Our furnace inspection & maintenance was recently completed by service technician Latiana McWhorter. She was great. She was polite, through and explained things in easy to understand terminology. She uncovered some things that previous inspections missed. And when she wasnt sure about something, she didnt fake it. She acknowledged her uncertainty and called up an associate who could answer my questions. We definitely welcome her back for future service.

We have used Stevenson Service Experts for several years now. Robert Roquemore was our technician today and he was excellent. He called to let me know he was on his way. When he arrived I told him we had 3 air conditioning units. He was told by the office that he would be working on one, but he completed the annual inspection on all 3 units. He even replaced an ultra violet light which had burnt out. Despite the hot and tight spaces where the in house units were located, he completed the work professionally. He was polite, understanding, and explained his findings.My only complaints would be with the inconvenience of having to reschedule the air conditioning check up three times. Although the receptionists on the phone are always polite and patient, it was frustrating having to wait for the technician who could not come that day and have to reschedule so many times.

Chris Merz and Shawn Chaute were great! Very professional and thorough. They also didnt use any scare tactics to try and get me to fix something that wasnt really broken - this has happened to me once in the past with a different employee at Stevensons who came out for routine maintenance - that serviceman tried telling me that I needed a whole new furnace, said that it was leaking carbon monoxide, but when I got a 2nd/3rd opinion, I was told that there was absolutely nothing wrong with my unit.

He was very knowledgeable about the UV light and explained the warranty information and installation process. He was very kind and considerate and very understanding about my health issues as for the reason for the UV light to killed any biological growth/mold in my unit.Thank you Dylan!

Stan was a great - highly recommend you request him. He makes you feel confident in your choice to use Stevenson.4 stars because the internal operations of the company is not the best. While the team answers the phone right away, it took several back & forths to schedule an appointment and they didnt follow up when my appointment was canceled to reschedule. In addition, the prices are higher than competitors.

Im getting quotes from several companies to upgrade my very old HVAC system and water heater. Kyle Tanner was awesome! I think what most consumer wants to know is Is this company honest? Will they try to sell me things I do not need? Brian listen to my needs for my home. He asked questions the gain greater understand of my needs, and when I asked about things Ive been researching he was upfront about what was wroth paying more for and what wasnt. Im getting quotes from two other company but I have to say, Brain gave me great confidence in SSE and it will be tough for other to match it.

Tyler was my tech for our A/C quote and assessment. He was incredibly helpful, informative, and gave us all of the appropriate information to decide which system was our best option (which ended up being about of a third of the price from a quote at another company). Quenten and Darian installed our A/C for us a few days later and they were absolutely professional, nice, reliable, and offered to answer any questions we had throughout the process. When they left, it was like they were never here except that our house is now nice and cool. I would recommend Stevenson to anyone and will certainly use their services again.

Searched for quality residential boiler company to save us from a bad repair and service. Cody Jones and Ryan Burnett were on time, professional, and took the time to walk through our current system and provide repair options and ultimately replacement options. They were concerned about our timing needs and provided us with the great service we were sorely missing. Highly recommend.Second experience with Stevenson was with Chad W, Justin N, and Trent L. for the installation of a new boiler system. Cant say enough about how hard they worked to get a complicated three pump system installed and up and working. As with all older homes there were challenges, a pipe leak, and lots of baseboard pipes to blead and fix. They stayed late to get the heat working before a cold spell. Came back the next day to finish perfecting the set up. Professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Another Stevenson team highly recommended

The HVAC system runs great for being 14 years old but needs some work done in the future. Ryan B was really professional today and really knows his stuff. You can tell they value educated employees. Highly recommend looking into their monthly program.

FYI: if you have an oil heat system. These are the folks to call. Techs nick and Tyler came out as (time scheduled) was promised. Did a very thorough job of trouble shooting furnace failure and went to lengths to explain what was occurring with the unit to temporarily fail. Corrected what needed repaired and very polite. Would feel very comfortable with their business ethics if I happen to not be here for service call and leave it on my wife to discuss with techs to a solution of repair. An honest repair, not price bloated (not trying to sell you something you do not need.) Highly recommend as a first time customer. Will use them again for tuneups and future unfortunate breakdowns. He took the time to provide details on my furnace so I could understand the problem. (yes, it is summer & they still have techs available to help with a heating issue - that was a plus). It was appreciated that in addition to getting knowledgeable help, I was assisted by a very considerate technician.Update: Stevenson Service Techs Shane and Cal installed the new furnace yesterday. What a nice experience. I have an older home so the work area was small but they got it done timely and did a through cleanup after. They took the time to walk through things like the new filter and how to use the thermostat. If the furnace, is the same quality as techs Cal and Shane, it will be a good one.

I’ll only choose Stevenson Service Experts for my HVAC & home plumbing services and emergencies. They are quick to respond, timely, and honest, and I didn’t feel like I was being up charged or sold services I didn’t need. Scott Carter - one of their service tech, explained the need for duct cleaning due to a recent home remodel. As spring is approaching, he inspected the AC to ensure it is ready. I also was able to subscribe to their maintenance + plan, which I’m sure will be super helpful should an emergency repair arise.

Once again can’t say enough about Tracey! He is THE BEST service technician-please do whatever it takes to keep him, don’t let him ever leave! He is EXACTLY what people are looking for in a good Service Technician-he CARES, makes thoughtful recommendations, and is exceptionally thorough (makes sure to resolve an issue and follows up with his customers). Also Danielle who answers phones is PHENOMENAL! I’ll be honest, I was losing faith in Stevensons after several very bad experiences with the company-which told me that no one was monitoring the business, or cared about the customer, it was on autopilot. Note to Stevensons Leadership: Tracey and Danielle are two people you should build your business around! These two have renewed my faith in your service. They CARE about the customer and know what they are doing! Talk to them, promote them, reward them, do whatever it takes to keep them and empower them to help build how you operate-because they are doing it perfectly!!! I just had my annual furnace check up and had a great experience. First, Stevenson called me to remind me about the check up and then found a date and time that worked with my schedule. The Service Technician, Ernest, called me 20 minutes before he arrived and showed up exactly when he said he would. He was very courteous and professional. He examined the furnace and explained everything he did. He then explained his findings and how I could fix them. I had a great customer experience.

Just had a new system installed Monday by Teddy and David. The salesman, Jim came by last Friday and was awesome! He was very relatable, professional and straight forward. He did not try to sell me things that I did not need and worked hard to get me the best deal. I was surprised how fast the installers were scheduled to come out. Both installers were very professional and polite. I was very shocked how fast they were able to get everything competed and cleaned up. In the past Stevenson did our air conditioning and water heater and the service was great. We just had the free inspection of the system and the tech, Ernest, was very professional and paid incredible attention to detail. Another thing I like is that they dont try to upsell you on other services or try to get you to sign long term maintenance agreements like other companies do.

We purchased a home that was still under a maintenance agreement with Stevensons. We have had them out for a spring check up and a fall check up. On both occasions the technicians were on time and did a great job getting us ready for the season. Most recently we had Thomas out to service our Humidifier, which ended up needing replaced. Thomas along with Ali did the installation and did a great job. They were professional, polite, and made sure everything was cleaned up and removed all of the trash when they left. Definitely will keep using them!!

Our furnace burned out when it got cold recently. We called early in the morning, they showed up the same morning to give us an estimate for the repair. We were given the price to repair or replace the furnace. There was no pressure and we had time to make up our minds. We went with the replacement. The next morning two amazing techs Brian Severt and Shane Smith came to install the new furnace. They worked efficiently and finished in just under 3 hours. They walked me through the new system and we couldn’t be more happy our house is warm again.

I’ve been using Stevenson’s Service Experts for years and the service is excellent! My technician today was Mr. Thomas Adom. He was super professional and very thorough regarding my tuneup. He actually discovered that a filter had been sucked into my furnace whereby I thought it was missing and consequently replaced it (now I incorrectly had 2 filters). All of the technicians have been really good but Thomas Adom was the gold standard! He is a great representation of Stevenson’s Service Expert’s and if possible I’ll be requesting that he be my technician at all times.

My gas boiler pilot light went out and would not stay on after several attempts. I called and was easily scheduled the next day for service. Thomas Adom showed up on time and attempted to repair the problem to save me money before replacing the thermocouple. All is well now as heat has returned. I will definitely request Thomas in the future.Update (Oct 29th, 2019): Thomas was out again this year to do yearly maintenance on my boiler system again and completed a thorough job. Very knowledgeable and gave me all options same day. Edited post recently and want to give credit to Joe Violet for a great recent tune up visit. Walked me through everything I need to look out for and things he looks at during the visit. The hvac is now a year old and still dont hear it run.

I recently had my semi-annual system check-up per my service agreement contract. Once again, I had a top-notch technician, Gary Zigmann, perform the testing and inspection. Stevenson has a great crew, from installations, to check ups and repairs. Ive yet to be disappointed!

Been using Service Experts for quite some time now. They are always on time, very friendly, clean and also accommodating to issues that may arise. We usually get a rep named Adam, but today another rep named Lavon came to clean up our furnance. Both deserve a pat on the back and do a fine job. I will continue to use their services as long as I can. The only reason I put 4 stars is because we have another baby on the way and sometimes the cost of cleanings can be an issue. I think it would be awesome to get a loyalty customer discount of some sort after you pass a certain amount of years being a member.

Cant write a new review so ill edit my old. Gary came out out to inspect my AC&Furnace everything looked good. He tried to sell me expensive additions to be expected which I kindly declined. He offered me a free plumbing evaluation. I had a leaky sink and tub for over a year so I jumped on this.Fast forward a week later Stan Foss comes to inspect. My water heater is 15 years old. He points out some things that spell disaster soon. I ask his honest opinion and he says if it was his he would replace it.Yesterday Stan came to replace the water heater and what do you know as soon has he moved it 1 inch the valve broke off as he said it would and 40 gallons of water came rushing out. Stan reacted quickly and due to his experience diverted a disaster. Stan was at my house from 10 am to nearly 8 pm due to all the problems he ran into with my plumbing but he had a solution to everything and a GREAT attitude. Now my plumbing is better then when I first bought this place. Stan will be my plumber for life and if you want the job done right I suggest you also ask for Stan Foss.

Quick same day response. Technician Lavon was professional, courteous, and explained everything he was doing. He even located a slow drip leak just above our water heater. Amazing service!! I highly reccomend them if you have any hvac issues.
