These guys are genuinely stellar. Called late Wednesday for a leak and they came out and gave me an estimate Thursday morning and had someone else out to fix it only a couple hours later. Took quite a bit of diagnosing to find out leak but still did not charge a dime to give us an accurate cost. Will use again in the future 100%

Cole Huckaby of The Local Plumber came over as scheduled and worked hard to finish all the work. We had an issue with some poorly manufactured fittings--an issue out of his control, and he was extremely diligent about solving the issue and standing behind his work. Beyond that, I appreciated his detailed explanation of work performed, sharing knowledge on unrelated plumbing topics, and not getting annoyed by me picking his brain a bit. :) Trevor clearly cares about the work he puts out there and The Local Plumber is now my preferred plumbing contact.

Jereme was Great! I can handle most plumbing projects, but needed some help with this and was very pleased with the cost, the job, and the advice given. Dont go to the RR or Eco people because youll pay too much. I know because their estimates were more than double, which, I believe, is due to the tech setting the price and then paying a commission to the company since they are national companies/franchises. Go with the Local Plumbers instead!!

Turns out the handymen that flipped our new house didnt do things correctly or to code. Surprise surprise!I had worked with Trevor a couple times before when we first moved into the house in March 2022. It was very glad that I had his number still in my phone because he was able to come over the next day to get everything remedied. He had to completely repipe probably about half the piping in our house. Thorough, honest, and friendly to work with. Im hoping were all set for a bit, but Im glad to have him on call just in case!

Trevor was responsive and quick to get me on his schedule, his prices are fair and most important - he is honest and looks out for you. When he installed our water heater, he went above and beyond by checking the surrounding area and found an exhaust pipe that had disintegrated and was leaking carbon monoxide.
