TJ, Joe and the company were very responsive and thoroughly explained the process of installing new plumbing lines and fixtures in the home we were repairing. They completed the job in one day and returned the next week to address a problem with the water heater. The price was very fair considering the scope of the work that needed to be done. I hired them on the basis of a recommendation and wont hesitate to use them again or recommend them to someone else.

I was so impressed with the attention this company gave to my plumbing needs. First their response to my issue was under 24 hours. They would have come out the same dsy but I wasnt available at that time. They said that they would be able to come out the next and gave me a window of time for arrival. The crew reported to my house closer to the beginning of that window and examined the issue and went to work immediately! The two men that showed up were Craig and TC and I would highly recommend them and bring them back to my home for any plumbing issues I would have! Craig and TC went to work immediately and solved my issue in about an hour of time. I wasnt sure what wed get with using our home warranty company, but these guys were awesome! They were able to come earlier than we thought and finished the work in about an hour. We initially called for our sink not draining but as they were checking things they noted that our shower wasnt draining either and fixed that at the same time. These guys were so sweet and knowledgeable. Id totally call them next time we have plumbing issues!

SewerQuest replaced our downspout lines to the street because they were plugged from over 20 years of use. TJ and his crew did an excellent job, making sure all joints were glued and placed on grade. I had a near total drain blockage, so called for help after trying unsuccessfully to snake it myself. TJ from SewerQuest arrived on time and was able to identify and resolve the issue in maybe a half an hour. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and helpful, even helping me to understand a bit of what was going on so I could be more self sufficient in the future (although in this case his heavy equipment was definitely necessary!)I would definitely call this company again if I ever have the need.

Just had SewerQuest out again, this time to snake out a slow kitchen drain running under the basement floor. TJ was fast and efficient, and fixed the problem. I have had a plumbing issue that was playing me for a while. I called sewer quest set up an appointment they came out the next day. My appointment was from noon to 2 they called me before they showed up and they were even early but they waited for me. The technicians that came to my house were Craig and TC. They were very professional very courteous and they even gave my dog some attention because he got loose and he was pestering them but they kept working and loved on my little buddy Brutus. They unclog two drains in my house. Craig and TC did an amazing job if I ever have plumbing needs again I will definitely use sewer quest and I will ask for Craig and TC.

I must write this review because having AHS is typically HELL when it comes to plumbing and WOW did TJ restore my faith. TJ came the very next day gave only a 2 hour window and got there the 1st min of the 2 hours and took extra time to make sure that I was satisfied with the replacement. I am a pretty demanding customer to say the least and he was very accommodating. I would refer these people to friends and family and I dont think Ive EVER felt that way about these companies that AHS sends out. And I have had this home insurance plan for 10+ years. I just want to say Thank you for not ignoring me and being a good tech and I will be requesting this company for all my properties‼️💯P.s He came at 12 and was completed by 1 30 that including a trip to lowes. That was lightning fast Did not waste my day or anything 🙌🏾.

I would definitely recommend them to family and friends. I actually enjoyed having them out. It was like having an old friend over that you haven’t seen in a while. These guys were out and addressed the immediate problem. Then scheduled an appointment to fix the cause of the problem. I was very impressed by the up front honesty, clarification as to what the process was going to be and when they had completed the repair offering to show me their work before it was covered back up. I do not usually right reviews, most of the time I think it’s a waste of my time. These guys definitely deserved to be recognized for a great job!!!!

I had a main drain blockage and sewage was backing up into the basement of our newly purchased house. Sewer Quest was sent via our home warranty and Craig & TC answered the call. They were the pinnacle of professionalism as well as of common courtesy as they preformed their task at hand. They did not hesitate to get dirty, and use muscle in order to get the job done in a timely manner. Craig and TC did not lack in knowledge either, they thoroughly explained in detail what the problem was, and how they were going to fix it. They were even nice enough to inform me of non plumbing issues within my home that needed serviced, and how to do it myself even though that was not in their job description at all. My experience with Sewer Quest has given me the impression that they are a company that isnt just in it for a paycheck, they are in it to help their customers no matter how long, or what it takes. Craig and TC have earned their company a lifetime customer, and they will always be my go to for any future plumbing work that I may need done. If I could give 10 stars I would!! This company was sent as a 2nd diagnosis through AHS as the original company assigned wanted to access the outside drain for a common sink clog. Arrived at my home within hours of being dispatched and quickly began to snake my drain. In addition they replaced my garbage disposal cleaned up their mess and were gone within 45 minutes. I can’t say enough good things about this outfit. I bought a home built in 1959 with all the original cast iron, galvanized, and lead plumbing. Over the course of a few visits most of my old waste lines were replaced with PVC, a formerly frozen hose bib replaced, an in line water filter moved and replaced, they did toilet flanges, tub drains and overflows also. The work was neat and beyond competent. Their pricing was fair with old school work ethics not seen much these days. Sewer Quest came out to fix our sump pump line outside of the house and put in a new drain line out to the street for rainwater. They managed to find a way to do both within our existing flower beds and connect to existing drain lines without pulling up any grass or sidewalk. You would never know they were there because they did such a clean job of pulling out the dirt and putting it back in place. They came highly recommended to me from our gutter company and I would definitely recommend them!
