10/10 experience with Rescue Rooter.Had an unexpected faucet defect that resulted in a replacement being needed, Same-Day. Called RR and within 1 hr., Steve had arrived.Steve was incredibly helpful and professional. He assessed the situation and quickly determined the right course of action. He explained thoroughly what he needed to do and quoted a reasonable price. He answered all my questions promptly and was not pushy at all.Steve had to leave to go get a part and was back in very good time. The repair, plus one helpful addition, were done a short while later. He had me test those things myself to ensure he met expectations. He did and then some!I would 100% recommend RR (specifically Steve!) to anyone in a pinch!

Quality work. On time and completed my water heater installation in about an hour. Cleaned up area and took old water heater. Gave me instructions for care and maintenance of water heater. Very personable installers. I highly recommend Rescue Rooter to anyone needing plumbing work.My only concern has nothing to do with Rescue Rooter, but the factory that shipped the appliance. The water heater had a small dent in the top of it. This should not have any effect in the operation of the appliance, however, it is a dented appliance that should come with some sort of reimbursement. I would recommend to anybody with sewer/drainage issues. We had a different company come out one day and quote us $700 to use a cable to unclog our sewage pipes and they were unable to get it. Rescue Rooter sent out Corbin and he was able to get it within an hour for $100. He explained everything in a way I could understand it and gave best advice moving forward, even scheduled a camera guy for the following day to come out and check to make sure we don’t have bigger issues. Had a great experience with this company!

I absolutely loved my service representative Daniel today! He was knowledgeable and got the job done quickly.Now the call center representative that I dealt with on the other hand, pissed me off because he’s lying about discounts that don’t even exist. The reason I chose this company was because I’m thinking I’m going to get a 50% discount and he confirmed it so he can get the appointment booked and get his commission. So when I mentioned it to the rep, he told me it wasn’t even a thing.Let me make this clear, the only reason that this is a five star review because the service technician, Daniel, was absolutely Amazing!

Discovered a pinhole leak in a copper pipe in my basement early this morning. Called a total of 10 different repair companies that are listed on Google as being open for Emergency, 24/7 services, but the general responses were We can have someone there tomorrow or We can have someone there in 2 to 3 days; well since I cant go without water I decided to keep looking and found Rescue Rooter. I called and the Customer Service Representative said that she could have someone here between 10am - 2pm; Steve showed up around 11:45am. Steve was very professional and let me know everything that needed done and the costs, plus gave me some valuable information on another project Im thinking about. Thanks Steve and Rescue Rooter.

I wanted share the my thoughts on Kalvante. I was so worried since my tub and toilet weren’t working. I only have one bathroom!He was so kind and reassured me that it t would get fixed. He did an awesome job. Then John came with his camera. Thank goodness no tree roots but really gross pipe. They then descaled the pipe and everything is working perfectly. I highly recommend this company.

Honestly I started out this day with little to no hope that my washer and dryer would be fixed. Both got delivered this morning by one company who, while installing, failed to do the job to completion and refused to resolve the problem… Rescue Rooter, however, came within an hour of calling them. The worker who came to my home not only fixed the issue, but did everything in his power to get the job done even when that required leaving to go get different and better products to hook up my dryer… I, without a doubt, couldn’t be happier with their work. A serious 10/10 recommendation!

Fantastic individual came over and tried the cheaper of the two options at first; unfortunately the clog was not easy to breakthrough as the technician tried multiple times before speaking with me about the more expensive approach along with giving other options. He was able to get through the clog and did set up an appointment for me to get an estimate from one of the supervisors to hopefully have worked down in the near future to ensure nothing like this occurs again.

Although he had to go to Home Depot to find the proper tools and parts to fix my dishwasher, he returned promptly, and he was able to show me a picture of what was clogging my discharge, remove the clog, reassemble the dishwasher, and run a test. It works fine now. I definitely would recommend this Service tech and Rescue Rooter for any plumbing services needed.

Daniel Neal! Wow is all I can say. We were in a pinch not having water for 2 days because of a leak. One person came out looked and said somebody else would have to come out because he didnt work on pipes like ours. 20 minutes later and my mom found somebody that was more than talented and capable of working on the pipes in our house and was in and out in less than an hour. Even with the kids running around screaming he was perfectly fine amazing and did his job very well. Daniel I think you My whole family thinks you. 2 days was way too long.

Some of my tooms electric were not working and others had the kights flicering really dim thrn off again then back to dim. Paul, the employee from Rescue Rooter wad at my house in an hour and was super professional and very nice. He kept me informed of anything that could be a potential issue and gave me quotes offering to fix it all on the spot. I tried several previous businesss (24 Hours) that I had used in the past none of which could provide immediately.My Technician Rough arrived within the scheduled time frame very polite and professional and explained my problem and presented the options and the cost. He completed the task and a short period of time and checked all of my lines to make everything was working properly.He recommended that I let one of their staff come out and access my pipes and make recommendations for fixing my pipes which are old. John Milburn arrived the next day and explained what he was going do (checked my drain system with a camera) walked me through what he found and provided a solution to the problem. Very professional and no pressure to move forward. I received repair quote after he left, and it is reasonable and a far cry from other quotes.I will be calling ARS Rescue Rooter from now on.N. Daniel Neal was excellent. He was very determined to get the job done and he did it! I let him know that there was another company that came two months ago and tried to snake the floor drain in our laundry room after they found very thick sludge in the pipe. They didnt successfully unclog it and had someone else come out the next day just to tell me that it would take $27K to fix the issue. Since I used Roto Works before, I decided to give them a call back letting them know the situation. Thats when Daniel stepped in. He was at it for a while but didnt give up. We now have a floor drain that is clear so that I dont have to shop vac 40-50 gallons of water from my door every day. At least now our household is able to function until we can come up with next steps. Daniel was awesome! This company one again proved their worth.
