembers issues from the past as well as quotes he has given us. On the call 4/14, his diagnosis was a welcome, “stuck thermostat” on one of our 10 units.He arrived as scheduled, introduced me to an apprentice, Marcos, and went straight to work. They worked quickly, fixed the problem, advised me on what to do if this occurred again and were on their way. Before leaving, he and I discussed the possibility of replacing a different piece of equipment in the near future.I have a high trust level with Blake,which is extremely important to me. He us an asset to Accutemp.

Dren Shala came for a/c maintenance work, found a leak which initially the supplier said wasnt under warranty. Dren believed it should be and worked to ensure that it was recognized as such. When they came to replace the part, the box was too small. They returned the next day and did an excellent job with all the changes required. We enrolled in the platinum plan with accutemp almost 4 years ago and will continue with it. Excellent work, service and prices.
